One of the best places I've been to. Wonderful instagrammable interior, smart staff, and delicious cuisine. Burger is my top 1 in Astana. Breakfasts are also ice. It is also a place of very high-quality networking, especially for GR specialists.

The level of the restaurant does not correspond to the ritz hotel and the stated prices as much as possible. Tasteless dishes, served like in budget eateries of the Moscow il patio/tanuki level. The service is rustic, they do not understand the basic principles of work, not to mention some hint of premium. They bring cheap dried lasagna, for some reason they apply it with shiny tongs (apparently to make an impression), along the way turning the already unsightly shape of the dish and losing all the pieces along the way :)) They did not learn how to cook asparagus - half of the pods are charred, half are not cleaned. When asked to bring one bottle of beer "with you", they brought an open bottle without asking, and when asked why they opened it, the girl with a sincerely uncomprehending look said "well, so that you would be more comfortable and not have to open it")))
Long service, a lot of fuss. By food: pizza for an amateur, a lot of cheese in the pizza, too much dough, cold coffee. According to the placement: the place is good. Recommendations: to improve the quality of service, in terms of efficiency and at least to see through YouTube how a good pizza Margarita is prepared!

The Mokki restaurant at the Ritz Carlton Astana Hotel. There are luxurious breakfasts for hotel guests. The restaurant is located inside the Talan Gallery, a space for luxury brands. Dinner at the restaurant didn't really impress us. Breakfasts and as a coffee shop are a wonderful place.
The veranda is top. The place is great. The service is at a very high level. The price tag is exorbitant. The food is not bad, but not great. The cocktails are interesting, they met my expectations. Will I come again? Yes, if called, or if there is a reason. Not if you want to go somewhere alone.
The location is gorgeous, there are no complaints about the kitchen, but the staff on the terrace just seems to be working in some kind of stable. Disappointment! The staff still decides a lot.
Everything is insanely delicious, but especially I always buy different types of bread, after gourmet ecstasy in a cafe restaurant. They bake their own bread and rolls and it's perfect! The only drawback is that the price of proseco is off the scale.
The most popular ingredient in the restaurant is pickled onions. Ordered a Greek salad, got something. To the question, what is the answer, this is the vision of our boss. If you like Greek salad, you won't get it there. In our company, we ordered two more different salads, pickled onions everywhere and, as a result, the same taste of vinegar in all three salads 😱
