A great hotel for a relaxing holiday with children. Nothing superfluous, the food is delicious and varied, seafood, fish, fruits and ice cream every evening.
From breakfast to lunch, you can have a snack in the lobby (potatoes, nuggets, pizza)
They clean every day, the rooms are new, the plumbing is in order, nothing is leaking anywhere, the TV is huge, there are a couple of Russian channels.
I took a room with a side sea view, I was given a room on the 6th floor with a magnificent view of the bay, everything is at a glance.
The sea is 50m, the pebbles are clean, it was very warm in June.
The territory is small, well-maintained, palm trees, bananas, olives, limes, grapes grow.
For children, there is an evening disco in German, drawing, a small playground, and of course water slides in the pool (open from 11-16). There is a small mini zoo with rabbits and turtles.
Sun beds by the pool, especially for children, should be occupied early, preferably at 7 o'clock, the first rows by the sea are the same.
Evening animation is weak, if you want discos and a breakaway, you are not here.
The main vacationers are elderly Germans, a few Czechs, Poles and Russian families with children.
The hotel does not accommodate single men.
From alcohol - local beer, wine and 5 cocktails.
Everything is quite decent, you can drink, and if you want it stronger-for an additional fee.the fee.
Wi-Fi throughout the hotel (in rooms, lobby, swimming pool)- it flies, of course it doesn't catch on the beach anymore,
Check-out is at 12 o'clock sharp, you need to check in the room.
Russian Russians are treated very well at the hotel, many speak a little Russian, the restaurant is always friendly, and the service is fast.
I was vacationing with a child, 06.2024, the weather was +40, we bought up, we got drunk, we liked everything, I advise you.

Good afternoon, everyone! We were at the hotel from September 7-15, 2024. The hotel itself is clean, bright, the rooms are good, after renovation everything works and plumbing and air conditioning, there are no questions! The room had a side sea view, the sound insulation was not bad. Cleaning every day with the provision of water, towels and coffee/tea (true, if you ask)
There are no questions about food either, in principle, you will not stay hungry, the question is about tea, it is either in bags or cold on the bar, already poured into glasses (There are only two coffee machines, they work only at breakfast, Jacobs coffee, which also does not add joy. During the day, there is coffee at the bar and on the street, but it is the same as at breakfast-Jacobs!
For us, a huge minus is the sun beds-they are not from the word at all, everything is occupied by gentlemen Germans, of whom the majority are lying towels, and people are sleeping or eating somewhere, they come after 11 am, to their familiar places! That is, if you come by 7.30 in the morning, there is practically nowhere to go, everything is busy and it's along the coast only in this hotel!
We tried to figure out this issue, but, alas, the staff pretended that they could not help in any way! We had to do the same, which is not our style, we got up at 5 a.m. and took our seats (
The sea is beautiful, the beach is sandy and pebbly, the entrance is small stones! The weather is great, all this has leveled the disadvantages, I recommend rest to unassuming people, I put 4!

We had a rest in October 2023. The food is great, the grill is almost every day, you can always eat something during the day, the staff is friendly, a little tired by the end of the season)) Entertainment is varied: shooting range, beach volleyball (and some other game of metal balls) darts, Turkish dancing concerts. The animators speak English, German, and Russian. There were people with disabilities: in a wheelchair, with prosthetics - people are friendly, the staff helped these people in every way. There were a lot of elderly people. The slides worked 2-3 times a week. The beach is sandy, pebbles in the sea, clean, tidy, they always go to clean up. A wonderful man, the caretaker of the beach, distributed air mattresses and cheesecakes to children.
I didn't like it - the old room stock, the broken corners of the furniture, the tiles, the thresholds are knocked down. There is no shampoo, I had to wash my hair with shower gel.
There is nothing around the hotel, there is nowhere to walk. There is an outlet and a market - the prices are very tourist.

Good afternoon! The hotel is on a solid 3, although it seems to be positioned as 5 stars! The food is so monotonous and tasteless that it got boring on the 3rd day. The choice is certainly large, but everything is for the same taste. The staff is very polite, they will always tell you everything and help you. We were told that cleaning and changing of linen and towels once every three days, but we had such a wonderful maid who came to us every day. Fresh bed linen, towels and water every day ($1 and a chocolate bar on the bedside table worked wonders). They were very persistently and even unpleasantly lured to the SPA. I had to go through them every time I went to the sea or to the pool and every time I attacked and persistently offered not to miss their wonderful massage for $ 40. The beach is good, the sand and small pebbles in the will, the water is clear, warm, the entrance to the water is not for children, especially for those who cannot swim. 2 meters knee-deep, then sharply deep. My son preferred the pool, so I had to postpone my desire to splash in the sea. In general, it's not bad, but we won't go there anymore.

The three of us were at this hotel on 16.10.2024-28.10.2024.
I must say right away that this is not 5 stars, but 3 with a stretch.
Minuses:
1) the hotel has 2 types of rooms: for 1 person (according to the descriptions of the girl from this room, the square footage is 10 meters, including a bathroom, closets, etc.) and for 2 people (2 times more in square footage than a small room, for the third person they bring a cot). You can't turn around in any of the rooms, you need to "plan" your exit from the room, you can't just walk up to the door. I need to talk to my companions to leave the room.
They settled on the 2nd floor with a view of the backyard (opposite side from the sea, photo attached). The next building is another hotel, which has official visits just under our windows. We knew every time they took out the garbage, brought food and how long they had a disco. Russian songs are played until 23:00.
It is not clear why a five-star hotel does not have rooms for 4-5 people. For example, if a family arrives with parents and 3 small children who cannot be accommodated in a separate room due to their age.
2) the restaurant. In the matter of salads and cheeses, everything is fine: at all meals there are sooo many herbs (dill, parsley, mint, etc.), tomatoes, cucumbers, many types of cabbage, salads, olives, oils, etc.
And everything was bad with hot and sweet.
I came to Turkey for the sea and seafood. As a result, I got the sea, seafood is not enough. During the 2 weeks of staying at the hotel, there was always a lot of hot dishes: 2 types of pasta, 2 types of turkey cooking, pizza, rice, cabbage.
Seafood has always been fish with small bones that do not need to be taken out, rolled up. Sometimes they gave grilled fish, but it tasted like coals + it was very peppery sometimes. Once there was a whole baked fish, like at home. It was lightning fast and beautiful.
There was a seafood mix 2 times. 70% are mussels, 20% are squid rings and 10% are small shrimp. It's all stewed. It's delicious, but not enough.
Sweet: mostly puddings and cakes of acid green/ pink/blue and similar colors from "marshmallow pudding" (I don't know how to explain, it's not possible to eat). It was good that there was Turkish baklava and desserts in clear cups. Fruits include green and red apples, tangerines, white and black grapes (all with pits), wooden nectarines and peaches, watermelon and sometimes melon.
3) towels issued by cards were often torn and with yellow spots. Initially, the towel is blue/light blue. I understand that the staff does not have much time to examine each towel, but when it becomes almost completely red, it is visible. Do something! It's not nice to pick it up!
4) There is a water sports station between the beaches of neighboring hotels (motorcycles/ bananas/cheesecakes/ parachutes, etc.). The disadvantage is that they shoot people riding with a drone, which is very clearly audible if you take sun beds next to the station. It interfered with rest. But it removes the drogue very efficiently)Motorcycles/boats are also being repaired at this station. And sometimes they drained the water and something else directly onto the sand that flowed next to the sunbeds. It's not very pleasant.
5) The all-inclusive hotel has round-the-clock paid drinks and hookahs.
6) during one trip there is an opportunity to visit either a fish or meat restaurant. Naturally, we chose the fish one. We were recorded at the reception and shown a menu in which we need to choose the main hot dish. When choosing, I understand that there is nothing in common with fish, I draw the attention of the hotel employee to this and his reaction: "Oh, I got it mixed up." As a result, I covered up the entry to the meat restaurant and recorded it in the fish restaurant. Thank you. Fortunately, I have knowledge of English, otherwise it would be a disappointment.
On the day of visiting the restaurant, we were in a good mood (finally we will eat "not pasta"), we go in, they ask us the room number, check the lists and say "You are not on the lists." 30 seconds of my displeased look and the words of the hotel employee "joke, sit down there" were an extreme for me. This is the most terrible moment of the whole trip, given the possible connection with the fact that something could have been mixed up at the reception again. I've had elderly people with me who are worried about and without. If I had thoughtlessly transferred the information to them that we were not expected at the restaurant, there would have been a story with an ambulance and insurance. Fortunately, I wanted to figure it out myself, but the hotel employee decided to complete this "joke". Naturally, my whole mood went nowhere.
I attach photos of the dishes to the review.
Positive:
1) private beach, walk to it 3 minutes at a slow pace from the hotel building. However, there will be a bridge over the pool on the way, which will have to be passed every time (or bypass the pool around the perimeter, which is long and not convenient).
There is fine sand on the beach, pebbles by the sea. The entrance to the water is sharp: 3 steps on a shallow bottom, 4 - a depth of 3-4 meters. There are handrails for a more comfortable entrance.
I swam with a mask, so I will say that the fauna is diverse, there are a lot of fish (10 species), they swim in flocks of 50-70 individuals. There are huge boulders at the bottom, so it will be difficult to find something interesting at the bottom.
2) there are a lot of activities and entertainment: volleyball, table tennis, yoga, "playing metal balls", aqua aerobics in the pool, etc. Animators invite you to participate at certain times. Yoga at 10:00, metal. balls at 16:00, table tennis at 12:00, volleyball in the morning and evening.
Lawn tennis is paid.
3) There is an Alar Bazaar 400 meters from the hotel, which is very convenient.
4) there are many palm trees, greenery on the territory of the hotel, there are comfortable hammocks.
5) there is always access to food. When the main restaurant is not open, there is a snack bar with salads/French fries and other things. There are also 3-4 bars with alcohol and simple drinks. There are cocktails, most of them with coconut flavor (blue syrup).
Non-hotel moments:
There was an unpleasant situation with the hotel guide, who offered to go to a 6-storey Mall with chain stores. They booked a car for us, brought it, but not there. There was a stop at the one-story "Furs and Fur coats". It turned out that a bus was going from this store and a lot of people were already going from the fur to the Mall. After waiting for 40 minutes and not having gathered people, we returned to the hotel, having lost 3 hours of precious time.
Bottom line: this is far from a 5-star hotel. The only thing there from a real five-star hotel is the sea and greenery in the meal.
If you want to swim in the sea, participate in activities, the room is not important and you are a vegetarian/vegan - this is the perfect hotel for you.
I will not return to this hotel anymore, especially at current prices. This hotel has a maximum of 3 stars.

Now I'm resting in this hotel, alone, maybe that's why I was unlucky with the room stock, although I paid for a standard room of 20-24 sq m and, as always, for "one and a half" people. The hotel itself is good, everything is clean, the staff is excellent, everything is fine in the restaurant too, the territory is well maintained, but compact, the sea is gorgeous, of course there is nowhere to walk. Initially, I was moved into a room, in my estimation, a former room for household needs. There is no balcony, although the standard room includes it (as described in the contract), there is only a 50 cm wide window. The closet has one compartment, without shelves and inside there is a safe at the bottom, which is called on the floor and I have to use it. What is called Welcome. After looking at all the splendor, how minimized everything is, I came to rest a little after the flight, was outraged and wrote to the Anex Tour agency, flew through Pegasus. I was told by the agency to demand a standard number, but in turn, at the initial stage, they did not offer their help. I was answered at the reception that there were no available rooms, although my tour hotel confirmed to the agency, come back tomorrow. The beginning of the vacation was ruined, I wrote to the agency about the assistance of this issue. The next day there was just a meeting with the guide, I was given a new room with a 1×1m balcony, there is a kondey from which the heat comes, a table on the kondey and two folded chairs, so cozy and homely. In addition, the sanitary room is so small, the shower is without a shower cabin, the curtain does not save, water flows down the curtain onto the floor and puddles, after the toilet, to leave this room, you first need to close the door, go through the gap between the wall and the shower and only after that I will be able to leave the sanitary room. I have already settled in, I do not want to spoil my mood and waste my time on this and going to the sea I came to the reception, asking, is this the only room? The manager was called, and my question was answered by a standard number and he made a discovery for me that they are called "family". Well, I've never been picky, how many places I've been, albeit modestly, but most importantly clean and comfortable for recreation. Even today, the Anex tour agency sent a message from Pegasus that the hotel provided a room for only one night, not a word was said about this at check-in, I do not like lies, as an apology for the inconvenience they offered wine and a room, there was nothing yet, but I do not want to, and there is enough of it in the restaurant.

A stable 3-star hotel. The territory is very compact. Beautiful well-kept garden. There is a small zoo, hedgehogs walk on the lawns. Everything seems to be there. Its own small amphitheater. Children's club. The bar, the pool, since it is alone, it is almost always crowded. There is a children's pool, and even small slides. The rooms are ordinary, bright, compact. The linen is clean. Nice beach, clear sea, convenient access for both adults and children. That's just the trouble with the sunbeds. They need to be recaptured every day. After breakfast, finding at least one free place is a whole quest. The employee who is responsible for the sunbeds, it seems, sells them as well. The eternal picture of empty sunbeds with towels, when you have nowhere to sit down, got tired by the 3rd day. Oh, and the beach closes at exactly 19:00. So what about the sunset: get off the sunbeds and sit on the sand. You will be told about it many times. It's nice to walk along the beach. Especially to the right. There is a spit where there are very beautiful views of the bay and the sea. Food. Of course, you won't be hungry, because this is Turkey. But this hotel has a very modest choice. Breakfasts are a basic assortment, for dinner there is always a grill for which there is always a queue. Sometimes there is a fish. If you stare at the sunset, you may not find a table for dinner. The waiters will ignore the question about the table, you will have to wait. In general, this hotel is more like an adult camp. Everything is clearly on schedule. Exactly 2 hours for lunch and dinner. At 21:00, almost all the tables are already assembled, and you are in a hurry to finish. Once we stayed at the sea until we came to dinner, all the tables were occupied, while we waited there were 40 minutes left for dinner. Here is a clear schedule. The snack bar closes at 16:00. After that, if you don't have time for dinner, go on a diet. Of course, you can adjust to the rhythm, but on vacation you don't really want to live like this. The animation is average. We only liked the girl who took care of the children. Our son enjoyed running to the kids club. Adult shows are mostly built on interactivity with guests, for example, contests for public viewing. Maybe someone likes this format, but we will definitely not return to such a hotel.

Overall, the hotel is not bad. We rested there from 31.08 to 8.09 with our family, 5 people. The food was good, there was everything, dorado fish, beef tongue, beef, chicken, grilled and even a salad with shrimp. Children have pasta, nuggets, sausages, milk with chocolate balls and cereals.
The drinks included local wine, mojitos, and beer. The rooms are nice but a little cramped. We were given a two-room room on the second floor. The beds are too big, but for me personally it's only a plus. Those who do not like hard ones will be uncomfortable. The pillows are comfortable. Plumbing is suffering in the bathroom, namely the shower, it's leaking from all the cracks.. the sewer.the pipe was clogged, so while you were washing, the water was collected in the bathtub itself. They also do not give shampoo and gel!!! There is a dispenser on the wall, but there is liquid soap((
They cleaned every day. The bed was changed 2 times in a week. The staff is polite.
That's the trouble with wi-fi.. ((barely pulling. The Internet works intermittently in the room, but it's good to catch at the reception.
Nearby there is a bazaar, a pharmacy, a shop. There is a Migros store nearby. There we took delicious halva in chocolate for 74 lire. Drinking water is provided to the room every day. You can also take water from the bar on the way to the beach. There are 3 pools, 2 for children and one 1.80cm. The sea is excellent, the setting is pebbles. It hurts my legs a little when you go out. There are a lot of sun beds. It was enough for everyone. The umbrellas are large. In general, it's worth a four.

In general, the hotel is definitely worth recommending, it is small, mostly foreigners, quiet, there is everything you need on the territory, family-run. Those who need to hang out are taken to clubs in Alanya, we went once, we liked it. Food for slaughter in June, all fruits, all kinds of meat, alcohol is normal and not divided - one for foreigners, and another for us. Very funny animators, friendly, know several languages, children are delighted with them. The only drawback is far from Alanya, the shops around are expensive. our room was medium in size, the Windows were on the neighbors, and my friend had a small room, but with windows facing the sea)) to whom, in general. We were in different 5 and 4, a normal hotel!

We are resting at the moment, we are very satisfied, the hotel is small, beautiful territory, swimming pool, small slides. The food is great, varied. Alcohol is good. I go to exercises and aqua aerobics, animator Anastasia is super, she conducts classes smartly, what you need, smiling, beautiful, nice to look at. I go for a massage to a girl from Thailand Ayush (maybe I made a mistake with the letters in the name) super too. Also a photographer, they catch the moments of children and take framed photos, very lively and beautiful photos, you can order a photo shoot. Good guys are working, well done. Our room is small for three, from the balcony there is a view of the neighboring hotel, well, it's nothing because you don't spend a lot of time in the room. The only thing that spoiled the mood in the first hours was a cot in the room, I often rest in Turkey and did not see this, the child sat down, and she failed. ?? We started talking and the receptionist gave me a phone handset on the other side was a Turkish Russian-speaking guide, a rare boor, he started talking to me in a raised voice in a rude form, saying that these were my problems, I stopped communicating with him, after the admin again gave the phone, there the guide is already Russian with Pegasus, listened me, wrote down my room number. They replaced the cot with a sofa. In general, the room is too small for three people, of course. As it is, everything is wonderful. We may come here again, but the room will be different))) Come, you won't regret it. Turkey is super)))))both the place and this hotel are class!

I liked the hotel! The rooms are clean. Cleaning every day. The territory is green and tidy. The choice of food is small, but you will not stay hungry. The sea is clear, we swam. The bay, so the water warmed up. I was lucky with the weather at all. Special thanks to the girl Anara from the spa. She is very pleasant to talk to. Thanks to massage therapist Mahmoud! It seems like an ordinary hotel, but we have been there twice, because it fully meets our needs, namely: a sandy beach. Moreover, the sand is only on the beach, and there are stones in the sea, which is why the water is crystal clear almost always. Not a big hotel and not a big territory. Since I have problems with my legs and can't walk far and for a long time, this is one of the main advantages for me. And also there is everything else: animation for children and adults, marine entertainment, swimming pool, bar. Within walking distance (even I walked in) a large number of shops and bazaars for evening shopping. The food, buffet, is quite decent and varied. We saw the birth of turtles right on our beach. On excursions to the sea, we saw both large turtles and dolphins. In general, this is a hotel for a relaxing family holiday.

I really liked the hotel. Within this price, the quality is at the highest level. Yes, the rooms are in average condition, but they are cleaned well, everything is changed every day. The food is delicious, but of course it gets boring. Seafood here, of course, can not be expected, but meat of all kinds and most importantly delicious. The fish is mainly mackerel. We went to meat and fish restaurants - just great!
The animation is good: darts, water aerobics, water games. Every day they collect, invite, entertain))) there is a disco in the evening. The music is certainly so-so. But here it's for an amateur.
Special thanks for the hammam. It's just a fairy tale.
The composition is 50% German and 50% Russian. There are many pensioners and families with young children. Therefore, those who want a youth vacation are not the option. Although we didn't hang out much, the neighbors complained about us))
In general, I recommend those who want to have a budget, but quality rest 👍👍👍
And a separate bonus - the bay is very beautiful. The sea is gorgeous!!! The view is stunning from the window in the morning

There were mosquitoes in the room above the restaurant. The rest was not overshadowed anyway. Clean everywhere, the staff is kind. There are many Germans, Poles, and Austrians among the vacationers. There are few Russians. Animation on 3. it was almost invisible in May.

We were in Lycus last year, in August 2021. The hotel is very nice. The territory is small, we really liked it, because the sea is within walking distance. There are flowers all around, cleanliness-the paths are constantly being washed. Then there were covid restrictions, and the food was imposed by the staff, but I liked it more, because now again who is into what a lot - and the children climb with their fingers and so on. We have never noticed any restrictions on the amount of food, how much you want to put. The food is varied. The alcohol is good. The room was excellent, we paid extra for a room with a separate room for a child, officially, no bribes. The unobtrusive animation is of very decent quality, all are cute, smiling. I took several massages with 1 hammam as a gift. I really liked it. The masseuse is filipina. In general, the rest was great. I regret that we did not go there this year. The only thing I personally didn't like, but it has nothing to do with this hotel, it's very loud discos in a nearby hotel. Likus is quiet, and the neighbors are terribly noisy.

We are resting now. The hotel itself and the territory seem to be nothing. Great massage. There is a small beach, there is a swimming pool. The rooms are basically clean.
Cons - there is almost no one at the reception desk all the time, knock on the table so that someone looks out, there is one outlet in the room, how can this be unclear and it is five stars. There are no shampoos in the rooms, the bathtub is without a cork. The food sucks. It could have been lived through .
But the most basic disadvantage is that my daughter caught an intestinal infection at the hotel. Well , the insurance took them to the hospital and dug them out . We ate only at the hotel . So the infection is missing here. In a word, five stars is kind of overkill. Turkish hospitality is strange. There was no such thing in Thailand . Rough. The only thanks for the massage.

The inflated fifth star. The numbers are used. Cleaning didn't work well on our second floor. There was also a room on the ground floor (we rested with a large family, stayed in two rooms) the cleaning was good. At the reception, the girl, with some kind of appeal, unwittingly witnessed a conversation, wished, if something did not like it, to rest in Russia.
The diet is monotonous with the addition of carbohydrates. Be afraid to gain extra pounds.
I won't say anything about alcohol, I don't drink. But according to the drinking citizens, the drunk is so-so. The animation is three-fold and everything is spinning in a circle. Moreover, there are no complaints about the guys, they are trying and everything is positive.
The sea, the pools - all for five. Sun beds both there and there should be occupied in advance in the morning.
There is no gym (exercise room). It was important to me. I have not closed this aspect to myself.
Summary: I was, but I won't go to this hotel anymore.

I bought into the great reviews! Yes, the hotel itself is clean, the staff is friendly, the room is good, the cleaning is excellent, but immediately to the cons. Vacationers are mostly 65+, at six in the morning they run to the beach and take up all the sun beds with towels, there are simply no places on the beach at 8-30! And vacationers come to occupied places for lunch or do not come at all! I leave the beach at 11 and there would be enough room for everyone. And so, taking into account the number of sun loungers 100 pcs by the sea and 80 by the pool and the total number of guests 500 people, there is always not enough space for someone. My friend and I were not allowed to go to the restaurant for dinner. We had a photo shoot (I have a mesh dress) I'm attaching a photo. Perhaps he is impotent, a person can have grief. Respect to the animators!!! Animators Angelina and Karina, the leading Mert, are simply bombastic! I love them (I'll post a photo with them).They always made new and interesting entertainments for us. We went on a disco tour with them. They take people to cool discos a couple of times a week. They return you back in whatever state you are in with comfort.And in general, the rest of the staff is polite and caring! We had a vacation with my wife from September 26 to October 7, 2022.
The hotel has never been a five, it pulls a maximum of 4.
Upon arrival (around 9 a.m.), they turned to a certain Ahmed at the reception. He said there were no numbers. (They say some guests passed a positive test and stayed in the rooms, etc.) . He offered to spend the night in a small room. We agreed not to sit in the lobby for several hours. The room turned out to be a converted closet with a tiny window, but the main thing was to get to the sea and then sleep it off. The next morning we moved into the assigned side sea view room. Later we learned that Akhmet does this trick with many visiting Russians. (Scrolling in this way has the income from a normal room plus a bribe from those who pay extra).
The Germans who come settle down right away - they don't take any chances.
Another disadvantage is the terrible stench of the sewer at night. From about 3 a.m. onwards.It spreads from the street, so you need to sleep with the balcony closed. We went down to the reception-it also stinks, but noticeably weaker. It is especially noticeable in our side sea view wing. This happened three times during the stay. People with a normal sense of smell, of course, it is better to know in advance.
The room safe and Wi-Fi are free.
There is enough food, but it is completely monotonous from day to day. (I compare it with the Meder Hotel in Kemer, where you go to a restaurant as if on a gastronomic holiday).
The sea is clean and warm. Sand and pebbles by the water. Sunbeds should be occupied no later than 7 a.m., otherwise you will sunbathe standing up. In my opinion, it came from the old Germans, of whom half the hotel, the rest turn on involuntarily.

Firstly, this hotel does not appear on popular tour aggregators.A travel agent found it for us and offered it to us.
The departure from St. Petersburg was at 2.30, we were in Antalya at 6.30.We took a separate transfer in advance for 6 people (two couples with children)we were at the hotel within an hour (by bus with arrivals to all hotels it takes 3 hours to go).We were immediately sent to breakfast.
After breakfast, there was a check-in, they did not wait until 14 o'clock.As elsewhere, an improved option was offered instead of a standard room (a large room with a sea view).We agreed on $50 per room.We have never regretted it.

There is one outlet for the refrigerator (and there is a kettle next to it, I had to turn off the refrigerator and plug in the kettle). The bed has one outlet (room for 4), ONE outlet, they give a tee, but it's not at all convenient, take an extension cord with you.
3. This hotel is suitable for families who want to relax quietly and quietly, at 23:30 almost everything stops working. Including all bars, so take water to the room in advance, you can't get it anywhere before 7 a.m. Not bad entertainments for children every day, for adults +\- it's okay.
4. The disgusting attitude of some staff towards the guests, not all, but there are two people who speak sharply in different languages besides the one you speak with them, a biased attitude towards Russians. I think if you speak Turkish, he will say something sharply in Greek.
5. There is enough food, always fresh, I read reviews about rotten tangerines, we did not come across this, there is really a lot of varied food, of course, compared to other 5 * hotels, the choice is a little meager, but in general we were never hungry, and it was very tasty. The beds for children are small, they are just for children! Teenagers from the age of 14, whose height is more than 165, will probably be very uncomfortable, although if you move two beds it will be fine.
In general, the hotel is 4*, a good four, but not a five, buy a SIM card right away if you need Internet and communication on vacation, we howled somewhere on the 6th day and went to look for a SIM card, now it seems to be for sale in the hotel store.
9. Room cleaning every day. If you run out of shampoo or what the hotel provides, you will not be given just like that. Upon request, they are given out calmly.
The overall impression is pleasant, there are disadvantages, but in general the rest was a success, the sea is close, food / drinks are available. It's pretty quiet. If you are a noisy company, it will be boring, I must say 70-80% of the guests are grandmothers with grandchildren, elderly couples and families, you rarely notice the "young".
Ask the tour operator about the duration of the trip right away, they didn't tell us, but also add an hour to what they tell you. We drove 6 hours one way and 7 in the opposite direction for one excursion, we were afraid to be late for dinner. Dinner is there until 21:00, at 20:30 they are already starting to wrap up quietly.
I advise you to visit a cafe, leave the hotel and go straight straight to the hill, there will be "alara bazaar" and there you will find it at the very end of the bazaar. I can't say that it's a budget amount of $ 140 for 8, but the portions and quality are excellent.

1. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were settled in one room, we are 5 people, we are a family of three people, and two mothers-grandmothers, but according to the voucher there are two separate rooms. As always, referring to the fact that there are supposedly no rooms, spend the night, but ok. On the trail.the day the problems started, but stay in another room for 2 days and the like (as for me, the staff got impudent and just waited for baksheesh) I told my friends, we won't give anything, we've paid for everything, let them provide what they should, I'm in a position, we have a small child, it's hard for everyone in the same room together. Perhaps the guide also helped in this matter, because I began to be indignant, but we had a meeting and she came up with them to discuss this issue, as a result, three of us were left as "inconveniences" in a family room with a sea view, and the moms were moved with a view of other houses and some kind of parking (it turns out that people have to pay for the view).
2. The food is so-so, it has been better, but the hungry did not go, and that's fine. But a three-year-old child didn't have much choice. The staff and the senior in the restaurant or dining room (whoever wants to call it)) are quite well done, the guys clean the tables quickly, the tablecloths are changed quickly.
3. As for communication, here it just bombs with anger, how can you arrive on vacation at an alleged 5 * hotel in the 21st century and the wifi is just terrible, it did not catch, did not work. I liked the hotel. I had a vacation with children aged 7 and 11 in June 2019, for them there are aqua slides, a swimming pool and a mini disco. They were satisfied. The room is cozy, the beds are comfortable, cleaning is done daily. The first line, the beach is sand, convenient entrance to the sea. We walked along the entire coastline- as mentioned above, the truth is that the beaches of the other hotels are more rocky, and the stones are sharp - it hurts even to walk on them. The food is good, varied, you can eat all day long, you won't stay hungry. In the main restaurant, the waiters are working 100%. Well done! Drinks:alcohol -OK, for children-upi((( My daughter drank hot chocolate, stained a couple of T-shirts-it does not wash off. It's a pity for children's stomachs after such drinks! The territory is not large, there is nowhere to go for a walk in the evening, it was "cramped" for me. And for some reason, the opening hours of animation, music, aqua slides and a children's club coincide -2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon. I always had to choose.
