Good afternoon, who will read this review, I advise everyone to contact this company, I have applied several times and have always been satisfied with the work of this organization and on the repair of a washing machine and refrigerator, the last time I applied in early August 2024 on the purchase and installation of an air conditioner and never regretted and most importantly, that in this company can be contacted via Viber, which allows you to always be in touch, the master of this group called me back and gave me advice on choosing an air conditioner model, I was satisfied with the model and that's the day when 2 installers arrived for installation, all the work was clear, professionally competent and most importantly without dust and dirt from the installation, the whole process took 2.5 hours and here's happiness- the air conditioner is installed and we can now live in comfortable conditions (all 3 windows in our apartment are on the sunny side and at a temperature outside of + 35 and more there was nothing to breathe in the apartment, and at night there was a lack of comfortable sleep), after installation it was told about the rules of working with this the equipment, the operation of the air conditioner itself was checked, tactful and polite when communicating with the customer, I am very grateful for such work of this group, I wish this company and a group of air conditioning installation workers further success in their work!

I purchased 2 air conditioners from BTK, found the Lida climate website on the Internet, applied, arrived, installed it in half a day (3rd floor). I am happy with everything: communication, the result, oddly enough, even the price (others did not offer cheaper options and it was clear from the conversation that they did not really want to install air conditioners purchased from a third-party company).

I bought a heater in Lefty to the boiler (Korona market in Grodno) - it did not fit. I exchanged it , but it's not the same one again. (There are subtle differences between the heating elements that are difficult for an inexperienced person to see) . Two women of retirement age work alternately at this outlet, who absolutely do not understand what they are selling. According to the owner of the company, this is the norm, since he does not have sales consultants, but just sellers. Here is such a "service". And I bought the right fuel tank in another market - they immediately gave me the right one and at a cheaper price than in this company.
