I am so glad that I came across the website of this factory. It is very encouraging to see that at least some factory has survived, and not been looted as in Russia. Only dilapidated walls remain from Russian manufacturers of Soviet watches. I am very much in favor of the Belarusian brothers. This is a great merit of your people! Bravo!

I have not seen such rudeness and lack of professionalism for several years! There are just no words! (the comment mainly concerns the service center, as well as the quality of the products).
I bought a watch on 15.08. They began to lag behind from the very first day (very unpleasant), the store told me to contact the service center. I got to the center only on 08/25. I explained the problem to the master, she checked the watch and said "that the mechanism works fine." I didn't get an answer to my question why they were two hours behind. I calmly explained to the master my position that I would like to return them, because a two-hour delay is not an appropriate quality. I bought the watch in order to wear and enjoy, and not to repair it from the first day of purchase. To which the master replied that this happens and "it's not for nothing that a one-year warranty is given." I couldn't explain anything about the return rules, I just kept saying that it needed to be repaired. In my attempts to reach a conclusion about the malfunction, the master began to pour out a stream of rudeness and insults. She raised her voice, shouted the same thing several times, while she did not voice the answer to my question. Then the attacks on my age and life experience began. Despite the fact that I did not raise her voice and asked her to talk to me culturally.
As a result, I have several complaints.
Firstly, such a manner of communication with clients is not acceptable.
Secondly, neither the sellers of branded stores nor the master were able to give me a clear answer about the return rules, and about who and how conducts the examination.
Thirdly, I bought a Luch watch because I really trusted this factory and its quality. The clock has been lagging since the first day, I am disappointed in the quality. Chinese watches from Aliexpress have been working for me for a year now!
As a result, the watch had to be left in order to be believed at the factory. Hopefully, a malfunction will be found and I will be able to return them. There is no longer any desire to contact either people or the products of this plant.
