We purchased 7 doors. There are no questions for the girls administrators, we also have no complaints about the product, but the way the whole process is organized (measurement, purchase and installation) is VERY TRICKY!
I'll start from the beginning. We contacted the company "EL Porta", a measurer is sent to us, after the measurer we purchase doors, (the girls warned that the installer was not theirs, but they recommended (gave a number) the next record will be installed only in a month - we agree. The installer is working and as a result there are an extra 3 additional bars to the question of how it happened, the installer answers "all questions to the measurer". We decided to return (hand over) but we were told 14 days were up (they won't accept it). And as it turned out, they are not responsible for the work of the measurer.
As a result, we have 3 additional bars with a total cost of 100 rubles!

Why recommend them if they make chips during installation, try to gloss over their creativity, we will replace the bar for you, it's October (installation in February) they are still changing. On October 5, the door stopped closing, they said they would come and look at it during the week, I have been calling for the third day already, they do not answer the phone. THE HORROR!!!!! , not the company, we are for them (installers )We are not responsible, this was told to me back in February. What will the company do?

The main disadvantage is the organization of work on the installation of doors, which is reduced to the fact that the client himself agrees with third-party "installers" (there is no date booking function at the office), who are overloaded and determine the time convenient for them, as a result, the delivery and installation time does not match, and also due to any vital issues at the installer (machine breakdown, etc.) may shift. This entails a time lag between payment and receipt of the product, the need to store it before installation. Be prepared to adjust the dates and be patient. The installers are experienced, qualified and really work efficiently and within the agreed time.

The first and second time they chose the doors, waited half an hour for an hour until someone was free and consulted, the third time they came to pay - they sat in line for an hour. The installers are well done, the price of quality is normal, but due to the waiting time, I will choose something else next time…

According to the cost of materials and work on the installation of the portal, it is in full out: 185 rubles for pressed cardboard, + 80 rubles for 1.5 hours of work, plus they sold an extra part, saying that it would be possible to return it. They didn't take it back, they found a small indentation. Clearly check the products of this company when buying for damage, they are completely paper. Let's see how long it will last.

The installation of the doors is terrible, the platbands fell off after a day. Of the 6 doors, none are on the level, some are closed, others are opened, i.e. it is not possible to leave the door ajar! There are a lot of extra holes that are simply sealed with furniture plugs! When the installer with the claim called, I was just politely sent, they said that everything should be as it should be. I do not recommend this organization, it is better to overpay a little, but then not have problems...

On the entrance metal door around the mirror, the frame is also offset, pay attention when buying, it will not work with interior doors, they come in a package. There are strange cuts at 45 degrees on the laminated film on the door box (blank) at the ends, which makes it very difficult when it is necessary to make a complete box with a threshold.
As an inexpensive option, expensive / rich decorations will go.

I had to make a return of the sink, an exchange of lockers, and the replacement of a defective glass door element. That is, something is the fault of the salon, something is at my request, but there have never been any problems. Always correct communication, and convenient - by phone or live chat. The prices are very low, the quality is budget-friendly, but satisfactory. I will note one drawback. Previously, the lower cabinets were sold with countertops already sawn in the warehouse. Now the buyer is forced to buy the entire countertop. This is inconvenient and unnecessary costs. The countertop will be sawn in the warehouse, but if only a couple of lockers are needed, then there is a lot of excess. But in general, I recommend this seller.
