In general, everything turned out to be a great evening. I would especially like to note that the restaurant has a TEAM. It feels very strong. And this is the main decoration of the restaurant. We visited a few months ago. The place is very crowded and popular. We went without reservation, had a meal for two hours, and found a place for us without any problems. However, the receptionist looked like that, and she threw the lunch menu on the table right away, without asking (although they wanted to order the main one) and walked past. Of course, we are not money purses, but still the attitude was strange. The impression was made by a very friendly waiter, who served us quickly and beautifully, and told us about all the dishes. The dishes are 8 out of 10, the administrator's ratio is 5 out of 10, the waiter is 100,000 out of 10. Anyway, I recommend that you go and try it at least for the sake of food.

The menu is not bloated. All the most delicious things are here.
The menu is in Belarusian, but the waiters are the nicest, they will tell you everything, explain. You can see that they themselves get high from working here.

A wonderful place:
- there is an interesting background in the name and surroundings of the institution (brief historical background);
- unique and interesting dishes;
- large portions;
- merch and souvenir products (including edible ones) are sold.
Separately, I would like to praise the pork knuckle, which we could not master with the girl, but it was very tasty! As well as serving dishes from local waiters (the guys are trying to make a pleasant impression).

Delicious! BUT the receptionist was very upset: she said there was an hour limit. We had exactly 5 minutes left, we were calmly finishing dessert with coffee, and she just came up and literally started kicking us out.I'm not joking. This is the first time this has happened to me! Moreover, there were consolidated tables, and we didn't just sit and talk.… It's incredibly insulting and the impression is ruined. After paying the bill, we returned slowly from the bathroom-there were still empty tables, we did not embarrass anyone, but we were infringed upon in enjoying the food.

We booked a table approximately 3 hours before the visit on a weekday. As a result, we were seated not very comfortably, right under a noisy column and right next to the counter separating the hall from the cooking area. When I asked about another table, the answer was that everything was booked. We were at 8 p.m. on Thursday. There were a lot of visitors, they served an average duration. The choice of dishes is small, and it was frustrating that many of the dishes listed on the menu on the website, at Sverdlov 2, are not cooked. We will not go here anymore, but we may look into other establishments of this chain to still try what we wanted. The food here didn't really impress me.

I really enjoyed the dinner at this place. The nice girl at the reception did not turn us around without reservations, but offered us a table for 50 minutes. In the end, we did it perfectly!
We ate the most delicious borscht in our lives (we were carefully given a napkin on our chest so as not to get dirty), tar-tar and chicken were also liked, the dark beer was wonderful. I was surprised by the quality of the appliances and the stone storage space for them, the clean bathroom, and the courteous staff. In short, we came out in a great mood.

An ideal place for a dinner for two, family or company. First of all, I would like to mention the stylish interior and very tasty food. When we came here on the second evening of our trip, we decided that we would spend the final dinner here too. As a result, two campaigns and both 10 out of 10. I've been to different institutions in Moscow and St. Petersburg, there is something to compare it with, but here it's a direct hit in the heart.
It's a pity that there is no children's corner, the little ones quickly get bored.

One of the best restaurants in Minsk. A very original and delicious menu, written, by the way, only in Belarusian. The tinctures are beyond praise. I also recommend bread with bacon (take a video of the feed), eggplant salad with beef, potato dumplings with meat. National cuisine in the author's execution. We came to visit Minsk from Moscow and decided to visit this restaurant, because we were looking for a good place to eat. We were shocked by the first dish we tried - it was salads. Then it's hotter... in general, guys, how delicious and decent everything is there: the restaurant's service and service are super. Alexandra and Bogdan are great, they will always offer and be able to recommend at the highest level what you want. Many thanks to them and if they read it, greetings from the bottom of my heart from Moscow. And my wife said:- it's a pity that this restaurant and the guys can't be moved to Moscow and close to home. I want to say that I fully agree with her and because I love cooking myself (the cook is a kebab man himself) I want to come, visit and eat in this restaurant.

The anniversary was celebrated in the common room, by pre-booking a comfortable seat for 12 people. We were comfortably positioned in a corner of the hall. The food is interesting, good, the serving is really great- especially minced meat, (but it's a little doubtful to chop a knuckle with an axe, the axe is a bit thick in my opinion, but a thin long knife would do better, or a knife with teeth). The service time is quite appropriate, the waiter who accepted the order accidentally forgot to bring us "lust on onion bread ..." but it was included in the bill, politely apologized, the money was immediately returned.
There was a time limit of 3 hours, but they hinted to us after 2 hours ...
In general, we liked everything.

For some reason, many tourists undeservedly among the top gastro-places in Minsk do not mention this, and very wrongly! This is a stunningly atmospheric place with a cozy interior, excellent serving and original design of dishes. For Muscovites, the check will be acceptable by the standards of the city, which is good news.
