I really like the Leadbearer Bar, but the service here is not very pleasant. I don't understand how it works, but there's a whole different flavor here.
It's better to go to another Leadbir, this one is very bad.

I really love Lida beer, but, unfortunately, in all the establishments of the chain that I visited, I experienced only the emotion of disappointment.
The service is disgusting. You have to wait for the waiter for a very long time, after that, when he still bothered to come up, after not listening, he runs away. The waiting time is incredibly long, and after that, they bring you a glass of beer, and a bonus to it is lipstick from previous guests.
The kitchen does not lag behind the waiters. Risotto, which is 80% salt, French fries, which seemed to be cooked in a microwave. Lack of appliances in the institution.
A complete disappointment. I can advise only if all establishments in the city of Minsk are closed.
2 stars only for beer.

On the summer veranda: delayed maintenance. The floor is constantly shaking, it spoils the impression of a good kitchen quite a lot.
Inside there is a huge room, several floors and halls.

When booking a table, they indicated that they would like somewhere quieter. As a result, we were hooked up with a group of graduate students who were yelling louder than the live music downstairs. We stayed there for 2 hours, one and a half of which we sat waiting for the dishes. Before leaving, they asked the waitress to bring 2 cocktails, they gave them another 40 minutes. As it turned out in the end, the waitress stupidly forgot about them. We wanted to have a good rest, but as a result, the mood was spoiled and the evening.

It's a good place, I've been here several times, you can come here alone or with a company. A large and comfortable bar counter, the kitchen is ideal for price / quality, the menu with food and drinks is more than satisfied, there is a hookah master (but you need to specify in advance at which table you can, and at which not). It is better to book a table and food 5-7 days before. For some, it will be a plus that there is a stage and live music in one of the halls. It can be considered that this bar is one of the best restaurants in the chain!

Not so long ago, namely yesterday morning, we had the honor to visit your institution, which I would like to emphasize first of all: the prompt and well-coordinated work of the security service, before our eyes there was a conflict with a couple where the girl turned out to be the mayor's daughter and her companion, apparently also far from the last person and security, despite the hierarchical level of the guard did not hesitate to resolve the situation in favor of the other guests, since those two interfered with the rest of the rest and generally behaved inappropriately (they slept, swore obscenities, beat the dishes) thus, having shown disrespect to your institution (with which we fundamentally disagree), the security work is at the highest level, it is clear that the fighters are not of the first training. But nevertheless, the overall picture managed to upset us before the response, albeit almost instantaneous. I hope this won't happen again on my next visit. =(
The waiters and bartenders are bunnies, the security is even better. All the way.

I sat down on the veranda, I didn't wait for the menu. I went into the establishment - no one fits. A guy runs in, says, "how do I get the menu?", they answer, "they will bring it within 5 minutes after landing." He-I've been waiting for 20 minutes. As a result, he was given a menu.
And then they come up to me and ask - are you ready to place an order?! I'm like that - I'd like to see the menu at least.
The restaurant didn't come in, begging for a menu to spend your money is such a thing.
But if you get there, try mead - delight, although not a fan of mead, more for beer.

I'm giving four points just because of one nuance.
1. Do something with your air conditioning system, there is no air, it is very stuffy and hot when live music starts and people start dancing. There are no air conditioners, the windows do not open, with the premise that you are not alone here. That's exactly where the crowd of people is, don't make a gas chamber.
Otherwise, everything is fine, the food is brought quickly, the cover bands are great, the waiters are nimble.

We came to the institution
In itself, it is clean, the food is delicious, however, we ordered the author's shots (sweet and sour) and got the GLASS in the shot itself, it was very unpleasant + the first waitress only apologized and nothing more.
When I already told the second waitress girl, then they offered a 50 percent discount on the food they ordered.
The place is pleasant, but there are drawbacks

The waiter himself works for the fuck off. We were alone with a friend, first they brought the order to him, 10 minutes later only to me. We waited for the bill for 15 minutes. There are no comments on food and beer.

Cigarettes are not sold in the establishment. The cloakroom attendant treated us to sweets and cigarettes. Our company also gave him a pleasant surprise and gave him 100€ for tea as a nice Person.

The table was ordered for 25.11. Let's start with the fact that no one in the institution smiles from the word at all. The receptionist frowned at the entrance and started looking for a reservation. They said not to accompany me to the table, because when my husband brought the deposit, he was taken to the table and told which one was ours specifically. The table was at 20:00, at 20:20 they had to serve hot food ordered in advance. So, for 20 minutes we watched as all the waiters simply ignored us, of course no one brought the menu. At 20.20, the waitress came up and was surprised that we still hadn't been served the menu. We informed her that we had a pre-order and it should already be hot, to which the answer was that this was not our table and another one was being served to us. Why? "The administrator has confused something." Okay. We had a "Balcony" hall, we were transferred to a table, right against the door to the office and there was a muzzle from there, we told the waiter about it and she replied "Don't worry, we'll solve everything", spoiler, no. All evening the waiters were wandering back and forth and the barrel was constantly blowing. The hot was not served by the agreed time, 2 dishes had to wait about 15 minutes more, the meaning then in the pre-order is unclear. Cocktails and beer were waiting from 30 minutes. The waiters simply ignored us, sometimes silently cleaned the dishes and immediately ran away. No one ever offered to make an order, I had to catch at least some waiter. Which of them is "ours" we have not fully learned. The hookah master was asked to invite 3 times, in the end we picked him out ourselves and the issue was resolved in 15 minutes. The last time we waited for cocktails for at least 40 minutes, we were ready to cancel the order and pay the bill, but voila, they were brought and we immediately asked for the bill. He was carried for another 20-30 minutes. Naturally, it was unclear why and to whom to leave a tip. The waitress counted the money twice. After that, she gave out something that no one expected but was not surprised. She recalculated the amount, made the most dissatisfied face, said "An extra 40 kopecks", THREW them on the table and proudly left. I will not recommend this institution to any of my friends and I will not go there myself anymore, as well as my friends who have watched this whole sur. Thanks to the Leadbir staff for a "great" birthday.
