Convenient location and its own beach with mushrooms! Delicious and varied breakfasts every day, you can bring your own coffee and it will be brewed for you every morning! All questions are solved quickly and politely! TV is working, set-top box, Kinopoisk - you can connect your account and watch! Of the cons: there are not enough bedside tables or at least shelves. Well, it does not apply to the hotel, but the sea in Gudauta stinks of sewage... and on another day very much. We were in a car, we rented it, so we went to other places. By the way, the hotel also has Parking, for 100 rubles / day, but the guard looks after the car! Thanks to the hotel staff for providing comfort, the hotel has very smoothed out all the nuances of staying in Gudauta!

We rested for 10 nights with two families. The main criterion when choosing a hotel was the availability of breakfast and the first coastline, Lilia was perfect. The sea is clean and warm, a stone's throw from the hotel, with its own umbrellas and sun beds. The breakfasts are very varied. Meat and pastries to choose from, sausages, cheeses, cereals, pasta, salads. The hotel itself is small, but cozy. There is a place where you can sit pleasantly in the evening.

There are no special complaints about the hotel, the rooms are cleaned every day, cozy, quiet, clean! BUT what played an important role was the location of the hotel, right on the shore near the dedicated beach, the sewage is draining into the sea, you can see directly from the maps the smell is terrible, plus we spent 3 days together with friends in the sea catching rotavirus (with all the consequences) It was terrible!!!! we had to constantly move away from the beach at least 400 meters to the left! the rest was spoiled specifically!

We had a family vacation with a child (1.3 years old). I liked everything very much, they provided a cot, there are high chairs for feeding babies. I was very attracted by the fact that the breakfasts are included (different every day), everything is delicious.
The staff is helpful, the room is cleaned every day.
It is close to the sea (first line), its own equipped beach with sun beds and umbrellas.
Near the embankment, there are many cafes, a dining room.

100% rest!!!complete relaxation!check-in in 3 minutes in a modern, well-equipped room, cleaning every day, delicious varied breakfasts. The hotel itself is located 2 minutes from the sea-very convenient, especially with children!!!own clean, sparsely populated beach!Within walking distance you can find everything-a park, cafes, restaurants, shops, a market!but the street itself is quiet, without music and noise!!!There is no barbecue area in the courtyard of the hotel - and this is a huge plus!!!calmly.... People were only met at breakfast!!!for whom rest is the sun, sea, beach and silence, I highly recommend this heavenly place!!!

We had a family vacation in early July. The hotel is excellent. We stayed in room 9, overlooking the sea. The hotel is new, the rooms are excellent, the breakfasts are delicious, the staff is responsive, the location is convenient, close to the sea, private equipped territory on the beach. We didn't book in advance, we were lucky that there were rooms, we arrived early in the morning, we settled in without any problems. Thank you for a great stay! The hotel is new, but everything has been thought out! It feels like they were preparing with knowledge of the matter! The rooms are comfortable, orthopedic mattresses, air conditioning, a spacious refrigerator. There are even beach towels. Special thanks for the breakfasts! Cute, kind cooks girls, for breakfast they can even cook something that, for example, is not included in the menu today. There are always side dishes for breakfast, several pieces of salads, eggs, fried eggs, cottage cheese dishes. Sausage, cheese, fruit. And for tea, branded, very tasty homemade pies. Thank you very much. The rooms are spacious, the only disadvantage in the room is that there is not enough bedside table, there is no phone and no night light either. But there is a large bed, a table and chairs where you can drink tea. There is a kettle, a refrigerator, and a hairdryer in the room. The room is cleaned daily. There are also beach towels, which is very convenient, you do not need to take them with you on a trip. And what is not least important, for free and without collateral. The sea is 50 meters from the hotel. The sea is clear. Very cozy mini hotel Within walking distance of mini shops. And good restaurants. The sea is 50 meters away. Opposite the Khan Hotel, where you can order lunch and dinner for an additional fee.

I would like to share my impressions of my stay at the Lilia Hotel 🌞
1. The beach⛱️
Walk to the beach in about 1.5 minutes)) Lilia has her own territory by the sea, with her own sun beds and interesting structures with a canopy (seen in the photo). This territory is shared with the guest house opposite - Apsilia. However, no matter what time we would come to the beach - there are ALWAYS free places, sun beds, an umbrella, it's very nice! From morning to evening, caretakers are on duty there, watching the vacationers on the bracelet. For example, on the first day we went to the beach early in the morning and had not yet had time to put on bracelets, so the viewer immediately asked us which house we were from, warned us that next time we would definitely wear a bracelet. The area is very clean and well maintained. The place before entering the sea is also clean, there is no garbage. The sea itself is perfect in temperature. Warm, warm, like fresh milk. You can rent a sap from the viewer and go for a ride. Also, if you go towards the Russia hotel, you can rent a sap there, ride a banana and a jet ski, jump off the pier.
2. Food 🍽️
In Lilia this year, breakfast is included in the room rate, but the chefs said that in the future there will be an opportunity for lunch)) A very nice dining room, infinitely bright, cozy, music is playing, you can buy jam or lemonades 😊 Very kind and smiling chefs, always treat you kindly, it's a pleasure to have breakfast there, immediately the mood for the whole day! The perfect choice for breakfast: not too much and not too little. Drinks: several types of cold compote, milk, water, tea, coffee. There is a choice of food from cereals to sweets. And fresh vegetables, and salads, and eggs, and cottage cheese, and pancakes, and flakes / balls, and jam… In general, that's all you need👍🏼
3. Number 🛏️
We had number 9, now I'm ready to sing odes of love to this number for the rest of my life. The room had: a table and two chairs, a large sofa, a spacious wardrobe with a mirror, a large bed, a refrigerator, a kettle, some dishes, a clothes dryer, a spacious bathroom (with sound insulation!!! Can you imagine?) and a TV with cable TV and internet access.
A large, sturdy bed where you fall asleep as soon as you put your head on the pillow. You wake up and immediately you have a sailor by your side. It was possible to close the panoramic windows around the perimeter of the room with dark curtains so that the sun would not dazzle in the morning. We watched our favorite movies every night, just logged into your account on kinopoisk)) There is soap in the bathroom, and bags of gel / shampoo (as well as a shampoo dispenser in the shower itself), and a hair dryer. Excellent water pressure, there was hot and cold water. Sets of towels were given out: two small, two large, two beach towels and one for feet. Room cleaning EVERY day, you could at least ask for all towels to be replaced every day. The girls from the cleaning are very cute and nimble, they really washed everything. Once, as piggy left his clothes on the couch, the girls neatly folded everything on the high chair.
The room has a large shared terrace, chairs and a table were taken out once, we sat beautifully with a view of the sea😊 And by the way, the rooms seemed to have powerful noise insulation, almost all the rooms were occupied and almost all with children, but I never heard a baby crying! And the inner territory of the hotel is very conducive to sitting pleasantly in the evening under a canopy and just relax, you can chat with your neighbors, get acquainted))
4. The administrator 👩🏻💻
There are two girls there, both of them are just the charm itself. You can visit them from morning to evening with any question, they will always help or try to find an alternative. This point is really very important. In general, all the staff at the hotel is incredibly sensitive and attentive. The girls sent us all possible food deliveries in Gudauta, places to go to eat, places to go.

Finally, I got to writing a review about this wonderful hotel "Lilia" and our vacation in it.
I vacationed there last fall with my family. Me, my husband, my 18-year-old daughter and my 4-year-old son.
I am very attracted to such small cozy hotels that are very close to the sea.
A huge plus is that the room rate already includes a buffet breakfast. The breakfasts were always varied and very tasty. Everyone could choose something to their taste.
The rooms are all beautiful, cozy, my husband and I really liked the style of the hotel, + new furniture / this hotel opened recently/. There is a sofa, armchairs and a table in the courtyard. And a couple of swings. You can spend the evening outside.
Wet cleaning is daily, linen and towels are changed every 3 days.
The staff is very kind and helpful.
Each room is equipped with air conditioning.
In the morning we got up and went first to the sea to swim, then came to the room, took a shower, changed clothes, went to breakfast. Then we went on all sorts of excursions. In general, we had a great vacation. And the hotel is very cool.
In the vicinity there are a couple of cafes, all sorts of shops. There's a market in a couple of blocks. People are all kind

The owners of the hotel, instead of solving the problem, are essentially trying to make money from it.
We had a vacation in August with our family and dog in Lilia. There was a standard room with an extra cot. Our dog chewed a small area exactly along the seam in the cot mattress. This damage can be easily repaired with ordinary thread and needle in 10 minutes, nothing serious. However, the hotel administration completely rejected this option, demanding to pay a fine of 10 thousand rubles. At the same time, the cot must remain at their hotel.
The amount of 10k was fictitious, because nothing was indicated in the folder with information about the hotel about the clamshell, the website on the Internet where such clamshells are sold was not provided. As well as shipping invoices with clamshell purchases were also not presented.
During a long discussion, the tone of the administrator became such that I realized that I would have to pay this amount anyway. I was also in an unsafe position, with my pregnant wife and two children with me. And, realizing from the tone of the conversation that the owners of the hotel can resolve this issue at their own discretion, I decided not to take risks and not seek a fair solution to this situation, but simply transferred the money to the account of the hostess of the hotel. A small bonus for me was that I still convinced the administrator that since such an amount was indicated for the cot, it was irretrievably damaged, and I could take it with me.
I would like to pay special attention to the sea and the beach in my review. 30 meters from the beach, a small stinky river flows into the sea with all the sewage from the city. Because of this, there is a smell of hydrogen sulfide and mercaptans within a radius of 200 meters, and swimmers very often suffer from rotovirus infection (every third vacationer at the hotel).
The beach itself is clean, refined, you can lie down / sunbathe with pleasure. But it is better to go swimming far to the neighboring beach, where the water is much cleaner.
The hotel itself is beautiful, cozy, the rooms have air conditioning and a TV with Internet. The room is cleaned daily, thoroughly. The food is pretty good. The hostess of the dining room is a very caring and pleasant woman. The only thing missing is meat or fish dishes on the menu.
In general, I recommend the Lilia hotel only if you are vacationing without children and animals, as well as if you have a good immune system and are not afraid of intestinal infections.

The room is clean, everything is new, matches the photo. The air conditioner can barely cope with the heat. Unfortunately, the room with a sea view came across with wires and buildings in the background, from another one that was sent for an example when booking a better view. At 10 a.m. room cleaning, it is not possible to hang a do not disturb sign, we lived only 2 nights, but if you stop by for longer and like to sleep, then I think it's better to check with the administrator. The beach is two steps away, equipped for 2 hotels, there are no places at 11 am, but if you wait, it is released, we rested in early September, at the height of the season, I think we need more sun beds and umbrellas, otherwise there is not enough space. The beach and the sea are clean, until the stinking stagnant water is drained into the sea from a nearby flowing river, we witnessed how an excavator arrived at lunch, excavated the mouth and a fetid black slurry merged into the sea((

If you want to take a break from everyday work and the hustle and bustle of the city, the Lilia hotel will help you with this. Peace and quiet, no unnecessary noise, just the singing of cicadas. A small wooden cozy hotel with breakfast in the morning and a private beach with sun beds. Inna, the administrator, will help with solving all issues, as well as help with organizing excursions. I would like to note the responsiveness, (which is quite important) the smiling and positive attitude of the staff. Cleaning is done every day - cleanly and promptly.
We were completely satisfied and grateful for the vacation!

All in all, it would not be bad if not for the dirty sea next to the hotel, on the beach of which two fetid streams pour out. So the rotovirus is included. Photos of pollution can be seen even from satellite, you can take a look at the current Google images of the area. The administration is aware of this outrage, but shrugs. So, if you need a clear sea, then you are not here.
