We need masking nets on the windows, it is desirable to arrange a transfer to the railway station in Vitybsk and to the sanatorium.The cost can be included in the ticket price. Repair the walking paths and highlight them.

Sanatorium "Lettsy", Vitebsk region, Vitebsk district, village of Malye Lettsy. Visited on New Year's holidays, from December 30th, 2017 to January 4th, 2018. The vouchers were booked with a banquet. The vouchers were paid via the Internet, and the banquet, we were told, will be paid upon arrival. As a result, we arrived, but there are no tickets anymore. The management explained that whoever arrived first bought it. And the head physician of Uselenok, Sergey Pavlovich, told us that if we came only because of the banquet, then we can leave. I had to call the "Resort store", where we ordered vouchers. Thanks to our agent Svetlana Levina - we were sold 4 tickets, and 8 people came. The other half didn't make it to the banquet. Imagine our state of mind on December 30th and 31st, while these investigations were going on. We lived in the 5th building, number 113. I won't say anything. I am attaching photos. The only thing I will say is if the case is old and is being prepared for major repairs, but there should be basic cleanliness. After all, people are settled there, not pigs.
