A very good Cafe. When we go to Abkhazia, we always stop in Gagra to eat in it. Everything is very tasty and fresh there. A huge selection of different dishes. Very nice prices. I highly recommend it. You get a gastronomic pleasure.❤️
We sunbathed on the beach in August , near the Colonnades in Gagra , we wanted to eat through the navigator , according to the number of good reviews we chose the cafe Boat , it is located right on the central road , driving up to it and going inside , of course we were not delighted , but after ordering food we were pleasantly surprised by its taste and speed the service , as well as the friendly staff . Today we came to Abkhazia again and immediately planned to have breakfast there , it was still delicious , after visiting the amazing lake Ritsa , we stopped for dinner on the way back . Thanks to the replays and all the staff, the food is awesome!
It was in this cafe that I did not but appreciated it because I lived myself
10 days on Ardzimba 173 all cafes are good in the evenings, fun music is playing everywhere, people are relaxing...
The original interior and delicious food, the cafe is divided into two parts, one has not been renovated since the USSR and self-service, and in the second half a modern interior with air conditioning and service, but you will have to pay 10% extra for the service, so choose for yourself.
Simple food, low prices., fast waiting time, as if they had returned to the 80s...against the background of other catering places, this is not a bad option.
I liked the dining room. Clear. From 8-00 to 12-00 the breakfast menu. Porridge, scrambled eggs, pancakes. After 12-00 the main menu. There are always a lot of people. The girl at the checkout is punching the check and releasing the order, so everything is very slow. The prices are reasonable. The working hours and location are very convenient. The place is very popular. We were in the second half of September and there were still a lot of people, during rush hours, all the tables were occupied, both on the street and in all three halls of the dining room.
Not a bad dining room. It is the dining room that is authentic, with takeaways and self-service. Although the tables are at the level of a good cafe. The atmosphere is pleasant, the food is delicious, the food is cooked quickly. Of the disadvantages, there are not enough places.
Good, delicious food and not expensive at all. There are two halls. The first room is like a regular dining room, the second room is served by waiters for only 10% of the check amount. And regardless of the amount of the check.
We ate here every day with the whole family for 10 days. We tried almost all the dishes on the menu - everything is delicious! The children had mashed potatoes with a cutlet and borscht in the top. Adults especially liked the fish, meat in Abkhazian style in a frying pan. The most delicious khachapuri is delicate and fragrant. Despite the fact that this is a dining room, a variety, sincere home cooking, and the serving of dishes is not worse than in some restaurants👍 Many thanks to the chefs for their work🙏
Very tasty cuisine. Recommend. Although from the outside, the knowledge of the dining room does not look respectable. Delicious food was more important to us.
A good dining room with affordable prices for delicious food without special frills
For breakfast, the usual porridge and scrambled eggs, for lunch borscht and solyanka are delicious, for dinner - fresh trout fried whole.
Cooking is fast, completely self-service
A room with comfortable sofas
We were in Abkhazia in July 2023, the food was certainly not WOW, I expected a little better, but because this was the nearest dining room, we went there for the first time. The staff was so friendly in the morning that I wanted to turn around and leave, but we went to breakfast with the child and there was no desire to look for another place for breakfast because the vacation passes so quickly.
It's not a big cafe, but it's very cozy. It is better to go to the halls with service, although it is 10% more expensive there, but it is worth it - it is not crowded, it is cool, But the main thing is the food - everything is very tasty!! And the prices are very attractive!!
If you want to remember the Soviet dining room, then here you are. The food is delicious, inexpensive, but monotonous. Bring beer with you, I had to run to the next store.
Everything is fine, but as everywhere in Abkhazia, you need to be careful in public catering, because everywhere in the country there is unsanitary conditions and gastroenteritis can easily be caught
The food is really delicious. Not expensive. Service (speed) is not always at the level. When an additional hall was opened, although it was 10% more expensive (absolutely not critical), it got better.
I didn't like the place, although the locals said on the street that it was the best place for price / quality. We were in the self-service lounge. There was a woman behind the cash register , snarling like a dog . The khinkali was terrible, it was lying on the plate somehow, some kind of pasta of vague origin. Homemade lemonade is a lemon squeezed and diluted with water, not even carbonated! That 's all the lemonade. I do not recommend it, there is a risk of poisoning.
It's a beautiful place. But it's a pity for the woman at the checkout, she also counts visitors and immediately pours compote and warms the food, this is a big minus, then they figure out who is in the kitchen.Everything is very tasty there, but because she is alone, we waited an hour for dumplings. I recommend the guilty to drink there!!!!! There is also such a moment when she warms dishes in the microwave 🤔
We visited this cafe twice: the first time, as it seemed to us, the Russian waitress served us - she communicated perfectly, explained everything and told us. They took khinkali, khachapuri, wine (in a bottle), cheburek, meat, caesar. Everything was edible. And although the food was not "Wow", we decided to come again (since it is difficult to find delicious cuisine in Gagra, there are not good cafes at every step). And our second visit just crossed out all the positive emotions from the first time. And not only with us: there were 2 other families in the hall besides us. And everyone was shocked by the service. The waitress was Abkhazian - rude, she just threw the menu on the table, after taking orders she mixed everything up, and, bringing the dish, she just shouted "who ordered, take it away." The trout was brought raw to us and to the next table. Half of our order was not made at all. Initially, they asked the waitress how long the order would be ready - 20 minutes. But in fact it turned out to be 50. When we tried to talk to someone from the management, we were refused with the words "I don't like something - it's your problem, leave!". As a result, a spoiled dinner. I strongly advise against this institution
We visited the canteen after reading positive reviews about it.
As a result, it is expensive, not tasty, we waited a long time for the order to be completed!!!
I do not advise!!!
Thank you so much to the cook for the delicious food. And the owners of this dining room need to be taught how to work professionally as waiters, cashiers and the rest of the staff. The waiters are very rude, they don't respect their guests at all. You feel like a beggar for your money there. I understand that it's the season and you have a lot of guests, but you guys can't hate us all so openly. I'm not talking about long-term service, I'm talking about the manner of communication with guests. With such anger and irritation, as if I came to their house and asked them to feed me.
A peculiar menu, as, in principle, throughout the city. For an amateur. Fat and flour. Tobacco chicken, not tobacco at all, but boiled chicken, greased with adjika.
We visited this cafe more than once, they cook delicious, we liked everything we ordered. The prices are reasonable. Of course, it's crowded in the season, and you'll have to wait. There are few tables inside and outside.
We went in the evening, the staff is slow, they work as they want, they waited for food for a long time, besides the assortment is very narrow (literally two positions for the second. The first one is missing at all..) We ordered 2 portions of roast at home, we received only one, because before us the person ordered the roast too, and the employee forgot to give it to him. They exchanged it for the last portion of fatty pilaf with pork..
the staff in the kitchen swears among themselves and is rude to customers, everything is audible in the hall. We are sorry that we visited this institution.
No one will serve you. You need to constantly call for the bill to be brought, the table to be cleared, something to be brought. Sometimes you wait for 20 minutes and the cost is +10%
Excellent dining room, everything is very tasty, I highly recommend eating exclusively here, so as not to get poisoned and not get a "gut". We stayed in Gagra for a week, all these days we ate in a Boat, we are very satisfied with the cuisine, my sincere recommendations.
A very nice cozy and delicious cafe. The prices are adequate, everything is delicious when we rested only here for lunch and went))) well, accordingly, you need to stand in line))))
The food is like a Soviet canteen, without frills, for 300 rubles it is quite possible to eat, not to say that it is very tasty. They serve for a long time, there is always a queue. They noticed that in a shift with a woman with short hair, tangerine juice and sour cream are always diluted at the distribution, instead of lemon, she tried to give the peel to tea, when they were outraged, she also cheated. In general, it's like in canteens in Soviet times. You will not find a single phone number of the management, if you suddenly want to make claims, the feedback of the owners of the institution does not care.
We were in Gagra in mid-August. We visited this dining room. It's better not to come here at lunch-there are a lot of people. The air conditioner does not work, flies, cockroaches. The staff is not friendly. The same person is at the checkout and at the distribution-everything is very long. I came across uncooked cutlets and a boat with sour cheese. Don't set foot there anymore.
The food is basically not bad for the dining room, and the service is terrible. The waiters are boorish, with a stony face. One waitress first wiped the table with chemicals with her bare hands, and then, without washing them, went to the distribution to pour us porridge!!When asked, "Will you wash your hands?", she snapped and continued to pour and of course did not wash her hands! They also take money and the same people stand at the distribution. On the third day, we caught rotovirus, 90% of it is in this dining room!!
There is no wi-fi, this is a minus. The food is not bad and inexpensive , we were at about five in the evening , there were few people , respectively , we did not have to wait long . They left well - fed and satisfied 😊
We liked this place. They cook very tasty and without consequences for the digestive tract :) Well, khinkali and a Boat... mmmm.. When I remember, my mouth is watering.. I would go back there only because of them.. %P
The dining room looks like the most decent in the neighborhood. We have been here more than once, as a result of poisoning with okroshka. Severe poisoning, it's been 4 days. The staff is really rude, cleanliness wants the best. It tastes good. There is an inn nearby , there is more trust in her
Hello! We visited this institution on 08/16/2023, Complete unsanitary conditions, two tortured women work, put cutlets with their hands without gloves, compote was poured from some kind of paint jar, it was very hot in the institution, there were no air conditioners, service was as slow as possible, the soup tasted strange, they did not eat, cutlets and mashed potatoes tasted good, but 4 out of four people were poisoned after visiting this institution . If you do not want to spend most of your vacation in a hospital / bed, I do not recommend visiting.

There were times))
From 09 to 21 June 2023, we had a vacation in Abkhazia, Gagra.Very often here, because it is very tasty there. I chose cheesecakes with cheese, khachapuri and something else. I advise everyone there!
The first impression was positive, the food was very tasty, compared to other cafes, before the first cockroach running along the walls and brazenly crawling after it. Appetite and desire to walk quickly disappeared
An excellent cafe, a very large selection of dishes, almost all the menus are always available. Cozy interior, good friendly attitude of the staff. The portions are large, the prices are very reasonable. Everything is always hot and delicious.
For the first time in Gagra. We eat in the "Boat" every day, we are glad that we found this place) Very tasty! The queue goes by pretty quickly. People are coming, the dining room is in demand. Pleasant staff) The food is fresh, everything is neat and cozy. Thank you very much to all the employees)
Good afternoon 5 stars for a very tasty oatmeal porridge!!!but there is one thing... when they wanted to sit down on the street at a table there were crumbs, they asked to clean up, they received in response: "And we will wipe off the table in the morning and in the evening" and also said that they had no time to clean up (
We only went to breakfast . Porridges, cheesecakes, pancakes and scrambled eggs are available. The prices are reasonable. It's a long wait if there are a lot of people, because one woman first takes the order , gets the money and immediately goes to put food on .
