Lettsy has become my home. Once I get there, I want to go there and only there again and again for my health. And so, after two long years of separation, I rested there again. I was met, as always, at the train station by a friendly driver and brought to the sanatorium. What attracts me to this wonderful place? First of all, it's the staff. Such a patient people. I am amazed at the skill, and the kind attitude towards vacationers. I arrived very tired, and left after 14 days of rest and treatment, I almost flew. There are a lot of procedures, new and very useful ones have appeared. I would like to remember Lenochka, who makes ivs and injections. I was amazed at how she treated us all. I'm afraid I won't convey my observations in words. She spoke so softly and tenderly to everyone. Any person who came to her immediately calmed down and felt needed and important to Lena. Although we all know how different we are. And what golden hands she has. Lena, this is a person whose talent in her work is from God. She understands people that they are late for procedures and tries to help with time if possible. The girls work with their hearts in all procedures. Cleanliness and order in the premises and on the territory, you can not find fault. The rooms are cleaned every day. There is water in the coolers in the lobby all the time. The lake is amazing with its beauty! The water is clean and warm. Swans are swimming. You can't breathe enough air! The beach is sandy, everyone sunbathes, swims with pleasure, in their free time from the procedures. There is a rental service, you can do anything. Every day there is a disco for children, then for adults. In the House of culture, cinema is free daily, and entertainment programs. They come with a concert. There are guided tours. In general, whatever your heart desires. And also about the food. The dining room is spacious and clean. The girls are friendly and the food is very tasty and varied, despite the fact that the food is healthy according to all the rules. I didn't have time to arrive, I already want to fly again! The procedures are an excellent choice and quality. And this covers all the shortcomings. The food on one shift of cooks is very decent, on the second one for a C grade. The rooms are very different, from old dead ones to quite decent ones. Garbage is cleaned regularly, bed linen is changed once a week, I had to go to the store for toilet paper and liquid soap. In general, the cleaning and the condition of the rooms is the weakest point. Nature is gorgeous!

The second time I went to Lettsy and celebrated the New Year there for the second time!The banquet was wonderful, lots of food, great music, great musicians and singers!The wonderful presenter captivated us with funny contests and funny dances!We had fun until 3 a.m. (from 9 p.m.)!I also went through a lot of procedures, went on great excursions to Polotsk (guide Oksana) and Smolensk (with a visit to Katyn), walked a lot, looked at swans with gray necks!I will definitely come again!

I rested for three years in a row 2017,2018,2019. In 2020, due to Covid, I could not come to an excellent sanatorium ! The territory is large, clean and well maintained)) Excellent 4 meals a day))Clean air)) Rooms are cleaned every day)) Excellent treatment)) Water from the well )) I recommend you will not regret it!!!

I was in this sanatorium for the first time, I really liked everything. Wonderful nature lake, forest. A large area for walking .The rooms are comfortable, modern furniture. I would like to say a special thank you to the medical staff, what clever, attentive, responsive they are.They explain everything in an accessible way, adjust the time of procedures so that there are no overlaps. The food is quite decent, varied, there is a choice of dishes. I hope to get there again.

Everything is sooo Soviet.
The food is unbearably tasteless and is fed with fish 3 times a day. Meat for the elderly is trash, as for everyone else, however. No fresh vegetables at the same time, the menu is very amazing.
The rooms are cold in the off-season.
One joy is the lake and the pine forest.

I did not like the fact that locals and vacationers from the sanatorium "Zheleznodorozhnik" are allowed to enter the territory of the sanatorium and the club. In conditions of coronavirus infection, this is unacceptable!

Whatever! There are no procedures other than baths! We haven't even got a pool in years! And that's having your own water!!!There is no food! Sometimes you can put garlic and onions in cutlets, and not feed bread in the form of a cutlet!I want to write a lot of things, but what's the point? Russians are disappointed with no one I talked to... no hoods or dirt of the basin,,,,, vacation is gone!!!

It was on New Year's Eve 19/20. For my money, a very good budget sanatorium, you can even say the cheapest of which I was. There are more comfortable rooms, but they are more expensive. They fed me well, but they gave me too much fish (I'm allergic to it).
Why did I put 3 instead of 4. There were several joints, namely:
1) I ran out of toilet paper. The maid came in to clean, but she was never put down until the end of the rest. I bought it myself, fortunately there is where.
2) When the water was turned on, the faucet and shower turned on immediately. I didn't contact the sanatorium staff about this, I just gave up on it.
3) At lunch, a cockroach got caught in the mashed potatoes, called the administrator. They apologized and offered another dish, I said that it was not necessary, but it was brought anyway.
The nature is good, the lake, the forest, but if you like more active recreation, then the walking area is small and gets bored very quickly, maybe in the summer it's completely different.
There are excursions to Vitebsk and Polotsk. Railway trains run rarely, minibuses a little more often.

A wonderful sanatorium, a gorgeous territory - a pine forest and a lake! There is no pool. The medical buildings and the dining room are separate. But it does not spoil - on the contrary, for those who need movement - great! On nutrition - daily sanatorium meals ) You should not count on Turkey, you need to understand this. For treatment, it's great!!!! And the price is super!!!! The 3rd building has been renovated. Once again, this is a sanatorium. Very pleasant. Dad goes every year, and this is the second time!!! The residents have already had a rest in the sanatorium three times. (20km from Vitebsk) . We are attracted by a wide range of treatments, the availability of our own mineral water, friendly staff, varied meals with a choice of dishes. The living conditions are quite modest, but everything you need is there. And also - wonderful nature and air.

I was there a year ago, who misses the USSR, in a good way, everyone is there!!! The prices are loyal, rooms for every taste, in the evening there is a free movie in the cinema hall, or dancing on the dance floor, not a disco, namely dancing, in a word, who wants to relax and heal a little, escape from the frenzied rhythm, you will not find a better place, I really recommend it!!!
