When handing over the iron, they said that the delivery time for the necessary part was 2 weeks, and after 5 months of waiting, the delivery time increased to 2 months. I personally came to the workshop in June and at the end of August. In June, I was told that there was no delivery yet, in August they said, call in September. In September, I tried to call again, but there was no answer. On October 26, I went back to the workshop and was told that the delivery was in December. I have never been notified that there is no necessary part. Not a single call, not a single text message. My questions about why they didn't notify me were answered: "The master did not pass it on." The specific amount for the details and the work of the master was not indicated in the receipt, everything is very vague. The amounts that were named seemed to have been taken out of thin air. The receipt contains the clauses of the contract, which I have never seen, it is not on the website, but the line in the receipt that I have read and agree with the contract is there and you need to leave your signature there.
It became clear that they just profited from me, due to the fact that I gave the iron for repair, and they were not going to repair it. That's how everyone will bring their own thing to repair, pay for the defect, like me. A good earning scheme.
I initiated the closing of the order myself. But they didn't give me the iron right away, they said I could only pick it up after an SMS notification. And everything is beautiful there in SMS: "SC Byttechnoservice informs you that it is impossible to repair your device. Please pick up your device as soon as possible. The amount to be paid:-15.00 Order number: ******".

Briefly about my case: I brought a Tefal iron to this workshop in the spring on the recommendation of the store where I bought it. There was no guarantee anymore. They took the iron and charged 32 rubles for the diagnosis. After a couple of days, a text message says that the repair is finished and you can pick it up . Even upon receipt, they took 40 rubles for the work of the master . I came home, turned it on - the same errors, nothing works. I understand that no one repaired anything. Since I live outside the city, I couldn't come right away - I brought an iron after a vacation a couple of weeks later. They take it away again, diagnose it again, and then they say they need a new spare part and need to wait for it for 4 months. As a result, 6 months passed, the long-awaited SMS came , arrived , and paid another 125 rubles . In addition , they allegedly gave me my old spare part . I came home , I had time to iron it once , and again the same mistake and there is no steam supply . Don 't set foot there anymore . I'll go to another service. If they changed something for me, whether they repaired it, we can only guess ..... draw your own conclusions.1 star is too much .

There is no departure of the master. To replace or correct the contact on the RCD under warranty, which is in front of the plug on the boiler wire, you need to disassemble the furniture, remove the 50 kg dryer, disconnect and remove the boiler, bring it to them, then install everything back, connect and assemble, which turns out to be many times more expensive than replacing the RCD on the wire for a fee elsewhere. Although the master could replace the RCD in place in a couple of minutes without removing the boiler by unscrewing it from the wire.

(there is no user's fault). There was no replacement of the grinder, but only a spare part for it and cleaning. Such so-called service centers as Byttechnoservice use laziness and connivance of customers. The next time in such a case, a statement will be written to the court.
The location is excellent, thanks to the LG sign, it will not be difficult to find, although this may be confusing - other brands are also being repaired. I contacted the Tefal thermopot - the problem was solved on the same day for an adequate cost, which almost coincided with the previously announced one. They also gave recommendations for further operation, which is also a plus.
They work correctly and professionally. I handed over the convector for repair. After 14 days, I arrived and received the certificate (without any questions or objections). After that, with this act, I changed it to a new convector without any problems. If the manufacturer does not resolve the issue with the supply of spare parts, the consumer will change for new products, and not repair them. So I will always contact you here.
