We booked a trip to the Lettsy sanatorium from April 27 to May 2. But when we arrived, it turned out that May 2 was not included and could not be extended for one day. We went to the doctor, took her well, and 6 procedures were prescribed. Then the doctor sent her to a hydrotherapy clinic where the girl should set the time for the days of the procedure. As a result, due to the fact that in Belarus on Sundays, on April 29 and May 1, the staff does not work, there will be no procedures. As a result, we received 3 herbal teas and one salt chamber. It even turned out that the simple 8-minute knee magnets procedure was paid for. Well, one shockwave out of three. My wife has the same situation. The only thing I liked was that we lived in the 5th new building and the room was very large and had a nice bathroom. The food in the dining room is good, the staff is friendly.

Everything is great. But, I would suggest that the management review the time of departure from the sanatorium. About 90% of the vacationers are pensioners, who must vacate their rooms at 06.00 in any weather. There is no such thing anywhere. It is necessary to get up at 05.00, i.e. you will not get enough sleep and go on the road, especially since many people come hundreds of kilometers away. I highly recommend considering this issue.

Unknowingly, they chose the fourth building, I'm shooting one star here, no plumbing, everything falls off and splashes, cleaning is so-so and there is no refrigerator.

I had a rest in this sanatorium in August of this year. I really liked everything. Now I will only drive here. The staff is friendly, the doctor Valentina Frantsevna is from God, low bow to her, the masseur Lyubov Pavlovna is a kind-hearted Person. And in the dining room, what good girls work, the food is delicious, the room is comfortable, clean, there is everything you need. The territory of the sanatorium is fragrant with flowers. Management in the sanatorium is completely absent, there is no agreement on vouchers and services, it is not clear what and how much they paid for, the fee is not clear, but the staff takes all the procedures according to the price list of the sanatorium in their pocket. Cons and pros have already written everything before us, of the pros: the food is delicious and plentiful, there are always 3 porridges + salad, meat + potatoes for breakfast, the menu is customized (canteen) Wonderful forest. Near Vitebsk, 30 minutes by train or 15 minutes by car. Should I recommend this sanatorium for this money? Everyone makes their own choice.

Almost everything is paid for, even the entertainment program for the guests. The dining room is not a buffet - the food is disgusting, it is located on the third floor. It is difficult for the elderly to get there. There is no food, no entertainment for the child, nothing. Building 5 is more or less new, the room is good (comfort +).

This is not the first time we have been to Belarus, we have seen this for the first time. And the hydrotherapy center is long overdue for a change of equipment. Massages - the staff should be sent to the courses. Paraffin wax, carbon dioxide baths, watercolor, whirlpool baths - a low bow to the girls.

An excellent sanatorium for little money. After reading the negative reviews, I drove and was afraid) I really want to rehabilitate this sanatorium. The experience of visiting sanatoriums is great, The summer is already the 14th) I drove by car from St. Petersburg, 650 km. The road is good. They settled in very quickly. The room is very decent. The parking lot is large. Beautiful nature, forest, lake. Wonderful staff. The doctor Rummo V. E., Olga from the physiotherapy room, Vladimir the masseur, Elena from the vacuum roller massage room and the cosmetologist, unfortunately, did not remember the first name and patronymic. The food is without frills, but it is always decently cooked. There are 2-3 types of milk porridges for breakfast, 2-3 types of soups for lunch. This is in addition to what was ordered the day before. Perhaps there are few fruits and vegetables, but there was a store nearby, you could buy them. Among the disadvantages: the bathroom compartment. The visit to the procedure is not very well organized and the bathrooms themselves are in great need of replacement. I wish the sanatorium prosperity and adequate guests!!!
I will add my review by visiting the sanatorium from 24.07 to 08.08. 2024. The sanatorium has improved. We added the 5th, freshly renovated building. The single room comfort plus is wonderful. Nutrition has definitely improved. New procedures have been added. Carboxy therapy, foot massage, steam and carbon dioxide bath. The disadvantages are the same unrepaired bathrooms and an increased number of people. I do not change my assessment, the staff is excellent (except for a few), nature, well-groomed territory and the proximity of Vitebsk.

The advantages are a large and hilly area, century-old pines and fir trees, a large lake and a sandy beach. We couldn't appreciate the beach because we were in winter. There is a lot of healing water in all its manifestations, for whom it is important. Therapeutic water is now given out 2 times a week. The proximity of the station.
The disadvantages are briefly the old room stock, although it is maintained in working order, the rooms do not look modern. The kitchen is dietary, but even for diets the table is very monotonous. Dirty tablecloths, hair in food repeatedly. Tablecloths are changed on schedule, not as they get dirty, and the women who hand out food are without caps covering their hair.
The most unpleasant thing is the inhospitality, to put it mildly, of the staff. It seems that in this sanatorium the staff are used to seeing extremely non-fastidious, consenting and accustomed to everything vacationers.
Check-out time (before 6 am!!!)it is extremely inconvenient for vacationers, as has been repeatedly written in reviews and said by the vacationers themselves. The administration of the sanatorium, pay attention to this at last.

Good "Soviet" food with a choice of dishes✌️ the territory is vast and magnificent: there is a lake with swans and a beach, a coniferous forest, many paths for walking!The rooms are completely different: from 3 to 10 points -choose from the photo on the sanatorium's website. A good set of therapeutic and cosmetic procedures. The room stock is somewhat outdated, but very well maintained. And in early December, I find out that there are no places. How so, because there should be enough places for all vacationers. The staff did not go to the meeting, they had to return the money. Spoiled mood for NG and loss of money on commission (5200 rubles)

There were not enough fruits, there were no juices at all. The lack of its own baking. Physical therapy starts a little early-at 7.15 (I wanted to sleep on vacation, but we walked courageously) - more like "dance until you wake up")) - but they laughed at such a presentation of physical therapy. Its own source of mineral water - that's why everyone had enough to drink and take baths. I had fun renting: 1 bike for all vacationers) , we couldn't share it))) Cinema hall - almost daily movies and cartoon films at 17.00 for adults, at 20.00 for children (such a schedule also remains a mystery))Discos are also held daily. There is no pool of its own, but for 7 bel rub you can visit the swimming pool in the sanatorium Zheleznodorozhnik ( 500-700 m) from 15.00 to 15.45 From the Pilot. We were met for free and taken to the sanatorium (it was very pleasant), the fare back to the station already cost 1 ruble) but thank you for organizing this, because even the thought that walking 1.5 km uphill with suitcases did not add joy). A taxi is called from Vitebsk - the fare "bites") Post office, pharmacy on site. Three stores are reasonably accessible. I booked one of the most expensive rooms in building 5. After the previous vacationers, there was toilet paper, very little in a roll, and liquid soap less than half a bottle. We were with my wife in September. A good budget sanatorium, modest, without frills, but the cost is very attractive. It is located 18 km from Vitebsk in a wooded area on the shore of Lake Shevino. The sanatorium has five buildings with different levels of room comfort. 3-course meals + afternoon tea are organized, a system of pre-ordering dishes with elements of a buffet is used. A good medical base. There is a private source of mineral water. Friendly, good-natured, efficient staff. A large beautiful and well-groomed territory. Paved paths in a pine forest, a lake shore with a beach, clean air. In the evenings there is a disco, cartoons for children. There are concerts of folk ensembles. Excursions to Vitebsk, Polotsk, Smolensk are organized. Sanatorium Lettsy is a good option, the ratio of price and quality is optimal. Everything here is simple, but sound.

The room has a large bed with a comfortable mattress. Table, bedside table, plasma TV, refrigerator, wardrobe with hangers, large mirror. A room with a balcony. Bathroom with shower and sink, hot coil. On the fourth day, the bed linen and towels were changed. Friendly medical staff. All the girls are very friendly and attentive. They call vacationers by their first name and patronymic. A wide range of procedures. It is possible to take additional paid treatments. The food is delicious and satisfying. The menu is customized. Porridges, soups to choose from according to the type of buffet. I rented skis. There are other sports equipment. The girls of the cult organization are simply impossible lights!!! Contests, relay races, karaoke, discos, everything is super positive!!!

bathrooms. A large organism cannot turn around. There is a nurse's post at the entrance, around the clock. The doctor is attached and receives in the case. The medical building, the hydrotherapy, the club, the dining room are separate buildings, without a transition. The procedures are prescribed by a doctor, the dispatcher in the hydrotherapy clinic is responsible for the time distribution. Provides a ready-made list by day and by time. By changing the time and days of the procedures, too, to him. We didn't have to move anything. The mineral water has its own, is used for baths and the pump room in the hydrotherapy works three times a day. You can pour it into your bottle. The food is not bad, the usual sanatorium food, on Thursday is the day of Belarusian cuisine, on Sunday there is a day without a customized menu, in the morning there is always porridge on the buffet, soups at lunch. There is a microwave, you can always reheat it if it gets cold. The staff is good, they always go to a meeting. The nurses are very busy, they work without a break. Standard procedures are free of charge - physical therapy , mineral bath , shower, mechanical couch, physio, paraffin. Something more is paid, There is a dentist, ultrasound, spa, beauty salon. Parking is free, security, barrier. There are several shops nearby . The station and bus stop are 500 meters away. Diesel to Vitebsk three times a day. Bus and minibus every 40 minutes. There is no ironing board, you need to wash with your hands, it's not difficult in summer and warm clothes are too heavy. The food is very good. I couldn't even eat everything that was offered. I went to the lake there are wonderful ducks that eat with their hands. The locals who come there every year say that it used to be better.

However, all toilet accessories should be asked from the maid, because there are no soap and toilet paper in the room, for example, which remains from previous visitors and until it runs out, they do not give a new one. It's certainly very funny to save money on this. There is also a wish for the dining room - there are only 4 napkins on the table for each person, one is missing, if you ask, they will bring another one. Cutlery is also in short supply. You use one teaspoon for tea and other dishes, wipe with a single napkin, etc. There is no good coffee in the morning, and often there is none at all, Although the coffee machine is standing, but to be honest it is filled not with coffee, but with some kind of mess. Tea is also boiled with tea leaves and therefore acquires a black color, but there is no taste.
