Hello. I want to share my impressions about the work of a wonderful person and specialist - Yulia Nikolaevna Vitchinova. I first contacted Dr. Julia six months ago. With two problems: 1. Vascular meshes and pigmentation on the face; 2. Hair falling out in clumps.
I must say separately that I am a "problematic" patient)) I've had cancer in the past and I can't do everything. But I really want to be beautiful. Yulia Nikolaevna gave a detailed consultation and conducted a course of procedures taking into account the oncological factor. I selected procedures (laser removal of vascular meshes and pigmentation - for the face and mesotherapy for the scalp and face). The mesotherapy cocktail was made individually for me and my problems. Yana Alexandrovna is a young master of epilation with a medical education, a very professional specialist, knows her business from beginning to end, is very positive and pleasant in communication, will always give good advice and recommendations after the procedure! It is to this master that I am happy to go myself and advised my friend, who visited the master for the first time today, 05/23/2024 and was very pleased!
But the essence of my review is a little different: having received the service a month ago, 04/24/2024 I paid off at the reception and asked the administrator to register me specifically with Yana Alexandrovna for the next procedure. We picked up the date and time, I clarified whether they would send me a notification about the upcoming procedure, since it was the 21st century and I did not write down the date in a notebook, to which the girl answered me positively and switched to another visitor. I left safely and spent the whole month with full confidence that I don't have to remember the date, as I will receive a notification, waiting in the wings. I approximately remembered that the date x was 22.05 or 23.05, since nothing came to me at 22.05, I got worried and asked my friend, who, as I already mentioned, was going to the procedure today, to clarify my date with the administrator. She was told that I was not registered and it would be better for me to contact her personally. Which is exactly what I did! And in the same way, I received a reply that I was not registered in this month. I think I will no longer describe the flurry of emotions and other moments, but! I want to draw the attention of the head: the administrator, this is the face of the salon, the medical office and so on. This person, or rather the girl who recorded me on 04/24 at around 19:00 and apparently treated her work negligently, ruined the day today not only for me. The administrator suffered, who had to listen to a flurry of indignation, and as I later found out, the girl just got a job and has nothing to do with this situation. Also, a master could suffer from such an attitude to work, who would simply lose an hour of time. I still got my service, and I was even lucky that my master had windows, rather precisely because someone was not performing their duties well! But the sediment remained very strong! The receptionist tried to smooth out the negative impressions as much as possible, but I admit that I stayed in this salon only for the sake of Yana Alexandrovna! Please pay attention to the competence of your employees, I hope this will not happen again!
Poor organization of work. A tiny reception desk and a cramped locker for clothes. Not a polite, incompetent, non-decisive administrator, unable to warn the doctor about the patient's visit, and the client about the absence of a doctor. At the same time, they will not apologize and will not offer anything to minimize the unpleasantness of the situation. The procedure of "photo treatment" in this "salon" is very dangerous - severe burns of the legs with blisters have been received, which have been treated for the 4th week (thanks for the healing cream provided by the salon). It is possible that there will be traces of "treatment". It is surprising that the Yplaces application does not contain a note about the past payment for the "photo treatment" procedure on March 22, 2023 (the payment included, among other things, discounts paid for by Slivki, a gift certificate). The photo shows the 1st week after the procedure, the 2nd and the 3rd. I do not recommend it!
Just look at what was done to my mom's leg during the photo treatment procedure. I came to get rid of bruises that don't go away for years, and as a result, the "doctor" only made it worse, leaving terrible burns. Now Mom has blisters. It's a cool procedure, nothing to say. The director, of course, defended the doctor who performed the procedure and recommended contacting her to solve the problem. It's ridiculous, the same as going to the criminal who robbed you. Of course, he will defend his work and say that this is normal. I do not think so and I do not recommend anyone to contact me if health is expensive. Thank God it wasn't done on the face.
I do laser hair removal in this salon (standard 2 complex). I got the result after the first session (although I have blonde hair), and after the third I was generally in a pleasant shock. As I understand it, such a good result from a diode laser (I used to go to another one).

I've been here for a photo treatment. Before that, I've been going to the Molecule for 4 years. But it's sooo painful. After listening to my friends, I decided to try a ‘not’ painful photo.. Don't set foot there anymore!! The card was not even filled out, the doctor did not ask about the drugs I was taking, or whether I had done this procedure before.. Nothing at all. She worked without gloves or a mask, and smelled wildly of onions from her mouth. I made 10 flashes and said everything is ready. I'm just in shock. There is something to compare it with.. in the T.I. And then 2 minutes!!! That's it!! He says "finished!". It also hurts, but it's useless.. The effect is zero! Don't waste your money and time.
