We had a rest at the end of October. A 5* stretch hotel. In general, not bad, for 1 time. The advantages are clear. Of the disadvantages, It is not convenient to get to the beach, the hotel on the mountain has a beautiful view, but a steep descent and ascent. The territory of the hotel is small. They asked at the reception for an additional fee of $ 100 for a sea view, although it was a side view, you had to lean out over the balcony to see the sea)))
Animation is contests between residents)) sometimes there is live music.
For those who want to sleep longer in the morning - for some reason, loud music is turned on by the pool at 10.00 for 10 minutes and room cleaning is very noisy! The cleaners are talking loudly, rattling something from 9:00.
In standard rooms, there is an extra bed everywhere. They don't give you bathrobes. Towels with holes. Hair balm and body cream are also not given- this is the first time, in my experience. The mini bar is not always replenished.
On the beach, an evil uncle- all the time corrects the sun beds in parallel and pushes them back if they are not standing correctly)))

Food for 4* rooms for 4* room cleaning 2* , the territory is small (pools, slide bar), I want to mention a very polite driver in a jeep that takes you to the sea. Reception for 5*, excellent staff. They will help in everything and get into the situation, the bartenders in the bar are hungry for tips, it is not very pleasant. There is a coffee shop by the elevator to the beach and a waitress at 5*, a bar at 4* on the beach, but you can increase the rating because of the staff at this bar. They're great. The beach is clean, rocky, the pebbles are large, it is not very comfortable to go into the sea, be sure to take shoes (corals), be sure to go to the pine cape in 3 minutes it is on the beach, take donkeys with non-hooks, it is fashionable to perfectly fish from stones and squid on spinning, animation 2*,

We stayed at the hotel in late September and early October.
We booked a room with a sea view and paid an additional 9 thousand for it when booking. We arrived early in the morning, gave the most ordinary room, said if you want a sea view as you have booked, come by 10 a.m. when the receptionist arrives.
We arrived at 10 a.m. showed a voucher, we were overpowered with a sea view + added a visit to another restaurant.
The hotel itself is gorgeous, the place is wonderful, of course the hotel is designed for adults.
The sea is beautiful, there are no waves, a bay with clean fine sand, a lifeguard is constantly on the beach.
The only disadvantage of the hotel is the lack of shade, the umbrellas are so small that they practically do not give shadows and it is also impossible to move them. The sun beds were occupied until 9 a.m. after 9 there was not a single free sunbed, although we were out of season.
The food is good, varied, there were fish days, everything is delicious, there are always national sweets.
We had a good cleaning service, for tips.
Overall, I liked the hotel.You can come once.

We rested from June 20-28, 2024..100% is the best hotel in my piggy bank so far. Room +, mini bar+, restaurant/variety +, infinity pool+, the beach is beautiful! No fuss and "at 7 a.m., put a towel on the sunbed so that they don't take it")))- there is no such thing...Everything is calm...everyone has enough... The hotel is on a high hill, a funny tractor rides every 20 minutes))) takes / brings to the sea, although the distance is 5 minutes on foot. The evening shows are interesting, uncluttered, although the animation itself, to me, is about nothing. I highly recommend the hotel!

The hotel is quite pleasant, most of all I liked the beach with a convenient entrance to the sea. The beach is not very close to the hotel, but there is a tractor-minibus, very often and it is quite funny to ride it. There were clutches of turtle eggs in the season, all the clutches (I think so all along the coast) are fenced off with warning signs so as not to touch, these are just good fellows. Large spacious room, everything works. The lobby is very beautiful and there is a bar with a variety of foreign-made alcohol. In all other bars of the hotel, alcohol is only locally produced. The food is normal, but after 5-6 days it begins to seem somewhat monotonous. Pasta is best made from hot (indeed, of all the hotels where we have been, it is the most delicious here). The worst thing is the grill, which feels like it is poorly cleaned (the dishes taste like burning). The good news is that during the whole vacation there have never been any stomach problems! Excellent SPA area, just beyond praise! The sauna is always hot and dry, and there is also a hammam.
Now about the cons:
- cleaning is just something, we can assume that it does not exist. A week's worth of dust, on the headboard (I was even afraid to look under the bed itself). Floors are not washed, but only carried out selectively with a rag in randomly selected places. Garbage may not be taken out for a couple of days. The mini bar is very rarely replenished. One day they gave us white towels with brown spots on them, we did not use them. I still did not understand the schedule for changing bed linen, somehow I thought that they had not changed it for five days.
It's better not to remember about washing plumbing in the bathroom at all. It's the worst cleaning I've ever seen!
- the animation is poor, something is constantly happening on the beach of the neighboring hotel during the day (foam parties, for example), this is not here (maybe it's for the best for a relaxing holiday). In the evening, three times a week, "Miss Hotel", "Mr. Hotel", "The best couple of the hotel" - consider that for three days a week the hotel does not invite any speakers and they do not need to pay for the evening show. During the day, it seems that some kind of activity is carried out, but this is simply not visible. Saving money!

We arrived early in the morning and despite this, we were greeted and escorted to an early breakfast, thanks to Filit.
Later, the necessary documents were issued and checked into the room by noon. We booked the room at the Booking Office. There was a problem with payment, because Russian cards are not accepted. We chose to pay on the spot, but there is also a problem. Mir cards and Visa are not accepted. There is no way to pay using a QR code. Payment is only in 💲 or 💶 . At the reception, admins freeze tips.However, this is a common story.
The room is quite large and comfortable. Great view from the balcony. The safe is in the closet. Lots of hangers. The fridge is filled with drinks.A gorgeous bed. A snow-white bed.
Towels were changed daily. I was surprised that there was no toothpaste and brushes, shaving supplies. If you forgot, then it's not very convenient to run around looking. The hotel is on a hill.
The food is varied. An abundance of vegetables and herbs. But, for my taste, bland food. I didn't have enough spices and spices. I was pleased with the different fish and seafood.
Drinks, as in all hotels, are of higher quality in the lobby.
It's very beautiful everywhere!

A very nice hotel. It is located on a hill, which offers a beautiful view of the sea from a height. You can walk to the sea along a very steep descent, or drive in an open trailer attached to a tractor. The flights are permanent. The waiting time is no more than 5 minutes. The sea is a separate pleasure. The entrance is shallow, sandy (large, but very pleasant sand). Incredibly clear sea, very comfortable entrance with a gradual increase in depth. It's perfect for children. Nearby, to the left of the sea, there is a small forest on a hill with a lot of hiking trails. There is a magnificent 180-degree panorama of the sea. A great place for a photo.
The hotel is not old, very cozy. The food is good: during the week there were at least 5 types of fish, chicken, turkey, beef, lamb, a wonderful selection of fruits and desserts. The rooms are fresh. The mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. The air conditioners are central. They work well and quietly. There is a mini bar. The replenishment is constant.
Nuances:
- the air conditioner turns off every time you open the balcony, but when you close it it no longer turns on, you have to turn it on and set it up again. It can turn itself off at night, as if it is programmed in time;
- poor room cleaning - we have never washed the floor so that there is no hair or sand on the floor;
- standard rooms do not have irons and bathrobes, you can only iron things for a fee;
- only sparkling wine and tequila were acceptable from local alcohol. I didn't like the white and red wine;
- the fitness room is very small, one treadmill and an ellipse are broken;
- very small umbrellas on the beach, you constantly have to move the sunbed to find shade. In fact, it is very uncomfortable, it would be good if awnings or at least the same umbrellas as at the pools were installed on the beach.

The hotel barely pulls in 3 stars. The beach is dirty, it's disgusting to walk on it with bare feet. The sea is clean in the morning, then it brings some garbage. I didn't like the food at all, there is no variety. It doesn't even smell like seafood. From sea food- crab sticks. The rooms are not cleaned properly. When we arrived, there was a dirty toilet, I will not tell you the details. The main disadvantage of the hotel is that you need to GO to the beach. When you want to go to the beach, you wait for the car. If you want to go back, you are also waiting for a car. The hotel is located on a mountain, so it is impossible to go down and up to the beach on foot, the slope is very steep. Once we went on foot from the beach to the hotel, it almost got bad while we were climbing. The territory of the hotel is very small, there is literally nowhere to walk. Of the advantages, the room is not bad, quiet, gave a view of the sea, the sea is warm, not deep.

A wonderful hotel and a blue flag beach! The food is varied and delicious, the drinks are different for children and adults! The hotel has a large swimming pool and children's slides. We were in Turkey for the first time, overall we really liked the hotel! There is a lot of food and different, a lot of sweets, fish, meat, fruits, drinks for every taste ! Stunningly beautiful hotel outside and inside! The location on the mountain has its pros and cons, but there were more pros for us :)
A beautiful bay, a sandy beach, pine trees on the cape and many different fish in the sea near the stones - a wonderful place!
The transfer from the hotel to the beach and back (from the mountain and uphill) works from morning until 19 o'clock, although walking is not stressful. They drive a colorful blue tractor with an atmospheric trailer-trailer! The children were delighted with him, and the adults too :))
The food in the restaurant is delicious, varied and there is a lot of it, as in the classic good Turkish dishes.
The rooms are also normal, comfortable, you can find shoals, but they did not spoil our rest.

An amazing hotel! We rested from 05/12/2022 to 05/19/2022. The staff is wonderful, always in a good mood, ready to help and make your stay even more comfortable.
We were settled, in my opinion, in one of the best rooms of the hotel. A room on the ground floor with a luxurious terrace.
Everything is very clean, cozy and everything is done "as for yourself".
Five minutes walk to the sea or a couple of minutes by tractor)
The food is very varied and delicious, lots of fresh vegetables and fruits, meat, fish, a huge selection of cheeses, pastries, sweets. During the day, there are various ice cream (packaged), snacks, fruits and vegetables, pizza, burgers on the territory of the hotel and the beach.
There is a daily replenishment of the bar in the room (water, juice, lemonade, beer).
The evening program is certainly not for 5+, but it's quite decent for a change.
The Internet throughout the hotel is great.

A beautiful, clean hotel. A very beautiful swimming pool with a wonderful view of the sea.
BUT the animators' work is terrible. On the sea for 10 days, only once did one animator organize volleyball and play himself. The rest of the days I had to run after the animators from the beach to the hotel to give the ball and water the playground (I'm not talking about playing with the guests at all).
The young people who worked as bartenders at the hotel played coolly with the guests. They created a wonderful game, they were so friendly to the guests! The game was boring without them.
BUT the hotel administration began to harass these guys and forbid them to play with the guests (at the same time, the guests were only glad when they were played with and no one made any complaints). As guests, we talked to the hotel administration and explained that we were only glad when the guys who worked at the bar played with us. The hotel manager PROMISED that there would be no penalties from young people and that the desire of the guests was the law. But... the next day, the administration issued a reprimand to the guys, and this was reflected in their personal file.
Summary - sports events are poorly organized in the hotel (there is only one bow for the whole hotel, old; volleyball - well, the animators do not organize the game (they lie that they came to convene the game and no one went). The hotel administration does not listen and does not take into account the opinions and wishes of the guests.

Great hotel! We rested together from 08/25/22 to 09/05/22. We settled in at night immediately upon arrival. We were escorted to the room, told everything, and showed it. We booked a room with a sea view, and we settled in it, it's a delight! The staff is on top! Many people speak Russian, but mostly English. Everything in the room is new, clean, a large double bed and 1 single bed. There is a spacious wardrobe, a safe, a TV, a small refrigerator. Cleaning, change of towels, replenishment of the mini bar every day. Everything is very beautiful on the territory, the pool is gorgeous. There are many sun beds, there are always free ones both at sea and by the pool. There is a fridge with water and a snack bar near the pool. You can have a snack or take a drink. There is also a bar on the sea with food, drinks and ice cream. I would like to pay special attention to nutrition, it was excellent. Food for every taste, meat, fish, seafood, chicken, everything is very tasty, a large and varied selection of side dishes. Fresh vegetables, salads, delicious fruits, lots of desserts, including national ones. Themed dinners are held every Friday. The main restaurant has a terrace with tables. 3 ala carte restaurants. We went to Italian and were satisfied. We quietly signed up 1 day before the visit. It is necessary to choose the main course and dessert in advance. For dinner, 1 item from each menu category + what you have chosen will be served. It turns out very satisfying: 3 bruschettas, meat, sliced mozzarella and tomato, mushroom cream soup, risotto and salad. I was very pleased with the animation - daily aqua aerobics, shooting, darts, beach volleyball, water polo, in the evening a concert program. We got to a foam party, it was fun. There are also 3 slides on site. 5 minutes walk to the sea. A "tractor" with a cart also goes there. It won't be long to wait, the delivery service works from 8:00 to 18:00. You can safely walk, but from the sea to the hotel you will have to go uphill. The sea is clear, you can see the bottom even from a couple of meters, there are no living creatures. On the beach there are small pebbles turning into sand. There is a shower, a changing room, swings, hammocks. The area is well landscaped. WiFi is available both on site and near the sea. Next to the hotel there is something like a shopping center with textiles, souvenirs and clothes. About an hour's drive to Alanya. We got there by transfer from the tour operator, back by bus. It's easy to find a stop, the main thing is to download maps in advance. The bus ride is $2 per person.
There are a lot of impressions, great memories, the hotel and the staff are wonderful!

We brought almost half a bus of tourists to the hotel, including us, we did not wait at the reception in this crowd, changed our clothes and went to explore the territory, immediately went down to the sailor, the bay, the rocks, the beauty. The beach is open to everyone, so sometimes there were a lot of people lying on towels, but this did not bother us. Later, we were invited to the reception and explained that unfortunately there are no two standard rooms (booked), they offered a two-room one with a Jacuzzi on the balcony, we were quite satisfied with it, we were satisfied! In terms of nutrition, we had enough, there was nothing to complain about, even a late dinner is for those who stayed at the disco and managed to get hungry. We didn't even think about going on the tour, we spent all the time with pleasure on the territory of the hotel. From the very morning until the evening, the animators entertained, well done, special thanks to them, it was a lot of fun! The evening program is a little weak, but nothing, we had enough daytime entertainment. And also a huge plus for a good gym, he saved me from a fun company, otherwise I would not have survived to drink and eat so much. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We were on vacation with my mom in July. The hotel itself is beautiful, BUT there is no normal service for Russian-speaking tourists at all. They barely understand English. During breakfast, lunch and dinner, they came up only 2 times to ask what we wanted to drink. The program is always the same and the animators do their job without much enthusiasm. For children, the disco is always the same, 10 days in a row at 21:00, and nothing has changed. Every week, the days of a certain meal change, i.e. Monday is fish day, Tuesday is Mexican, etc., and so on every week. Getting to the sea is quite problematic, because you need to go down and up the mountain on foot, and that very tractor may be late with time and you can wait for it for as long as 30 minutes. There is a terribly untidy area on the beach for lunch. Flies and midges are flying. We have something to compare 5-star hotels with, so this is a review.

Beautiful territory, a normal level of service, free imported alcohol, a beautiful beach) but very monotonous food, there seems to be a lot of everything, but there is really nothing to eat

Very nice hotel and polite staff
I give this rating for the disgusting food from the Alaskan sushi bar
There is no service in this bar, the waiter approached with great reluctance (although they did not offend with tips)
Of the total number of dishes offered + what was ordered separately , we were able to eat one
The rest was politely refused (when the waiter took away the dishes, did you like it? We didn't want to upset and said "yes" to which he was surprised with a grin "seriously", the next day we went to bed with the departure (it's good that dinner fell in the middle of the vacation, we had a good time)
The remaining few days we did not leave the room, the condition was disgusting
And it lasted even after arriving home (for the last 2 days, the hotel tried to eat only water)
That's how one dinner ruined the impression of the trip.
