The first call said they would call back, an hour later they did not call back, the second time they said they would call back, they wrote. The roses were cleaned with a studder, which is why the trunks of roses look terrible, the places where the trunk is damaged from the studder have dried up, and the flowers are unpackaged and it looks unpresentable. It is not so difficult to clean roses, and any flowers by hand, I speak as a florist) and at the same time the roses will not lose their appearance) the leaves on the bouquet dried up the next day, the reason is the same - the shipoder) and half of the roses are already trying to die, and not even a day has passed since receiving the flowers🤡
I don't understand what the store and staff are thinking when they send such bouquets, thank you for spoiling the holiday and spoiling the impression of you)

2. The order was also made from abroad, but this time we were informed that you can only pay by transfer to a Tinkoff card to some unknown person. It's even funny…
3. The bouquet was ordered specifically from the website. The fact that the packaging was different is not important. The bouquet itself was different from the photos on the site, not for the better.
4. And again, by March 8, we wanted to place an order for a bouquet of Tulips. We wrote to the manager several times about the colors available. They said that it was important that the flowers were light (yellow, pink, etc.). To which the salon replied that it was unknown which flowers would be sent to the recipient. Their workload is too high to coordinate photos of flowers with the customer 5 days before the holiday. It turns out that the Petal salon considers it normal to send, for example, black tulips, for a non-budget price, on March 8, that's customer orientation 👌
We really want a competitive salon with delivery in Belarus to appear, which, in terms of conditions, quality and attitude to customers, will be cooler than this one.
It is very unprofessional:
1) to call the recipient, not the customer, and clarify the address, thereby spoiling the surprise.
2) Name the recipient (girl) by another name!!!!!
3) delivery was delayed by 2 hours - non-compliance with the terms of the transaction.
With this approach to work, it is necessary to change the scope of services....
P.S. the postcard with the wish was not inserted into the bouquet - it was handed over in an A4 sheet sealed with a stapler))))))))
And somehow the prices have become indecent at all. It used to be like the norm, but now it is 3-4 times higher than the market. And I understand there would be free shipping.. so no, and the delivery is above the market.
