A complete nightmare. We were there for a children's birthday party. The birthday boy's mom booked a table for 10 people. They brought food and drinks (there were 2 midges in one of them), then they came and started asking for glasses with drinks, due to the fact that they had nothing to make cocktails in. Although there were only 10 of us, and besides us, there were at most 5 people in the cafe. Ice cream for some in mugs, for some in glasses. There are obviously big problems with the dishes
Plus, the children's party had its own cake (the child was given a large one as a gift, with his favorite characters) and it was forbidden to eat. They said they can only endure it and that's it. But excuse me, we don't just drink coffee with our cake. There is a banquet for 10 people and they were not allowed, and even they did not warn in advance.
In general, we are disappointed!!!

I agree with those who write about the lack of service in this institution. He's not here.
We were with my husband and three children. We came here to have lunch purposefully.
We took two first courses and five second courses. First (after about 20 minutes, as promised) they brought me soup). Everyone sat and watched me eat. Then after 20 minutes. The second soup and a portion of pancakes were brought. The three of us watched the others eat again. A small child (4 years old), she was ordered spaghetti with cheese and nuggets, kept asking where his pasta was. The time from the moment of the order has passed 45 minutes. The question arises: how long does it take to cook a baby portion of spaghetti? It seems that they were waiting for the wheat to ripen! The mill is not working! Therefore, they are in the coffee grinder themselves.
The last to arrive were two mashed potatoes with a cutlet. Everyone had a version that there were only enough potatoes for pancakes, and a fresh harvest was waiting for the mashed potatoes. To tell the truth, I didn't want to wait for these dishes anymore.
Only they take an advance payment immediately.
The price and quality of the dishes correspond.
The impression of the place is not recommended to anyone. If only coffee and dessert. But we haven't tried them.
We didn't want dessert anymore, it's a good thing we didn't order it. They probably would have brought them in the first place.
In general, there is no service there. As well as respect for the guests. Everyone was unhappy. The establishment even spoiled the overall impression of the day. I'm not going there anymore.

Desserts are beautiful and that's it-not delicious, creams are bland and similar to margarine, without sugar. Nuggets from Euroopt by kg, slices have also seen life. We were here the day before, the place was very surprised - despite the fact that I really liked the interior and the menu , terrible service - nothing to question. We were forced to sit at the table on our own with dirty dishes , it didn't bother me - it happens because of the workload of the staff , and we ourselves put it on the next table -we got a scolding from the waitress that we dared to sit at the table - which is in the wrong place - it's amazing - I haven't experienced this for many years , sockets do not work anywhere, you can charge your phone only at the checkout and then with your charger!!!!! I would advise the owner to fully teach his staff the basics of this business once again, because the place is beautiful - it is clear that they put their heart and soul into the menu and the location is good, but the staff ........ I have never seen such unhappy waitresses anywhere .

As a result, they brought ordinary GREEN water with lemon and mint; I didn't feel any raspberries or tea at all.
