Anya, the seller, did everything that would have been exchanged for a watch from an online store. They promise to bring it tomorrow... we'll see... Think 100 thousand times before buying a Ray. I applied on 07/20/2022 to the Luch service center at Independence, 95. To replace the battery in my watch. After the "master" turned them in her hands, she began to pick up an improvised "tool" to open the slot - a COIN. Trying hard to find the width and scratching the case.
I was extremely surprised by the use of such a technique in the Service Center at the Luch factory. Terrible service. I immediately took my watch after I received a reply that there were no tools in the service center to open the back cover of a very standard watch case.
The most amazing thing is that such a service is provided in the head workshop at the factory in the capital. Even the workshop at Independence 18 was closed. A few years ago, I successfully replaced the battery there. Now everything has become very bad with the service.

The service department is simply "on top". We did not buy cheap self-winding watches. The warranty ended and it started, first the digit fell off the dial (they replied that this was normal after the warranty, there was no need to drop / beat, although they did not drop or beat), because of this fallen off digit, the second hand fell off (the digit fell between 2 arrows)
Excellent quality, of course. As soon as the warranty comes off, the falling off elements are the norm - no.
I do not recommend buying here at all.
Some kind of defect - the buyer is a fool himself.

As a result, the watch is for 200 rubles. for 2 weeks, because the warranty is only for the mechanism, which is made in Japan. We stopped by the workshop on Saturday to remove a couple of links from the clock, but the master did not work. They also said that they only repair the clocks of their factory. I can't say anything about the quality (we used the services in another place where the schedule is more flexible). Just keep this information in mind when planning a visit to the master.)

Extremely unprofessional work of the master: scratches from a screwdriver remained on the gold-plated watch when unscrewing the bolts, the coating was erased on the outside when the lid was snapped. I specifically turned to the company's workshop, however, I did not expect such low-quality work. And it's just a battery replacement!
