We bought the terminal from another company, the license ended, they said you need to call Exat-bel, since they are importers. As a result, Albert, the head of the service department, patiently kept me online for more than half an hour, suggested which buttons to press, in the end everything was updated, very high-quality service, there were problems with updating, because the terminal did not connect for a long time, but no one sent us to the service center, until the last they tried to help online, saving our time. I put 5 stars.

We leased KSA 3b1 from this company, then decided to buy it out. We were billed for an early buyout. I still didn't understand what the money was paid for :(( After the buyout, we paid for a subscription for a year for using their software. The subscription ended, we decided to switch to an Electronic receipt (Belblankvyd). They said that we should pay them 156 rubles. (This is twice as expensive as an annual subscription) for abandoning their software. Although the subscription ended and the KSA was blocked. That is, we did not cancel them ahead of schedule. .. I still didn't understand what we had to pay them for. But they paid, just to get away from these crashers, whose job is to cut money at any cost.. And withdraw money from the client for nothing.. I do not recommend anyone to enter into contractual relations with them.

Disgusting support. It is not possible to get through by phone. They ask you to contact them via Viber. They can respond for several days. But the sales department works perfectly) They will always respond and sell.
If it comes to basic repairs to replace the connector, then the price is 10 times more expensive than the market and the work takes almost 2 weeks! I do not recommend this company.
