I really liked the place! It is spacious, well-zoned and full of diverse toys /educational toys. Everything is neat, I was impressed. I have not seen such a variety in any of the children's rooms, well, there is just a lot of space, no pandemonium.
I recommend it, we will definitely visit again

The administrators, like supervisors, shouted "shoe covers!" at us from the doorway, although we immediately took off our shoes. There wasn't a smile or benevolence on his face for a second, although this is a child's space and it should be by itself. The toys were constantly being removed, which made the children perplexed. Clean, the repair is still alive, the toys are already "tired". Change the administrators! I don't want to come back because of this.

The place itself looks good, high-quality toys. But it is clear that the administrator is not at all engaged in processing or washing them.
I was left with a bad impression of the place:
1. The administrator is a boorish person who does not have to talk politely and culturally. It feels like we've come to her house.
2. They talk about the need to wear socks or shoe covers, but at the same time there is dirt on the floor, on which the infant got his hands dirty, and my shirt is dirty (p.s. The child's hand was not washed after soap).
3. For the first time I hear that in order to pour boiling water for an infant, it is necessary to buy water. But this is nothing compared to how the administrator behaves arrogantly.
4. The balls are in the game room, but God forbid a child will approach them, it is forbidden.
I saw only the disadvantages (if you forget about the soft interior).

A very cozy and beautiful place, and most importantly safe. We went regularly with our family, the staff was friendly, we got on shifts of different administrators. There was always polite communication, the attitude towards the child was great. But today we got to the institution (02/12/2023) and faced a terrible attitude towards our child. Everything is clear, the workload, the end of the working day. But we couldn't ignore the situation. Our child ran behind the reception desk, he did it not for the first time, yes, it's wrong. I won't say that we have a very obedient daughter, but we usually explained to her in words that we shouldn't do this, we should go out. At the same time, earlier the administrator met her at the counter and cheerfully, in the form of a game or under another pretext, escorted her out, with or without our help. Today, our daughter was grabbed by the hand, pushed towards the exit, I was next to her, called to me, she did not react and turned back in the direction of the reception desk, her daughter's forearm was still in the administrator's hand and she pushed the child out with more force with the words: "Step back, you're just missing here!". To say that I was shocked is to say nothing. There was no point in commenting and discussing the situation with her, it was obvious that the man was out of sorts. But I don't think it's right to take it out on a child who is a guest. I do not absolve myself of responsibility, it is clear that this is a person's workplace, which is forbidden to enter. But it is not correct to do this with children. It was very very unpleasant.

I give 2 stars only for the interior and the very idea of the place.This is where the positive aspects end.Rude and unpleasant administrator.It seems that I came to her house and asked for something.It was cold in the room and the children (and adults too) were frozen, I had to go "bow down" again and ask to turn on the heating.There was no food.We were not allowed to order food by delivery.A couple of hours later, food was brought for the establishment and this is also a complete disappointment.Frozen buckwheat dish with 2 tiny meatballs for 12 rubles....Besides, it was completely tasteless.After all, in an institution for children, food should be constantly and varied.And the staff should be friendly and pleasant.

Food is not cooked locally, but there is something for you and your baby to eat. There are hot dishes, desserts, and hot drinks.
