A great water park.
The beach is long, but only 15 meters to the sea (from the edge of the sunbed 2 meters to the sea, all in umbrellas). There are a lot of sun beds, like in a store. The entrance is very convenient. Lots of fish. There are no waves, the bay is big. You can go to the neighboring beaches (5 minutes, to the pier or to the paid one with waves).
A large gym.
There are a lot of outdoor simulators.
There is an animation.
There are Russian employees at the reception.
Two restaurants: large as a stadium (-1 floor) and a Panorama (with a view of the territory from the 2nd floor).

Nice family hotel. There are many places for children's leisure, its own water park, playgrounds, slot machines, animation. A sandy beach and a gently sloping sandy bottom. Buoys have a reason to go snorkeling, not the Red Sea, but still. A hundred meters from the beach at the neighboring hotel there is a diving center. Well, other entertainers, bananas, cheesecakes, parachutes towed by boats. A normal and varied diet and drinks. Of course, it is not Michelin and not a reason for a gastronomic tour here, but in comparison with similar Turkish all-inclusive hotels it is decent enough, there is also a children's room with an appropriate menu, with a blender for the youngest, high chairs for children in the common room, dietary dishes. There is a place to have a snack almost all day.
Clean, cozy, friendly. It's crowded, but without the hustle, sun loungers with umbrellas, tables in restaurants are enough.

We had trips to this hotel for August 2020, but it didn't work out because of covid. We flew in August of this year, three adults and a child. We bought vouchers here, as I rested here with my child in August 2019, then I really liked it.
Accommodation and room: arrived at the hotel at ten o'clock in the morning, placed immediately. The room was a two-room family room on the 3rd floor in the building opposite the water park. If in 2019 I was happy with the cleaning, this year I was amazed. In fact, there was no cleaning. You put a dollar in, they'll clean up, they'll wrap towels. Another time you put a dollar in, but it will remain in place, since they did not even enter the room during the day, not to clean up, they did not take out the garbage. I noticed how we drove in, the floor was dirty, dusty and stained (spilled drinks, etc.) in the lobby, which was very striking when you go down the stairs and the sun is shining. We left, the same stains and dust, we didn't bother to wash it in two weeks. I talked about it twice at the reception, they shook their heads, agreed, but nothing changed. They changed the towels in the rooms and threw them in a pile in the common corridor on the 3rd floor, after the incident of two days, they got tired of walking past this big pile, turned to the reception again, removed the towels and the old mattress that had been lying there for a week. They never cleaned the balcony, as they drove in, there was a lot of sand, they left, the sand remained. In 2019, my child and I lived in another building, there were no complaints about cleaning, it was wet every day. It's not just my claims, I've heard from other vacationers.
Sea and beach: the entrance to the beach is smooth. There are no stones. But, the beach is very dirty. If we came to a hotel in Egypt in the morning and saw that a rake had been raked through the sand, all the garbage had been removed. That's a different story here. Cigarette butts are lying around everywhere, they are not cleaned, they just get trampled into the sand or washed into the sea over time. I have never seen a person on the beach who would clean it.
Animation: There are water aerobics, yoga, dancing, contests. I didn't like the children's animation. The children dance for 20 minutes, then everyone present watches for 40 minutes how children who painted T-shirts for money that day are rewarded on stage. The parents of those who paid for it are touched, the rest are bantering. It is clear why this was done, come to us, pay money, your child will paint a T-shirt and will also stand on this stage awarded.
Nutrition: A complete failure compared to 2019. To eat, you have to go through a whole quest, stand in line, as the waiters serve food. The biggest queues for hot, I counted once, I was 27. I had a time limit of 35-40 minutes from the moment I entered the restaurant and started eating, while I went to places, took over the food for myself and the child. There is no such diversity as there was in 2019.
Excursions: In 2019, my child and I took a trip on a pirate ship through a tour operator at the hotel. Both the child and I were delighted. There was a whole program, contests, quizzes, a children's sword fight. Those who did not want to take part sat in the shade on soft sofas. The animators were pirates. The finale was a foam party, with two pipes all over the deck. This year, the girls who follow each other and impose a trip for fur coats (shop at the hotel) advised to take an excursion not from a tour operator, but from the guys on the beach. Explaining the "secret" that the guys have a more interesting program, the price tag is less. We asked the man who sells excursions, confirmed, said that the program is interesting, we will sit on leather sofas. Be led. I warn you, don't get fooled. How we spat. It all started with the fees, at first they drove us into one bus, but there were not enough seats, some of them were transferred to another bus. There were no pirates, there were several men who walked between us and smoked constantly, there was no hiding from the smoke, they offered to buy corn, ice cream. There was no program, from the word at all. The ship was dirty, there were no sofas, they were sitting on mats that were thrown on benches. Many were outraged, especially those who were on the tour in other years. They just collected money from us. They dropped you off at the port, told you 2 hours for a walk. What for? At the end there was a "foam" party, foam from one pipe, on an area of 2 by 2 meters. The children were jostling, there was little room. There was a residue left.
Hammam at the hotel: Aaaaaaa... It's horrible. they entice you by handing over cards for a free massage for 15 minutes upon arrival. Anyone who knows what a Turkish hammam is will be shocked. I paid 50 euros. The room is not cozy, large, the towels are washed. There are people sitting in the hall who are being treated, they tell you what great massage therapists they have, and you are led through this hall wet in a sheet to another procedure. At first, I was treated with foam by a Thai woman who did everything so clumsily. Turkish hammam and Thai?! Then I was handed over to another Thai woman to do a massage. Yeah...I have been to Thai many times, visited salons and I know what Thai massage is. I didn't get any pleasure, I'm disappointed that I fell for it. They don't know how, they don't try. I haven't been to the hammam in 2019 and I can't say if it was like this before. But I do a massage course twice a year, I am a fan of the Russian bath and the Turkish hammam and I can say that this hammam is about nothing, it is not a hammam, but a parody.
Pools: There are many of them, beautiful, the waters are blue. But we didn't swim in them, why, if the sea is nearby. And yet, while having dinner, I observed the same picture, the workers very carefully cleaned the area around the pool with mops, while rolling the water into the pool. Wow. Is this necessary? When I was here, for example, a child threw up near the pool. And then into the water in the pool?
Check-out: the reception was alerted about the time when the bus arrives for us. They called several times, but they didn't come for us, I ran to the reception, the bus was already waiting for us. It was a hassle.
I really wanted to get to this hotel this year. I got it. Will I come back? I don't know. I met a family of Muscovites, they arrived at this hotel on 7!!! once, but they said the last one, they were disappointed.
And also, do not buy things in shops near the hotel. On Wednesdays, there is a local market, a flea market, from morning to evening. Exit the hotel onto the road, turn left, go to the tunnel, cross to the other side. There are the same things, but cheaper, I bought the child tracksuits three times cheaper. Tea, coffee, sweets are cheaper in the store near the gas station, which is near the highway.

The best price-quality ratio. We were in August 2019, and we will go again. The beach is great, the sand. The approach is gentle, it's the best for children. There are not enough sun beds, but we always found them. Aqua park for different age groups, excellent. The territory is not to say that it is large, but it is sufficient. The food is excellent, even on time you can always find a table. In the winter of 2019-2020, all buildings should be renovated, since the rooms are already a bit shabby. I advise everyone, you will not regret it.

The hotel has several buildings. If you check into the world, then the conditions of the room stock are simply disgusting. We checked in with a friend at night, saw the room and gasped. Mold is bubbling on the ceiling, the bed is one for two, the "shower cabin" is also fungal and, to put it mildly, resembles a wooden trough. At the reception, the administrator Svetlana is a separate type of staff. When we asked to replace the room, she started shouting at us that there were no rooms and there would be no rooms, come tomorrow, you were already given a normal room, etc. After half an hour of negotiations, we were taken to a room next to the wall with two beds. But.... the furniture is stripped, the room is small. In short, I do not recommend this hotel at all, especially for the money that it positions itself. Well, or alternatively, ask for a room in the resort building initially.

We rested from 3 to 13 Aug.2019. I liked everything, the territory is a whole city, a lot of entertainment for children, the food is varied, there was enough milk in the tetra pac children's restaurant if you come not at 18:30 but 15-20 minutes later.it's already over, they don't replenish the refrigerator, they say that there is no more. The beach is good-sand, only there are a lot of broken umbrellas or none at all (1/4 layer), and you don't really want to fry in a frying pan, especially with a small child, there are no mattresses or torn beds on many sun loungers, that's a huge minus, because we are going to the sea to relax, not to fatten!!!
