A very beautiful, aesthetic hotel, modern design, delicious food, but for 7 days there was no special variety, there was practically no seafood in the main restaurant. But this is not so critical, since in the restaurant near okeanos beach you could order delicious seafood every day (you do not need to make an appointment in advance). The alcohol is delicious. The service is good, they try to please and serve well. practically none of the staff knows Russian. The rooms are well cleaned (every day).The sea is excellent, due to the fact that the sand - water is not transparent, but it is just a pleasure for the feet! Cocktails, snacks, and water are brought to the beach. There are enough deck chairs, there were no problems with them. We had a room with access to the pool of 16+ (few people - which is important). There is animation every evening. If you do not pay attention to all the small drawbacks, then the hotel is worth a visit!

A wonderful premium hotel, opened in June 2024, cleanliness everywhere, beautiful cozy rooms, bedding, very interesting dishes in the restaurant, just like the author's work, the food is beyond praise, the beach and the territory are gorgeous. Of the disadvantages, the staff does not understand Russian, English is also very weak, mostly communicates in their native language, I recommend the hotel.

Hopefully, all the disadvantages are due solely to the fact that the hotel only started operating this year. I try never to give negative assessments, realizing that everyone's opinion is subjective. But for the first time, I can't keep silent. To begin with, it is almost impossible to find Russian-speaking employees at the reception desk and the guest service desk. In the first few days, my glasses disappeared and then the most incredible thing began. I was strenuously required to take a photo of my glasses, but they categorically refused to provide photos of the lost glasses. It feels like you're a potential thief. Always in hotels you were taken to a room with lost things and there were no problems. Besides, it was my birthday during my stay. So okay, the hotel did not react to this in any way, my daughter could not contact the hotel to order flower delivery, and when she finally got through, she was told to solve her problem on her own. I go on vacation every year for my birthday, and according to her, it was the first time she encountered such an attitude in a hotel. Room cleaning also leaves much to be desired: the floor is constantly dirty, the napkins ran out three days ago, the box was simply removed and no one put new ones. In restaurants, too, some of the waiters just pretend that you are not there. Everyone is being served, and you are sitting like an empty place. Of course, there are positive aspects, but damn, this time, given the fact that I always try to look at many things positively, somehow everything is not very good. And for a new hotel there are so many joints in the decoration that it is generally strange that the hotel was accepted from contractors. In general, I definitely won't be coming here in the next few years.

The hotel is new, beautiful, but there are questions about the service, there is no feeling towards the guests that it is a strong 5, there were many ridiculous situations that spoiled the experience! At the same time, the animation is excellent in the evening, the food is delicious, the drinks are of high quality, it can be boring for single people! The beach is clean, beautiful, overall the rest was good, but I can't recommend it 100 percent

We visited this hotel in September 2024.
The staff, food, drinks and rooms are excellent.
There were shortcomings in the repair, but judging by the speed of fixing the jambs, everything will be fine by next season.
