Beautiful restaurant, with original cuisine.
I ordered a hot dish of chicken breast stewed in applesauce. They brought me a chicken with a wide red streak when it was cut. The administrator Alexandra claimed that the chicken suvid looks exactly like this. But the Internet tells me something is wrong.

A new establishment of a small, but very atmospheric and nationally oriented network. Bravo! A good, not overloaded menu. Excellent borscht with a pie, dumplings are good, I would change the side dish for pike perch from pumpkin to parsnips, and homemade crambambula, as always, fits literally everything on the menu!))

Waiters - keep an eye on the tables. The client doesn't have anything anymore, but they won't fit, they won't offer. They missed the dish when ordering, but I didn't repeat it, so I didn't try it. A great place with national cuisine in the center of Minsk.
I was in the evening, about 6 p.m. on Monday, I had a place, while I was ordering and eating, the hall was almost full and everyone came by reservation, because it's probably better to book.
I note that the kitchen on Sverlova is not all that is indicated on the menu.
My order was minimal, everything was delicious.

There are fewer dishes than in the "Litvinye" on the outskirts, but the menu itself is very beautifully decorated in the national style. If my grandmother were alive and found out that I eat pancakes for 22 Belarusian rubles, she would swear, but in this life you need to try everything. The Honey Mushroom cake is beyond praise.

We went to the restaurant 4/01. The hostess (tall, thin brunette) refused to board. We went outside, waiting for a taxi. It's -5 outside and the wind is wild. Other users are coming in. For some reason, there was a place for them. Our reasonable question, "How did it happen?" was not answered. Rudeness.
