1. Our room was poorly cleaned. They didn't wash the floors; they didn't clean the mirrors. There was sand and stones from the sea in the Hall after cleaning (
2 times I had to leave complaints with photos only after that the room was cleaned. It was confusing that the maids presented it as super cleaning - repeating several times that they had washed the floors. Guys) but this is your job and you have to do it every day.
3. There are a lot of glasses / mirrors in the hotel: elevators, stairs, but they were always terribly dirty and stained - the view from the windows was greatly spoiled because of this and was not pleasant to look at. I complained about this too - the climbers started climbing and washing the hotel a day later))
In general, cleaning and cleanliness is a strange approach to it in this hotel, with the color that it is Turkey and that it is 5* and that it now costs 400 thousand per family for 10 days)
4. In general, the organization of the work of employees is not very good. Great hotel! A large area, surrounded by greenery and flowers. Huge swimming pool, slides. Beautiful sea, clean big beach. Special respect to the chefs.
We rested in the second half of May 2024. We liked everything. There are disadvantages, but they were not important for us. In the room (standard: two beds + sofa on the balcony + armchair-bed): shower gel, body lotion, hair balm, slippers, towels 2 pcs. per person, kettle, tea/coffee/ sugar, refrigerator with pepsi/Fanta/ beer / straw with salt. There are no bathrobes, shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste in the room (everything is much more expensive in Turkey now than in Russia, take it with you). The food is mostly delicious, the cakes are for every taste, the gozleme is very tasty. There is a small choice for a hot lunch: there is always lamb kebab, grilled chicken, grilled fish, the rest is different. There are several types of hot for dinner: beef stew or beef tongue, grilled chicken, grilled and steamed fish, lamb in different versions.
There are enough sun beds on the beach, if there are not enough, then you can approach the staff - they will bring it. In short, a good price/quality combination, taking into account the current price tag for a vacation in Turkey. A solid five in economy class.
On the plus side is an excellent patisserie coffee shop with wonderful desserts and freshly brewed Turkish coffee, a well-maintained green area with numerous trees and shrubs, magnificent mountain views, relatively diverse and for the most part delicious food in the restaurant.
One of the disadvantages is cats in restaurants (as in principle everywhere in the hotel) . Sometimes it felt like they were the rightful owners here and the staff couldn't do anything about it. This is a real problem. I will not describe the rest of the subjective household details, everything is in the reviews of other tourists.
What needs (must!) to be improved is the daytime animation. In fact, she didn't exist. The killed inventory at the beginning of the season (torn balls, severely worn ping-pong rackets, a ping-pong table with dents), the absence of animators at the announced events (the animator did not appear at all several times at the bocce), the absence of archery / shotgun in the schedule, the unclear time of inventory issuance.
Despite the listed disadvantages, we did not dwell on the negative. We were satisfied with our stay at this hotel.

We arrived at the hotel at 6 a.m. The first impression of the reception area was a surprised, atypical look of a Turkish hotel. In Russia, such an entourage pulls a maximum of 3*, well, okay. There was no one at the reception or on the ground floor in general. We are waiting.... The administrator came with a dissatisfied face, silently took the passports. They asked for early check-in, said that don't even wait until 12:00, they won't check in. Okay, let's go to the pool, the child lay down on a chaise longue, fell asleep, went the second day without sleep. By 12 o'clock we arrived at the reception. They said that they would not check us in before 14:00, there are no available rooms. We sat down in the lobby, we are waiting! We observe people arriving, who approach the administrators without stopping and go somewhere. Closer to 13:00, I stood next to the reception, I see how visiting foreigners are given room cards for check-in. She started shouting and swearing loudly. The receptionist replied to me: "Why are you ruining my working day?". I say, "I have a child without sleep for a day." The number was immediately found. There were no clarifications about the hotel or the service, just take the cards and go. And then the most interesting thing began. Checked in!!! This is not a room, guys, this is a barn! A dirty, ruined, smelly barn! You can't even assign a 2* number to this level. We took a photo and went back to the reception. We found another room for us, about the same, but without a smell. I started writing to the tour operator. I'm sorry, a trip for a week for three people is 300,000 rubles. The tour operator said that a certain Tolga Baris should contact us. So no one came. Then the tour operator advised him to call his internal number. Baris did not speak Russian, he did not understand anything. They stayed in the barn. By evening, the child got sick from overheating in the sun, fever, vomiting, chills 🤦♀️ They called the reception, asked for water and a blanket. For understanding, there is one bottle of water in the room for three people. A fiasco! An hour has passed, no water, no blanket. We're calling again. Another hour. Nobody! We call for the third time, after 20 minutes they brought a blanket. There is no water again! The husband went to the bar himself, brought water. The next day, the tour operator still managed to move us to another building, the room is clean, fresh, but far from new.
Next, we're trying to figure out how to sign up for an Ala-kart restaurant. The same receptionist tells us to go downstairs. No one was found downstairs. The next day, they asked her again. She replied with displeasure: "I told you yesterday!" Guys, this is a 5*Ultra service!!!! We went down again, we didn't find anyone. As a result, it turned out that there is another staircase and a separate hall downstairs. But!!! The most interesting thing is to get to the restaurant using Ala-cards, you need to pay an additional 9 euros per person! Plus, alcohol in the restaurant is also at your own expense for space money. Medical insurance is included in the price of the voucher, but in order to use it and earn it, you need to pay a deductible of 25 euros. Next, we check out at 00:50 at night, the day is paid, but the eviction is early. We ask for a dry ration for the trip, pay 3 euros per person. That's the level, that's the service!
Nutrition: generally not bad, but 70 percent of the food is Turkish cuisine, which is mostly eaten only by Turks. Very tasty meat and fish. Meat is plentiful for dinner. Lots of greens and vegetables. Sweets are clearly not on the level of Turkey, baklava is not honey, soaked in sugar. Cakes made from cheap products. There are always not enough places in the cafe, every time you look for a place to sit in this anthill. There is a catastrophic shortage of staff, they do not have time to clean the tables.
There is only local alcohol in the bar, imported, but it is not poured.
The pool area is good, the pool itself is clean, slides for children and adults, but there are also difficulties with sun beds. If you don't come in the morning, then there is little chance of landing. At sea, it's easier with sun beds. The sea itself is very clean and beautiful, but it is difficult to go in without corals, very small pebbles, it hurts to go in and out.
In general, among the advantages are the gorgeous nature of Kemer, the beautiful sea (take a boat trip, you won't regret it) and the cleanest air (crickets chirp around the clock, this is clearly an indicator of good ecology).
And so, in general, the hotel is a complete disappointment. The hotel clearly lacks a good head to put things in order. You need to start with the staff and service. Simply teach people to smile and buy vacuum cleaners. In the main building, the carpets are all in the trash, the garbage is swept away with a mop. The 21st century is in the yard, everything can be done much easier and faster. To be honest, after such a trip, we concluded that you need to rest in Russia. Previously, they thought absolutely differently and thought that Turkey was still far away from us. After returning to Russia, we checked into one of the Sochi hotels. I became very proud of my country!

Let's start with the reception, getting a room we were told directly by an unpleasant man, through an interpreter you want to live in the main building to pay another 300 euros, I communicated with other vacationers who lived in the main building, they did not ask for money.
We were given a room on the ground floor in arcadia, but no one said that a children's party takes place there 2 times a week until 23. Someone's children jump on trampolines and throw balls right next to your window. And yours can't sleep.
My sister also stopped by the hotel on July 27 and asked her for a 2-year-old baby, give us a quiet room, since we were unlucky and the music was from the nursery, then from the night until 23:30.
And she was given a room on the 2nd floor, the same place as us. The reception does not take into account any requests at all! Even if you give them presents.....
We also asked for 4 times to carry out cleaning earlier, which of course we will do. And only 2 times in 10 days we got to 13. The rest of the days, every time we went out for lunch, I looked for a cleaner and asked for our room to be cleaned.
Also about towels, there are 4 people in the room, and there were consistently 3 pcs.
To which the Reception said every time we will fix it and nothing. Only I had to explain to the Indian cleaner that there were four of us.

I was picking up food for my youngest son and saw trout in cream sauce. I come in 5 minutes, she's gone, and there are vegetables on the grill.
Or just lamb bones floating in fat and nothing to take. It was especially insulting with cherries, the children are eating, I'll eat cherries for them. But no, it stupidly ended and it will not be anymore. The restaurant does not cope with the number of tourists at all, they cook for fewer people.
It's the same with sweets in the pastry shop, they already had 1/4 of the display case left in 1630 and did not add anything.
Fruits, not counting melons and watermelon, are exposed in very small quantities and are not added. I approached the management, they say it's over. But this can be forgiven when dinner is over, and not in 1930 there is nothing.
