We went to the dry cleaners in the summer. It was necessary to convert 2 pillows into one large one with cleaning the pen, if necessary, and replacing the thimble. The service itself is not expensive, in terms of about 10 days. The pillow was taken away, everything looks fine. But there was already a pleasant smell at home, as if the feather had not been cleaned, but simply made one out of two pillows. The smell is still there.

I am disappointed with their work! I gave a sintepon coat to be cleaned , as a result , all the sintepon got lost in lumps . I did not expect such a result! It was as if the coat had just been washed in the machine with the spin at maximum ( which I could have done at home , but I didn 't take the risk , but trusted the professionals ) . I spent the whole evening shaking out these lumps so that I could put on this coat . The item is ruined .

If only the dry cleaner is a LOTUS!!! I won't trade it for any other, because things have been saved here more than once. The level of professionals is felt. This time I thought I would throw away the down jacket after self-washing (it all crumpled up and looked like a rag). I came to the girls at the reception center, they said they would do everything possible and impossible, and so...Hurray! It's like new! Fluffy, clean. Thank you, beloved LOTUS!

Receptionists will always advise what is better to do with the thing (something is cleaned with a dry cleaner, and something with an aquachist). I cleaned down jackets for myself and my husband, and a stroller, and carpets, and there were never any problems. Fast, convenient, clean. By the way, the stains were also removed with a bang, and I already wanted to throw away my favorite jeans.

Guys, this is tough. From March 15 to March 25, I handed over a baby stroller to this so-called "dry cleaning". I took it away and was stunned, to put it mildly. All the stains that were from the child's shoes remained in their places! The baby was eating cheese - a white spot on the spot! Okay, more stains, you'd think it hadn't been washed off. But the sand in the corners of the seat is the finish line!!! They haven't even touched the stroller in 10 days, it feels like it. Dancing with a tambourine only if you danced next to it. I was preparing the stroller for sale, I will clean it myself. I think ordinary water will wash everything off perfectly! It's not clear what I paid this nedokhimchistka for!
