The impressions are not unambiguous. I had a rest in Letts in 2011. Then everything seemed good enough, and the price tag for the ticket, and the procedures, and the food, and the attitude of the staff. In many ways, that's why we decided to take a vacation with my wife in October 2023. From the previous Years of 12 years ago, in my opinion, only the name , the territory and the mineral water remain.
I'll start with the fact that the voucher was with treatment, we stopped by on Wednesday morning, at 11 o'clock we got an appointment with a doctor who was supposed to prescribe procedures starting from the day of arrival. But, in fact, it turned out that all the more or less useful procedures (mineral baths, massage, etc.) were scheduled only from next week. For 4 days of the first week, the doctor limited himself to prescribing herbal tea and audio-video relaxation (the procedure is about nothing), and of course physical therapy! That is, most of the time, you are absolutely free. Walks in the fresh air were saved – the benefit of the territory is large and beautiful, and the weather was pleasing. There are also excursions to Vitebsk and Polotsk on weekends, if anyone has not been.
Probably, the number of vacationers exceeds the sanatorium's ability to provide the necessary procedures included in the package in a timely manner.
Nutrition is a separate topic, I understand everything, it should be dietary and therapeutic, but not bland and tasteless. With a customized menu, when you order dishes for the day after tomorrow, you can still choose something, but the first two days they serve what they have ... It seems that the set of products is not bad in itself - vegetables (cabbage prevails), porridge, fish, but how can you spoil them so much when cooking that It was not possible to eat!
Probably, each of those who buy vouchers to the sanatorium pursues some goals of their own, someone wants to relax, someone to improve their health, someone to communicate in the company of like-minded people, and someone, on the contrary, to be alone. And there are people who come to this sanatorium 5-6 or more times from year to year, everyone is free to choose for themselves, but, to be honest, I will not fall for such a "vacation" anymore.

Of course, he is not a luxury: the medical base is average, everything is still written on pieces of paper, the room stock is like under Tsar Peas))), the cuisine is very average, the cultural program is mediocre ...
But!!! This is compensated by therapeutic mineral springs, a luxurious mineral lake, a magical pine forest, polite staff (with the exception of Alexander's guard!!!!!, the friendly attitude of doctors and the proximity of the city)

I just arrived from the Letts sanatorium. She lived in the 3rd building on the 2nd floor. . I liked the sanatorium in general, but there are also disadvantages. The room was cleaned 1 time in 10 days, bed linen and towels were not changed!!!! And it is not clear why the check-out is at 6 o'clock in the morning?! I have to leave a day earlier. I didn't get on the tour, there were no places....on the 2nd day of arrival. There is no cultural program, only dancing. The nature, the air and the area are beautiful. It's bad that there are no inhalations.

I had a rest in this sanatorium for the first time..They praised him too much..I read the reviews..they are different..I bought a ticket and here I am.Now I'm writing my impressions..I took the 5th single-room building..good..but there is one thing...for 15 days of rest..and I left yesterday..they cleaned my place 4 times..It turns out that there are not enough staff..but when I bought a ticket, no one said anything about it.There is a cycle of people in the medical building..just like in the spa..the service staff is disruptive..there are simply no words for such service.I would like to mention Zhanna Petrovna on carboxytherapy..always responsive and friendly..Valentina Frantsevna is a doctor of the 5th building..He'll listen..it will prompt.. human gratitude to them.Canteen..the staff is helpful and friendly..but the food is bad..no vegetables in full volume..No fruit..there are small bowls for porridge..in general, I would like to have a better meal for such money..but the dining room is clean and cozy..Thanks to the girls.All procedures are paid..and you won't take it in 1 week because everything is busy..only in the second you will take something if there are places..there are good procedures..It depends on what you need..it all depends on the wallet that you can afford..the nature is wonderful..everything is well maintained..that's plus bold..the territory is being monitored..The disco sucks..they play the same thing every day..although it is possible to pump up new products in our time..They are sitting at the reception desk..equivalent to the Gestapo..Neither hello..Not a good day..young and angry..in general, the conclusion is this..It may be good for pensioners..they get a discount there..and so poor on staff..purity and kindness..and Belarusian cuisine

I really liked the fact that they feed as before, in the Union - just like in the "Book about delicious and healthy food" - everything is so right that health is added))) Despite the fact that I eat three times less at home, I ate here like I was out of my mind, with such a diet I did not get better at all)) There are many reminders of the Soviet Union in various details, and this is very heartwarming. Everything is very nice and sweet. Really a place where you can feel peace, take care of yourself and relax.

We were in the sanatorium for the first time. But according to the reviews, I really wanted to visit here. I liked the sanatorium. Of course, there are a lot of disadvantages. But mostly they relate to the number fund.
There is no pool. This is also a fat minus. We lived in the 4th building. The room is normal, bright and warm. Large balcony. There is no soap, shampoos, hair dryer in the room. All this should be taken with you. Toilet paper is the cheapest. It was enough for a week, and then go buy.
The bedding is clean, the shift is for the 5th day.
But of course we were going for treatment and recovery. And this is in a sanatorium at a very high level. And this covers all the disadvantages. Procedures for every taste and prosperity. Before leaving, I read in the reviews that there was no massage. In fact, the massage is gorgeous. Thanks to Elena Borisova (I don't remember the last name exactly). She just put me on my feet. The handles are gold. Many thanks to her and good health. I really liked the water treatments, baths. And I especially want to mention ozone therapy. Many people come here just for this. In general, if you are not picky and you need treatment and recovery, then you definitely need to go to LETTSY.I really want to come back here again.

Trips to Vitebsk and Polotsk were organized. The dance program is decent. There were also programs for children. Now about the treatment. Shelepeva's doctor very carefully accepted and discussed each procedure as prescribed. Thanks to her. Unfortunately, not all nurses are attentive to clients during the procedures. Inhalations in room 4 of the hydrotherapy are done by an arrogant young lady. Neither hello nor goodbye.I didn't answer anyone. In room 10, the medical building is running out of customers. The procedure has just ended and the patient has just started to get dressed, and they are already launching another one.Which creates a nervous environment. This is so that customers can get through faster and they can go home from work faster. And in conclusion, to those who go on vacation to Lettsy in the autumn-winter time. Take warm clothes and warm shoes with you. Otherwise, you will leave the hydrotherapy clinic wet, walk down the street to the medical building or to the residence building and risk catching a cold. At my table, for example, a woman did not go to the clinic or to the procedures for almost a week. She caught an elementary cold. Another thing that I personally and many others did not like. This check-in and check-out time is at 6 a.m. As a result, both I and other vacationers overpaid one extra day for nothing. Since our check-in and check-out turned out at 12 o'clock in the afternoon. Consider this to go. You will not be able to agree to partially pay for the day.

I had a rest in June 24, in building 3, room 217. And immediately the first impressions blurred the whole picture of the holiday. The bed linen is unwashed, smelly, as if it was left over from the previous vacationer. I asked to replace it - the maid gave it to me - and even a leaky one. The horror! The tulle is dirty - it's filled with coffee or whatever, it's all stained. They said there was nothing to replace it with. Until I complained to the management, and they changed it in a moment. The pillows are worse than on the train. It's like a hellhole... It seems like a small thing, but our life consists of small things...The maid cleaned only 1 time in 10 days. I just did it, smoked behind the trash cans. The food is normal, the medical base is not very good. In general, the rest is for three. I'm not going there anymore!

Letts: The sanatorium was built in 1936, which says a lot. The territory is large, well maintained, the staff is friendly. The buildings have 4 floors without an elevator. The funniest thing is the suites on the 4th floor, considering that the main contingent is 60+. You wind up more than 40 floors in a day, your legs and heart are swinging be healthy.
There is no luck with the standard room: there is no hair dryer, toiletries, toilet paper of extremely poor quality, the shower is not fenced, there is not even a curtain - the drain is in the floor, located next to the toilet. At the entrance to the bathroom there is a high threshold, the husband fell, leaving, on the first day, only miraculously did not break anything. The TV "Vityaz" is 13 inches!!! How did he live to 2023? The refrigerator in the room cannot be turned off - it is noisy, especially at night, as if there is a train. The balcony door and windows are closed with a single rotary knob, which still needs to be guessed in which direction to turn. There is a balcony on the entire floor of the building, without partitions, so the balcony and windows must be closed before leaving, otherwise curious neighbors will be able to enter your room. The sanatorium has rooms after renovation - it is much more comfortable to live in them, I recommend booking them. They clean every day, even extra pillows were brought at our request.
Linen and towels are changed once a week. The Internet is good, it does not catch only near the lake. There is a playground, a new sports complex with exercise equipment. The food is without frills, according to the principle of Soviet catering, but you will not starve. Artists from Vitebsk and Minsk are coming. At the disco, old people anneal every evening. Lights out at 23. The treatment is good, the set of procedures is extensive, doctors are actively involved in your recovery. The prices are adequate for both treatment and accommodation. The nature is beautiful, the smell of pine evokes pictures from childhood. I recommend it!

A very good place to relax: a picturesque lake with a beach, a pine forest with walking paths, and wellness treatments. For quite reasonable money. Not far from the Russian border. It is only a half-hour drive to Vitebsk. Within walking distance of the railway station. The food is very decent, though without a buffet - according to the menu, and the diet food should be borne in mind. The territory is being landscaped, the buildings are being repaired. The rooms are clean: balconies, refrigerators, dishes, televisions, plumbing is serviceable, cleaned every day, linen is changed every 5 days (and towels, and even half-sheets for procedures). There are coolers with cold and hot water on the floor. There is a shop on site, a bar, a beauty salon and even a post office. Entertainment/activities are also regular, both for children and adults. Although of course not Hilton - I would not recommend this sanatorium to fans of a five-star holiday, I would give a solid 3 stars, even with a plus. But the atmosphere is sincere - both the staff and the vacationers are all very welcoming and friendly. Among the wishes: to update the pavement on the tracks and put a few additional benches (with urns) in the forest, hang the curtains more tightly and take a normal physical therapy instructor. In general, for my money, I got what I expected. I'm happy with my vacation.

The procedures are different, some ordinary, nothing special, such as hydro massage or physiotherapy. I liked mechanical massage and shock wave therapy the most. I want to try leeches again. Nature is at a height, clean air, forest, lake. One minus, a lot of mosquitoes, take remedies for bloodsuckers. Parking is available, there is enough space for everyone. There's a disco every night. Optional excursions to Vitebsk. Various activities, you can rent fishing rods, scooters, bambinton, bicycles, skewers and grills, gazebos with barbecue for rent. There is no pool. It is relatively clean, the rooms are cleaned every three days.

The sanatorium is very old: rooms, furniture, doors, corridors - all from the USSR. Even the smell is appropriate. The bathroom in the suite is just something. You'll come to the dining room 10-15 minutes later and the food is just cold. The best thing is a pine forest and a lake nearby. At night, the territory of the sanatorium is barely illuminated and it is easy to get lost.

The treatment is varied and very well organized - the computer program gives out a list of Appointments for Each day with the Exact time. No live queues. The food is described in the Dining Room section. The staff is friendly. The territory is quite beautifully decorated, especially the variety of colors is amazing!!! The room in our 2nd building (after renovation) on the second floor is equipped with a modern TV and refrigerator (this is very important for the hot summer of 2022). A spacious wardrobe and a wide window sill allow you to conveniently place all things. Bedside tables are not very comfortable, because there is no drawer for small things. The plumbing is modern, but they don't give Soap and Shampoos ?!? Bath and face towels (different colors for 2 people). The room is cleaned thoroughly every day. The bed linen is changed after a week, a total of 3 times. The territory of the sanatorium is quite large, located on the high shore of Lake Shevino in a pine forest (view of the lake from a quadcopter !!!)

The train from Moscow arrives directly at the Lettsy station!!! 600 m from the sanatorium. At 5:30 in the morning, a minibus met us, and we were given room keys. The sanatorium has Parking for fifty cars. Wi-Fi on the territory of the sanatorium, except for the beach. Registration by SMS code. There is no currency exchange point on the territory of the sanatorium, but you can "buy" Belarusian currency at the post office for 2% commission. Payment for all services is possible with the MIR card (in August 2022, it cost me at the rate of 24.5 Russian rubles per 1 BYN).

There is a lake nearby. There are many different procedures. I would like to express special gratitude to Elena from the hydrotherapy building for good water treatments. A person who knows his job always clarifies how to measure the temperature while taking a bath. Any baths, mineral, coniferous, peat. The basic price includes mineral baths, and the rest of the bathrooms are paid, but the prices are affordable.

I liked the sanatorium itself. The territory is quite large, there is a mineral spring, a lake. The living conditions are good. A lot of procedures, the attitude is very good.
The only thing: for those who are selective in food, be careful: the food is purely sanatorium!, without pathos.
It is convenient to get from Moscow time: overnight by train, at 6 am already on site, without transfers.
