An excellent city hotel with a convenient location within walking distance from the excellent sandy Cleopatra beach. Spacious, newly renovated two-room family rooms, daily cleaning. All-inclusive meals and delicious tortillas did not give a chance to manifest a feeling of hunger. There is enough alcohol both in quantity and quality. The hotel is for those who do not count on a set of entertainment and services for 5*, but are quite sure to receive them on 3*+++ .

Beach 7 is about 5 minutes from the sea.
A sunbed and an umbrella in September 2024, if you buy a voucher at the reception, it will cost 140 liras.

Good evening, everyone! We stayed at this hotel in September. The location of the hotel is good, everything is nearby (beach, shops, exchanger, etc.). The rooms are clean, linen is changed frequently, there is a free safe in the room, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the territory and in the rooms! There is enough food in the restaurant and it is delicious. I really liked the girls:Aitan, Marin and others (difficult names) working there, Osman, Niyaz (cooked a delicious amlet), cook Aydin and in general the whole team is very friendly and cultured. There are many Russian speakers. At the reception, Ibrahim is just a smart girl! He helped a lot with advice, BelBoy Bakyt is also well done! The impressions are very good from the hotel. Nice city hotel. Conveniently located relative to the sea (5 minutes) and the city center (15-20 minutes walk to the funicular). The rooms are spacious, there are two rooms. All rooms have a balcony. Friendly staff, very attentive attitude towards the guests. At the reception you will be greeted as dear guests who are very welcome, your luggage will be delivered to your room, everything will be shown and told. Wi-Fi and in-room safe are free!!
The food is quite tasty and varied, beef, turkey, fish, lots of vegetables and fruits, delicious desserts, ayran and unlimited water. There are several bars and you can also enjoy delicious tortillas, which a woman will bake in front of you right on the territory of the hotel.
In general, in this hotel everyone will find a comfortable place to relax, there are cozy sofas, armchairs, swings with soft pillows everywhere. The atmosphere is very pleasant. We came here for the second time and were never disappointed.

We rested from June 20 to June 29, 2024. We are very satisfied. The family consists of 4 people. Lovely family room - large, two bedrooms with doors. Spacious balcony, access to the balcony from two rooms. There is a conder in both rooms, a TV. Daily cleaning, very clean. The staff at the hotel is the best I've been to Turkey. They settled in at 10-30. At the reception, Ibrahim speaks Russian well, he will always help with advice or if there is anything in the room to bring or repair. There is no end to my delight. I know the Lonicera network well, in 2015 we rested in Lonicera World. I recommend all hotels of this chain first of all to all my friends. Service, food, rooms - everything is excellent! It is a 5-minute walk from this city hotel to the beach 7. 2 sun beds with an umbrella cost 210 liras, if you take them for 7-9 days at once, then beach boy gives a discount. The food in this hotel may not be in the same range as in 5 rooms, but everything is very tasty! The cook is a great fellow! The restaurant is clean, cleaned instantly, there are no queues! I recommend this hotel to people who want to explore the surroundings on their own and walk around the city in the evenings.

A great quiet hotel, very well fed, there is a Russian-speaking staff, there are no problems with communication.The atmosphere is friendly, towels and bed linen are constantly being changed. Cleaning is daily, there were no defects during our stay.There are only three buildings, the restaurant is located in building C.It's a ten-minute walk to the sea.I forgot to mention that there are always empty seats in the restaurant.We are currently here. We just got back. We were very satisfied. Many of the staff speak Russian, everything is clean. Separately, I would like to mention a girl named Zarina, very kind and cheerful, they saw her playing with children while the parents were busy with themselves (this is not her responsibility), the parents of these children then thanked her very much when leaving, and the children did not want to say goodbye.The food is delicious, everyone will find something for themselves, although there are dinners where there is little meat, literally one kind. There was no seafood for 9 days except fish. Salads like olivier come with yogurt. You should always look at what is additionally served on the balcony-there are a lot of delicious things there. For breakfast, we had one type of porridge all days-dairy rice, also vegetables, local sweets, fried eggs and boiled eggs, fresh rolls, sausages and cheese, cereals and jams-it was always given more additions in the form of sausages or fried potatoes and other things.The hotel has three blocks, the first one has a bar (I advise you to try pomegranate wine)which is open until 11 pm (the latest) and live music on Wednesdays, in the second block there is the most comfortable pool of the two, and they make tortillas), and in the third there is a restaurant where breakfasts, lunches and dinners are held.
We had ordered a standard room, settled into a two-room with a balcony and mountain views. Cleaning is done every day, but I don't know how that is often changed, since we hung a do not disturb sign in the morning..I had to ask for disposable slippers at the reception (free of charge), there is a hairdryer and a safe in the room. There is no iron at all.There is a kettle and everything for tea and coffee (but in each block, tea, coffee, juices, etc. are free all the time), a refrigerator with regular and carbonated water (free of charge)Beach bags are also provided. Beach towels are not provided because the hammam in the hotel is not working this year. There are no soap accessories except liquid soap dispensers. Everything was clean and good, except for the toilet seat-I tried to wash it myself, but its appearance does not change, I really hope that the toilet seat will be replaced.
There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Pharmacies are closed on Sunday. Across the street, it seems like (of those that we bypassed) the most profitable exchanger. (Change from rubles). If you turn to the beach, then there is an exchanger where they change money from a transfer from a savings account. The most unprofitable thing to change from rubles. There are also four ATMs nearby, they accept many cards, but I did not see the world. In stores, they are happy to take euros, dollars and lira, prices are more often indicated in euros in small stores..somewhere they agree on rubles or a transfer (but you need Wi-Fi, and it is everywhere under registration on websites)
5 minutes to the beach. The sea with waves is constant, but it is comfortable to swim, clean. You can book sun beds on the beach with an umbrella and Wi-Fi at the hotel reception (you never found out how much it costs, you used your own towels)
Upon eviction, they are allowed to continue using restaurants, bars and a swimming pool. You can take food with you from the restaurant, but not in their dishes. For a birthday, the room is decorated with a bed, a fruit plate, a postcard and a bottle of wine.

The reviews did not lie, a great city hotel, we are not spoiled vacationers, we like everything. Many people wrote about the food that a small choice is enough for us. We had a rest in early August 2024. I strongly recommend paying attention to this hotel. I liked the hotel. Starting from the moment of check-in, we arrived earlier, immediately checked in, conducted a short tour of the hotel, explained everything. They were at the end of June 2024. It's a 2.5 hour drive from the airport, it's a long way. It is very decent for a 3* hotel, the rooms are good, the furniture is new everywhere. The food is acceptable, for an unassuming tourist, often even delicious. The staff are all great fellows. Maybe it will seem a little noisy to someone, since it's still in the city. The hotel is for 3*, just great.I was vacationing in building C. In the same building there is a dining room and a small swimming pool.
In building B, there is a bigger pool and reception area.
The room is large.They are cleaned every day.There is a kettle, tea/coffee/sugar in the room.The bathroom also has all the accessories.
Tea/coffee, lemonade/water with and without gas/ayran are always freely available.
Just a wonderful staff.
It's really 10 minutes to the sea at a slow pace.

We rested for 3 weeks from the end of June to the middle of July 2023. At first I arrived alone, 3 days later my elderly parents joined me with a teenage child.
We had 2 standard rooms booked, I asked to give them for convenience on the same floor. However, the staff offered an even better option - without additional charges, they gave a beautiful two-room room on the 4th floor in the main building, with windows overlooking a quiet pool for the entire stay.
The room is clean, tidy, everything is there, the rooms are very spacious, there is a balcony with plastic furniture. TVs and air conditioners in every room. One has a large double bed, the other has two single beds. The plumbing is in good condition, nothing leaks, the bathroom is spacious and with a hairdryer, the water is at a comfortable temperature and with good pressure. There is a refrigerator and a safe. The hotel has an elevator, so it's not difficult to climb
The staff is very friendly, many speak Russian, people from the former Soviet Union also work, parents were afraid of the language barrier, but there was none at all
The pool is small, but there are a lot of sun beds and umbrellas, in general, there was enough for everyone. There is a bar with drinks nearby, always and everywhere on the territory of the hotel there is access to free water and ayran, everything is in refrigerators in individual packages. Delicious guslems are cooked on the patio, a snack in the afternoon is not a problem, but with such good food it is not necessary.
Cooking is simple, but very tasty! The 3-star hotel includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. A wide variety of delicious fresh bread, fruits and berries (there were Arzubas, melons, strawberries, apricots, plums, apples), 2-3 desserts to choose from, soups, hot dishes to choose from. Kefte, fish, and chicken are cooked very tasty! The chef and his team are just bravo! Alcohol is available for lunch and dinner without restrictions, the wine is delicious, no other drinks. When leaving, we talked with tourists from hotels. 3.4 stars in Alanya - everyone's reviews were worse.
The hotel is perfectly located: in the next house there is a cheap supermarket and several more nearby, opposite the currency exchange, 2 minutes walk to the main street, 3 minutes walk to the beach. At the hotel, you can get a discount on visiting the nearest beach using a coupon. The beach is clean, the sea is good, the sea is gentle and warm. There is a paid service on the beach
It is a 15-minute walk to the park, a 20-minute walk to the funicular, a promenade with a bunch of cafes, restaurants, you can also run or ride bicycles. Everything is close! The Waikiki store is a 40-minute walk away, there are also shops like us polo, Levice, etc. nearby.

1. I especially want to mention the work of the staff, in the kitchen, bar, at the reception. They are always very polite, helpful and funny guys. It seems that most of them are Russian speakers. Upon arrival, the cool guy Ibrahim conducted a tour of the hotel and carried our luggage all the way to the room. Special thanks to the waiters, they are always there, the plates are cleaned, you don't have time to blink, they joke, they smile.
2. The food is delicious and varied. The chefs are great. Every day fruits, vegetables, Turkish sweets. Various dishes of chicken, turkey, beef, fish are made from meat. Everything is very tasty.
3. Cozy rooms with air conditioning, refrigerator, safe and TV. There were two of us, and it was a pleasant surprise for us that we were accommodated in a two-room room for four. The room was in a new building, very spacious and it is clear that it is fresh, after renovation.
4. Cleaning and changing towels every day, replenishing with water, coffee and tea, laying out beautiful sea figures on the bed every day too. it's a small thing, but it's nice (tips for the cleaner should be left on the bed).
5. A comfortable and pleasant pool area. Very clean warm water, there is no taste or smell of chlorine. Sun beds with umbrellas, swimming accessories are also present.
6. Unlimited bar! Practically throughout the day, there are no questions about this at all. Bottled water with a volume of 0.33 is always freely available, warm and cold, with or without gas. You can take as much as you want.

A good hotel. Not far from the beach. They asked for a quiet room, they gave a semi-quiet one. The roadway was audible. For some reason, there was only one bedside table in the room. Cleaning, change of linen, towels-five. Nutrition-I would change the cook. The products are decent, but the cooking is monotonous. The alcohol is varied, but there is no wine list. The bartender is the one who is free. They don't know anything about cocktails, they interfere as they please. The staff is friendly and helpful.
I recommend the hotel to rest. There will be a combination of circumstances-I will come again.

Great city hotel. The rooms are huge, clean, have everything you need. In general, the whole hotel is very clean. Water without gas and several types with gas are always available, 24 hours there is access to vending machines with coffee and juices. The bars work according to the schedule, everyone takes turns, the last one is until 23:00, there are different drinks, wine in boutiques, beer is good, local strong alcohol is good. The food is excellent, the choice is small, but the menu for 14 days was only partially repeated, the main dishes were different. The staff is good, helps in everything if there are questions. The hotel is perfectly located, 7 minutes to the beach. There are a lot of shops within walking distance.

An excellent hotel in terms of price-quality ratio. We stayed in it for several weeks. If you like an urban-type vacation, then you will most likely like the hotel.
Positive:
- The hotels are clean, cleaning every day. There is a free safe in the room. Water was brought every day (carbonated and without gases). WiFi is free, works throughout the hotel.
- Meals three times a day. The food is fresh and delicious. There were no problems with diversity, there are always salads, fruits, soup, meat, fish several times a week, desserts and a lot of side dishes.
- Some employees speak Russian. The staff is nice and ready to help.
- Drinks (water, juice, coffee) and a lounge area are available around the clock on the ground floors of the buildings.
- There is a bar in which there is beer, wine (red, white and pomegranate), as well as strong alcohol or cocktails. Alcohol is local, normal.
- The hotel consists of three buildings, building "C" is new (we lived in it).
The wish to the hotel is to provide a service with beach towels, so as not to carry your own or buy.

There are 2 pools, which is not bad for kids, tk. on Cleopatra Beach, there are ALWAYS waves at the entrance, it's great for teenagers and for those who like to be covered with their heads. But for everyone else…Moreover, the sea itself is calm, but the coastal line is like this. The sand is excellent, not dusty (the size is like buckwheat). The beach is big. This is a city hotel with an excellent location. And in the evening there is a place to go-there and in 20 min.walk the funicular to the ancient fortress and a cave not far from it. Lots of bars and restaurants. Only if it's August (as in our case), it will be sooo hot, and it's difficult to walk in the city even in the evening. So if you need a fairly active vacation for sane money, then you are here (free safe, Wi-Fi, unlimited water and a wonderful ayran in cups, tea in the rooms and a refrigerator).
