We were with the children in late September and early October 2019. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are not bad, they are cleaned daily. There are no dust collectors, in the form of carpets or carpet.... The hotel staff is very friendly and friendly for the most part. Good animators. The food is decent, but with reservations. Of the fruits, for example, there were only apples, grapes and plums. It's at such and such a time in Turkey. On the way to the hotel, we only passed huge pomegranate gardens, for example, but for some reason they were not in the diet... Meat, just chicken and turkey. Regarding the beach, there are some negative feelings.... No, the sea is good, beautiful, but it's still more thanks to nature than to the hotel. But the beach itself is in some disrepair. Of course, it is cleaned, but very superficially. Of course there are no car tires and mountains of broken glass, but the overall impression is not very good. The road to the beach, often mentioned here, is really quite nice. There is a small playroom for children, a mini disco is held in the evening, ice cream is distributed in the afternoon (quite tasty). But to see the real and unforgettable beauty, I highly recommend going at least once from the hotel to Oludeniz. Here is a place that hardly anyone can dislike! It is great for both adults and children to swim there, especially in the Blue Lagoon.

Positive: 1. Friendly and cultured staff; 2. Good food; 3. Animation for children and adults (with the exception of vulgar contests for Miss hotel and hotel couple); 4. Infrastructure (2 swimming pools, spa, photo studio, mini club, etc.).
Minuses: 1. Bad Internet (no Wi-Fi on the beach, bad signal everywhere except reception); 2. The opening hours of the towel exchange did not coincide with our schedule (we like to spend more time at sea, as a suggestion: it is necessary to put a towel exchange point on the beach); 3. It is necessary to expand the beach (those who love I may not have time to sleep longer on the sun beds). Perhaps this is due to the fact that turtle eggs are laid on the beach by a carriage-carriage and there is no possibility of expanding the beach.
In general, I liked the rest, more thanks to the staff and the animation team. The hotel staff left very good impressions, despite the past experience in other hotels (I was in Turkey 15 years ago). As an indicator, the children liked everything. They miss their vacation.

A good hotel for four people, even with a plus! Nature and the sea made me very happy. Special respect to animator Valera. The food is varied, but only chicken and turkey, as well as fish, are made of meat. I liked the tour of 7 islands, the sea there is azure. If anyone wants to shop in Fethiye, there is only one large shopping center, as well as a village. But in general, I really liked the rest.

A good four. They feed and drink delicious food, animation is present, store sellers are trying to cheat. They don't like rubles. There is no entertainment. Minibuses run to the city regularly. It's the best for children. The entrance to the sea is a large pebble, so it is better for those who are particularly sensitive to take special shoes.

I'll start with a good one. The restaurant is cool. Every day there are meat dishes, beef, chicken and turkey. Fish all the time. And fruits and cakes are standard.
The sea and the beach are clean and tidy. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful place. Discos are held on the beach and do not bother anyone.
Massage, sauna are normal. The receptionist Angela is friendly and kind.
Now the fly in the ointment, the cleaning and room service are terrible. We just didn't want to fight and really rested
In general, the hotel is good, for a family holiday and just for peace.

We stayed at the hotel from 09/16/2018 to 09/28/2018. Pros: the sea, the sea is gorgeous, nature, mountains, everything is green... We arrived in the morning, it is clear check-in after 14.00, changed clothes, breakfast and went to the beach. We came to get the keys to the room. The lobi itself, the leather sofas, everything is fine, everything is well arranged at the reception. A car drove up and took our suitcases and ourselves to the building. We got the building with the number 1311, opposite the pool. In general, everything needs repair, absolutely everything, the windows are wooden, they do not close, the toilet and shower stall, mold everywhere, even the windows were not cleaned by our arrival. The audibility is just awful))) neighbors in the toilet, who is doing what... Cleaning for 1, the floors were not washed, I wiped myself, toilet paper sometimes did not enter at all, towels did not change, they changed when I threw them on the floor, and then towels were not reported. Moreover, they always left tips once, they did not leave a feeling that they just came, looked and left)) There is NO animation!!!! What is adult, what is childish. There is a shortage of sun beds by the pool, we occupied them in the morning when we went to breakfast, the sun beds on the beach are broken, dirty... But there are a lot of fish in the sea and they constantly carried bread and fed them. The food was monotonous, there was enough alcohol.... In the children's pool, the child caught herpes on his face, had to go to the city with ha ointment, and was treated at home. Be careful, there are a lot of wasps, they cause reactions, children's legs swell... Bite allergy is guaranteed. There are a lot of them at the bar on the beach, so do not occupy the sun beds there. That's basically a brief review of this hotel... Thanks for attention...

We were from 25.09 to 02.10.21. First, it's 4 stars. St. Petersburg "Pegasus" sells as 5. Room cleaning for 3. Animation for 3. Meals for 4+. The beach is not cleaned. Local alcohol is an imitation of the original drinks. But, it's fine for a family vacation. Maybe we'll come here again.

These are all beautiful pictures with territory, numbers, just not for Russians. We had a rest in September, two couples settled us outside the hotel. The rooms are miserable, it's scary to go into the bathroom, there are no hooks, the lamps do not work, although there are, only the overhead light works, it's useless to call the staff for repairs, it's not realistic to fix. But there is one plus in the hotel outside the territory, there is a pool in which you can swim at least all night, unlike the hotel's main pool, in which you can swim only up to 19 hr. Massage therapist Sarah is a highly professional specialist. I did a facial and neck massage. She looked 10 years younger. Thank you very much. I really enjoyed visiting the SPA center.

Cons: mosquitoes (!), pick fruits in the restaurant for them and take antipyretic and smart - wash your hands more often, it's difficult to protect children from the local rotavirus Coxsackie, Slavs are trying to deceive and settle in the left rooms even with tips, it's dirty in the spa, rooms are cleaned so-so too with tips, depends on the change of cleaners, alcohol is the cheapest, wasps are around the beach bar.
Pros: the sea is relatively clean, more or less a restaurant, the pools are cleaned regularly and the water is also clean, kayaks and catamarans on the beach, ayran is their local salty kefir in refrigerators in bars and on the beach in general, there are beach towels, public places are clean, show programs are normal, it's really easy to get to Fethiye, though and not close (30 minutes from end to end) - the minibus is right from the entrance to the hotel. Take excursions in the port, there are dozens, if not hundreds of ships. It's cheaper and better there. To take swimming shoes to the islands is unequivocal, there are a lot of sea urchins there. Or better yet, a mask with a snorkel and fins. We saw local huge turtles, stingrays, fish, mainly sea bass and dorads, we saw some kind of local sturgeon, crabs. When you stand on a pebble in the water, free foot peeling by small dorads. Boys without panties into the water carefully, there was a case of a bite on the causal place to the point of blood. The children on the pier feed the numerous fish with tortillas, which grandma bakes right here in the beach bar. The tortillas are normal, the children liked them with greens and sugar. Walk carefully under the pier, the crabs are there, they grab your legs sometimes.

First of all, my advice to you is to book rooms directly, NOT through a travel agency. It will save you nerves. If you manage to get to the reception of this "blessed place" with a coupon, and not with real money, be ready to fight!
First impression: everything is beautiful, clean, cozy, delicious.
In fact: 1) the hotel is NOT the first line, but it is tolerable. To the sea, a 10-minute walk from the reception through a shady forest with a shit stream (sewage system of the hotel after filtration) on the side of the road. There is a smell from it, but you sniff it on the second day:-P.
2) room: the renovation is not the first freshness, but again it is tolerable. Mold, cracks, smudges, holes on window mosquitoes, old plumbing has a place to be, but in moderation. No crime was noticed. The air conditioner and TV worked, there is a dryer on the balcony, a hair dryer with a bare wire was also working;).
3) Beach: sand +pebbles. We draw our own conclusions ;). To be fair, I note: two ladders are made from the pier into the water-it's nice.
The beach is cleaned, the beach bar is fast, clean, wasps;). Toilets, showers, changing rooms are quite decent. Catamarans and kayaks are serviceable and accessible, there is a small queue.
4) pools and slides: normal, relatively clean, also shared in places, but on solid 4.
5) spa: sauna-warm, in the hammam -frozen. We didn't use the rest of the services, I can't estimate it.
6) restaurant: fruits- be sure to wash them yourself, if you don't want the ground to creak on your teeth. For the rest: vegetables and mushrooms are cooked normally, meat is worse, but you will not go hungry, fish is rarely good, salads are edible, porridge / rice / etc.- I do not advise you to take;), soups are edible, but the same every day, desserts are rare, but there was a delicious option.
7) room cleaning: without fanaticism;)-sometimes they "hesitated" to make one of the beds and wiped it symbolically, but the tips were taken regularly every day-).
We drove to Fethiye for two days. Minibuses run regularly and often. The city is small-it's easy to navigate.
One day from the port of the city on a boat in Ostrava with lunch we rode for about 7 hours.The trip is worth it. We managed to get back to dinner.
The second day is a vegetable market (seasonal fruits/ vegetables and dried fruits are worthy of attention) and a fish market (you buy and cook there- had lunch).
Yes! Mosquitoes, but it depends on the building where they will settle! Do not forget the fumigator with you ;).
