Nice hotel, just returned. we had a rest with the children, the children really liked the water park, the beach is sandy, there are no stones, there are in the water, but very few and they are in the sand, they do not scratch, after walking 20-30 meters, the youngest child was still standing at a height of 122, I was very satisfied! The food is also decent, there were a lot of meat dishes at every meal! From 10 to 16, you can "enjoy" fast food and fruits at almost every step. Ice cream and sweets in the cafe near the water park are also open from 10-16. The territory is large, very beautiful! I liked how the conifers and trees are trimmed!
The rooms were well cleaned, every day, the maids were very friendly and smiling, they made all sorts of figures out of bedspreads! The guys in the bars are also great, good and friendly! There were no sour faces.
Of the cons: They put us in the main building in rooms 3143 and 3144 on the second floor with a view of the roof, of course I didn't like it very much! I wanted to go to the buildings near the water park more. WiFi does not catch in the rooms, even the network disappears! We were very surprised by the disposable cups in the room! I think it was already possible to allocate mugs, and then one morning drink hot coffee from small disposable cups that start to leak after another 5 minutes, then it's still a pleasure! of course, on the second day we took a mug from the bar and used them until the end of the rest, but the hotel management could have put the mugs right away, like everywhere else! We experienced another "trash" from the hotel on the day of departure! Our check-out time was at 17-30, during the day they threw a note under the door that we needed to vacate the room before 12! When asked to extend the stay in the room for an additional fee, they heard that the hotel was overcrowded, such a service would not be provided! Which of course was very upsetting, considering that we were vacationing with three children and spending 5 hours in 40 degree heat, it's still a pleasure, consider this day can not be considered a vacation, it was spent waiting for the bus on the couch at the reception! Such a moment also spoiled the impression of the hotel very much. At 11:40 on the day of departure, our room locks were turned off! Well, it didn't hurt us much, because we were packing, we noticed when I went to the second room, when I returned to my room, but I couldn't open the door with a bracelet, well, my husband was in the room and opened it from the inside! And if someone goes for a little swim and comes to the room at 11:40 to change clothes and pick up their things, then what? That's it.... Of course, this trick of the hotel really angered me! They would have turned it off at least at 12 o'clock exactly! What nonsense! I have never seen such wildness in any hotel!
Well, another one is not very significant for me, of course, but still! Animation for 2 balls! At 10.11 in the pool there are about 5 minutes of water polo, aqua aerobics and yoga for 20 minutes each. Music plays around this pool during the day. In other places, silence. Although it would be more fun in the water park with music, and in general on the territory! Well, it wasn't critical for us, but.... In the evening, near the stage, as everywhere, a children's disco, then all sorts of performances, well, like everywhere! Children's disco on the 3rd, 10 animators who have lost their minds all day are dancing on the stage, without enthusiasm, only the guy who led the disco worked for 4 and a plump girl with long blond hair saved the disco, she certainly danced very incendiously! She's doing great, looking at her, I wanted to dance too, the rest only spoiled everything, if she and the guy were on stage with the kids together, there would be a lot more fun!
And last but not least, I can't say that the hotel is not 100% finished, there is of course a share of the fault of the vacationers themselves, these are towels on the sun beds!!! This is kapets!!! They took the sun beds from the basik and went about their business! Kapets! There is not a single free sunbed at 8! There are no people either, and they are not in the pool, they are for...Is it somewhere! Well..... if no one was occupying, and there would be places, let's say we weren't in one place for more than 2 hours, took the towels and went to another place, those who came after us can use the sun beds! And then they reserved the sun beds in the morning, so that there was somewhere to come after lunch, and went to the sea! And if we want to stay by the pool in the morning, for example, for a couple of hours, there is no place! I think if the hotel had taken a tougher approach to this issue! There is also a lifeguard at each pool, well, let him watch, there are no people for 2 hours, he took away the towel! So once to teach a lesson, cunningly ... x people, everyone would be comfortable!!! The announcement in the elevator hangs with a request, do not leave towels on the sun beds until 8 a.m. and for more than 3 hours, but this is so, of course no one controls it! And 3 hours is a bit much in my opinion! Well, something like that!

I am not a picky person, everyone has different tastes and different priorities in terms of convenience, but this hotel disappointed me from the very first minute of my stay. I write this way because I know what to compare it with. I don't understand why people come here 2-17 times!!! This is not the first time in Turkey and this is the first time I have met such a terrible attitude towards guests.
Lonicera is divided into World (old buildings) and Resort (new buildings). We were traveling with 2 families, but our family (3 people) was settled in the world, and my sister's family (4 people) in the resort. They take you to the world buildings on a mini open bus, but they can't cope with the flow of guests there. I have a one-and-a-half-year-old child, and I understood that we would have to wait a long time for us and our suitcases to be shown into the room. They asked where to go, but they pointed us in the wrong direction, but these are small things, they found it themselves.
1. Room ala boarding house, sanatorium. In 2019, they were doing repairs there, but to be honest, I didn't see it there. Shabby furniture, old tiles, it is clear that they are already battered, that they seem dirty (including in the toilet), everything turned out to be not very hygienic for me. The room had slippers, towels (also already worn), shower accessories (but I understood the shampoo was already built in), a safe, a mini-refrigerator (replenished every day with water). Mom was given some kind of iron hard couch)) It was uncomfortable for me to be there, especially with a small child, so we decided to try to pay extra and take a room at the resort. We were refused, saying that there were no rooms in the resort. Although the next day another family of friends came to the world (3 people), who put $ 10 in their passport upon check-in. and they were given a room at the resort)). There are no blankets in the world, as we have in Russia (they give waffle blankets, a sheet or wool blankets). When we were vacationing in Kemer, it was the same. There were no blankets.
2. The Internet was not working well, everything was constantly crashing. I had to leave the room in the evenings to catch him.
3. Beach resorts of the Krasnodar Territory. There is no passage at all between the sunbeds, people are lying on top of each other, there are a lot of people. There are not enough sun beds, we had to take them in the morning. By the way, you can't go to the beach with food, you can have drinks. Turks walked along the beach every day and offered hot corn and strawberries))
4. Food. At first glance, it is tasteless. There is nothing so sensible. We tried it initially in restaurants in the resort and world - we didn't like it, so we also had to turn such circles, it was very inconvenient. The most delicious was in the restaurant by the sea. Everything was very compactly located and almost everything was delicious. Then we also found the panorama restaurant in the resort, everything is compact and delicious there too. There were good alcoholic drinks in the nearby Lonicera Premium department, they said that it was possible to visit their bar.
5. Hammam. I was there once and never came back. There were a lot of people, there wasn't even a place to sit in the sauna. Everything looked so unhygienic. There are no keys to the lockers.
6. Hotel services. You have to pay for all services. If you want a cake or flowers for the birthday boy, pay the money in advance. If you want to weigh your suitcase on the scales at the hotel, pay the money. Etc. My niece had a doctor on the day of arrival, turned 8 years old. We informed the hotel about this in advance. But at least one cake would have been put, and the child would have been delighted. But no, everything is paid. If you lose a beach towel, a bracelet, numbers, etc., pay a lot of money.
7. Children's animation. Every day children draw on T-shirts (which are also paid, of course) and in the evening after the children's disco, everyone is given a T-shirt and a balloon. The disco is good, the repertoire changes every day, the kids are happy. On the first day, we did not know that we would be well congratulated on the other, too, only for a fee. The main animator girl was told that this girl has a doctor today. She only asked into the microphone what your name was and said that it was cool that you had a doctor and that was it. At least she asked how old you are, where you came from, let's all congratulate together, turn on the happy birthday music. They don't have any proper approach to children. The sister couldn't stand it and spoke to her afterwards. In the following days, they began to congratulate the children so well😀
8. Adult animation. There were interesting performances and concerts. It was nice to watch.
9. The water park is cool. However, the water was a little cold.
10. Ice cream was provided to choose from.
11. Freshly squeezed orange or tangerine juice can be prepared by yourself. However, the queues were always long.
12. There is a mini zoo. Not very well maintained.
13. We flew from Coral Travel. Recently, all family members have been asked to come to a meeting with the guides, allegedly many do not arrive due to mobilization and everyone needs to be counted. Some kind of nonsense)) In general, the guides are rude, they force everyone to buy excursions, they do not give back vouchers to those who do not finish the meeting. I don't need these excursions and I don't want to waste time on this useless chatter. The task of the guides is to meet and send and answer all the questions that arise.
14. The sea was warm, clean enough to look at. It's nice to swim. The sand is cold.
15. The territory of the hotel is very large and very uncomfortable, you have to walk for a very long time.
16. And the cherry on the cake. There are a lot of people, so you feel like you're in an anthill. We were in other hotels, there were full hotels too, but it was completely different. The staff cannot cope with such a flow. For me, staying in such a hotel was unhygienic. I flew with my child to Turkey for the 3rd time and it was in this hotel that the child's temperature rose on the last day of rest, the plane was just on fire. At home, I already found a rash, ulcers on my hands and feet, under my mouth, in my mouth - I was diagnosed with an enterovirus infection (possibly Coxsackie virus). The nephews also got sick - they pulled out a fountain, ran to the toilet, and put ivs on arrival in Russia. Now my husband has become infected (who did not rest with us), he was also diagnosed with the Coxsackie virus. This once again confirms the unhygienic nature of the hotel.
I repeat once again that I have something to compare it with. Since 2010, I have often vacationed in Turkey, and this is the first hotel in which I did not like it at all. Does not justify his money at all. And the attitude towards the guests is just terrible.
I can't wait when we leave this hotel, today 11.11.22 (our departure is 12.11.22). The child caught an intestinal infection in the heated pool. The doctor at the hotel did not even examine the child, he immediately sent him to the hospital, rubbing his eyes from sleep. I tried to drop the claim, but the hotel does not accept the claim. There are cockroaches in the room. The dishes are poorly washed. I called the manager to resolve the conflict, and eventually received a call from the guide (after our conversation with the manager), if you don't like something, move to another hotel.
I will say right away that there is no attitude towards Russians. As soon as most Russians left for Russia, speakers with music began to turn on here and by the pools, and when most of Russia were here. Then the pools don't have any music. In general, this hotel is not a four, or even a three! Don't waste your money. And yes, the food is identical from day to day. Seafood (if anything) will not wait here (That's how soon the Russians left, a lot of dark ones arrived, and fish appeared in restaurants by the way. That's the attitude. The child had to beg for bananas, this is absolutely the edge.

At the time of our vacation, August 2023, the hotel had 5,600 guests. From this, you can imagine the volume of this hotel, or rather the city, consisting of a bunch of restaurants, bars, hotels, etc. But, surprisingly, no one bothers anyone, there is more than enough food, there is enough space on the beaches, in the pools, etc. for everyone. The service is excellent everywhere, except for room cleaning, where, of course, women in headscarves pumped up. Everything else is on top.
In general, it is good, but there are too old cases. The rooms in them are tired. Since the territory is shared with the Resort and SPA, there are no questions here.
We would like to express our great gratitude to the staff of the restaurant near Building D.We left a bag with documents and money on a chair during dinner, as we wanted to go shopping right away.Everything was returned in its entirety.
