I'll put 3 stars, I've often been there, well, first of all, the hotel itself is three-star, but each room has some kind of minus, for example, in room 221, everything is patched up, in room 222 the mattress on the bed falls in 223, only everything seems to be normal. I was not in the other rooms. There are no dishes, you need to ask her and wait, there are not always hygiene products, you also need to call the reception and ask, like little things, but damn ... you could have cooked the rooms normally for earlier.

We came to visit, my husband arrived, paid for the hotel in advance, did not pick up the key, left it at the reception. We arrive, and the administrator tells us, oh, and there are no more keys left. How is there no more?! I still don't understand it. In half an hour they found us a key, went into the room ... straightened the bed, and there was a hole, a hole on the sheet🤦♀️

Nothing, you can live. True, the restaurant is run by Indians who should have breakfast from 08.00, but they start cooking at 08.30 or 09.00 and they don't give a fuck. They have sori and a smile from ear to ear. The breakfasts are so-so, always coffee or tea 2 fried eggs with three slices of cucumber and tomato slices, an olive, three slices of bread, butter, parts of a matchbox and two sausages. It should be noted separately that the hands of the Indian cook are dirty and in some sores. Therefore, I will not have breakfast there anymore.
Separately, I would like to note the conflict situation that has occurred. About their broken door, which had an imperceptibly sharp end of a chip sticking out and I tore my clothes on it, I told the reception they immediately reacted, the director personally apologized and compensated with five thousand tenge. Well done in this regard.
