I've been resting at the Movenpik Hotel in Ras Al Khaimah for three years in a row in August, and every time it becomes a real holiday for me!
The service at the hotel is at the highest level: the staff is always friendly and responsive. They are ready to help with any questions and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Cleanliness in the rooms and on the territory also causes only positive emotions - everything is always cleaned and carefully maintained.
As for the food, the choice of dishes is simply impressive! Every morning starts with a varied breakfast, and the dishes in the restaurants delight with their quality and taste. I always look forward to the opportunity to try something new.
An unusually beautiful beach is another important advantage of this hotel. Clean sand, clear water and the opportunity to relax under the sun make your vacation unforgettable.
I can confidently recommend Movenpik in Ras Al-Khaimah to everyone who is looking for comfort, good service and a great place to relax. There really is everything for a great vacation here!
Bikash is a very good bartender at movenpick hotel well experience and I hope he is best person I never meet in my life very frankly open mind person and I want to say thank you to roby & inam waiter from beach house I love movenpick hotel and all hotel staff ☺️
A/m hotel is very nice and rather new. The staff was polite and always ready to help in any matter. We was found of delicious meal at breakfasts and dinner. But now close to the hotel another hotel is under constructing so at daytime some noise was disturbing. Childs room was perfect with PS4's, many books and games. But prices for extra food, taxis and etc is high as well as in UAE everywhere..
Royal Band, thank you very much for pleasant evenings at your hotel, you are the best!
Lovely hotel, lovely staff! Polite, friendly girls at the reception, thank you very much!
Great family hotel
Positive
+delicious and varied buffet food. Fish, meat, fresh vegetables, fruits, alcoholic beverages - everything is there
+spacious rooms, all with sea views, tea/coffee in the room, towels, bathrobes, washbasins (including hair conditioner and body cream), but no toothpaste (which is strange)
+its own beach area, children's pool, adult pool with music. The entrance is shallow, the sand is velvety. Sun beds and towels are provided free of charge, and there are bars with drinks and ice cream on the beach.
Minuses:
- there is no separate children's area from the adult area on the beach. That is, if you come to empty sun beds to listen to the sound of the surf, then it is highly likely that in an hour or two you will be surrounded by couples with children and you will hear the sea through the screams of children. By the pool, on the edge of the beach, in the center- there is nowhere to hide from children's screams, I would like at least 50m of fenced 18+ space on the beach.
-far from the airport (about 2 hours transfer)
- there are no shopping malls nearby
-view of the construction site, not noisy, but a little confusing
It's a good option for a hotel in the emirates, not the smallest territory, very green, everything is clean, there are a lot of staff, they are very polite, they do everything quickly, the cuisine is quite diverse, they cook deliciously, not a single dish has ever ended, the buffet is always updated. We had a New Year's Eve dinner, a great variety of dishes, including crabs, shrimps, oysters, several types of meat, fish, a huge selection of snacks and fruits with sweets. There are nuances in the all-inclusive system, that you need to pay extra for some things, such as ice cream on the beach, or a minigolf, which is not quite familiar, but not critical. The rooms are new, good, cleaned daily, with high quality. There is a children's room where one to three animators work all the time. There is also a game room with several slot machines, a playstation and several desktops for games.
We really liked the wonderful green area, there is a swimming pool with a bar, several restaurants besides the main one, especially the atmospheric one. Friendly staff, promptly responded to all requests. The food was varied, despite the full utilization of the hotel, there were enough tables and dishes. You can rent a bike and take a little ride along the embankment (by the beginning of the island, there is literally 1 km behind the hotel, then it has not yet been completed). We had a car, so we went to the desert, to Sharjah, Dubai, etc. by ourselves, we didn't get bored in 5 days)). Simply gorgeous Wi-Fi coverage on the premises!! Everywhere! There are few people in the gym, and the selection of exercise equipment is not the most complete, but it is enough for classes.
Minor disadvantages: they make a foam pool for children on the beach, but this foam flies all over the beach because of the wind, it doesn't look very neat, although it is safe.
Delight!
We were with a family, 3 adults and 1 child 2.5 years old. From February 9-16, 2025
The hotel belongs to the 5-star family vacation category.
There is a large swimming pool with warm water and the clearest sea with snow-white sand, plenty of sun beds, plenty of towels!
We lived in room 404 with a view of the beach, a gorgeous view of the bay, with minor disadvantages from 10-17 screeching and children screaming from the pool, but this is fixable if you completely close the door to the balcony))
There is a children's club, a playground, small, but there is a place for kids to climb.
The territory of the hotel is small, but cozy and lots of greenery. Different birds are flying and chirping 🐦
Clean everywhere! The beach, the lobby, and the rooms were cleaned every day!
They don't put all the accessories in the rooms at once, there are no disposable toothbrushes, pastes, shaving machines, ear sticks, but if you ask, they bring everything. Not super, of course, for 5 stars. But there was a welcome fruit basket and macaroni chocolates.
Upon arrival, they give a wellcom Pack to the children, a backpack with a blue panama hat with the inscription Movenpeak, a water pistol and sunglasses. 😎
But! They didn't give it to us until I asked them myself) so keep in mind)
We took the standard room, it has a chic folding sofa, it moves forward and voila, there is a second full bed in the room, with a good mattress!
Water was brought daily, if water was needed, more was brought when the bell rang. The air conditioning in the room is powerful!
Restaurant: the food was varied, there was a lot of national and Indian cuisine, there was beef and lamb meat, fish twice
🐟 and the red fish is salty, just a lot)) you will definitely not be hungry, there is a lot of food!
Nice restaurants on the beach, but expensive!
I liked the service and location of the hotel! We'll be happy to come back 👍👍👍
A chic, modern, elegant hotel.
All the staff are smiling and friendly. The service is at a high level.
The hotel combines Maldivian beaches, the Turkish All-inclusive concept, and Emirati luxury and service.
Creating a real jungle with Maldivian sand in the desert is a very big and difficult task, which you have done very well. We were in the Maldives and we can say for sure that the compliance is 100%.
Regarding the negative reviews:
Everyone who writes negative reviews is either people with incomprehensible requests, or greedy misers. Why compare the All Inclusive hotel in Turkey with a hotel in the UAE?
People who bought the tour with their last money and can't afford a paid cocktail or an ice cream cone for 500 rubles, it's better to stay at home. It's even a shame to write about it. Or you can go to the nearby Hilton by Hampton or Radisson. That's where they pour it in the morning, and it's the category of all these disgruntled people to whom everyone around should bow and distribute black caviar for free.
In any hotel, even with the ULTRA All inclusive concept, there are drinks for extra money, and this is also the right thing to do. 25-year-old whiskey or aged wine should not be served for free, this is a move. We had everything included, but every day we went to the ULA restaurant to drink delicious wine with oysters for an additional fee. If you can't afford to have dinner at an expensive restaurant, it doesn't mean that the restaurant is bad, it means that you simply don't have the money to go there.
People often complain that alcohol is served from 12:00 p.m. So this is a family hotel for families with children. And this is absolutely the right decision by the hotel team, otherwise the drunken comrades would have been walking in the morning.
This is the UAE, a country where alcohol is generally prohibited, if you want to drink around the clock, go to Turkey or Egypt.
These same tourists run to take sun beds with towels in the morning and go to sleep in their room and may not come to the beach at all. Understand already that this is not your private property.
Minor disadvantages: the distance from the airport in Dubai. But you can take a taxi instead of using a group transfer.
The choice of dishes is not very large, but there was enough of everything. A variety of fruits, red fish, beef.
There is no outlet in the bathroom.
But that's if you're too picky.
Perfect cleanliness. Excellent service. Well-maintained territory. A gorgeous big beach with white sand. Friendly and funny animators.
A very cozy hotel for a relaxing stay! Beautiful stylish rooms, a gorgeous beach, friendly staff ... perhaps that's all the advantages! There is no animation at all (no animation), the food is not very diverse (but delicious, you can always find something to eat), the drinks could be more interesting. The buffet bar is only available on request. You are constantly waiting for the waiter to bring you an order, although it is more convenient to take (coffee or tea on your own), but there are no stationary coffee machines. In the evening, there is absolutely nothing to do on the territory of the hotel, boredom. For that kind of money, it doesn't meet the 5-star standard. But if you get a very good discount, then you can.
A wonderful hotel with a gorgeous green area, beautiful views and wonderful service! It is perfect for families with children and adults: there are several locations in the spirit of 18+ with DJs and their own atmosphere, while they are located competently on the territory of the hotel, no one bothers anyone. We had a family vacation with a one-year-old child, everything is fine for children: fine white Maldivian sand, a very smooth entrance to the sea, lots of greenery to hide from the sun in case of heat! The staff is super polite and helpful, but they don't get in your eyes every minute, the service is great! The cuisine is very good, with its own concept, delicious and varied! The rest exceeded all our expectations!
A fairly fresh hotel, with a good territory.
Pros:
1. Relatively new;
2. Its own territory and its own beach;
3. Own large parking lot;
4. Well-fed, fruits, vegetables, pastries.
5. There is an obstacle course at sea for children with slides.
6. Heated pool, which helps when the sea is cold or the wind is cool.
Minuses:
1. There is no iron in the room.
2. They can come to clean at 17.00.
3. Restaurant:
3.1. It is very difficult to find food in the restaurant, but you can screw it up until you find the right side dish.
3.2. Ordering coffee for breakfast and not waiting for it is a common thing.
3.3. You don't have to make a cappuccino yourself, you have to wait in line at the bar.
3.4. The choice of sweets is very limited,
3.5. Only pineapple is ripe from fruits.
3.6. Waiting for an order on the beach is simply not realistic, with an average wait of 40 minutes or 1 hour.
Good, but not great!) Or the most stingy all-inclusive in the history of our travels.
We had a rest with two children from 10.27.24 to 11.7.24
On the plus side: Good modern design of the hotel, no queues at the elevators. A beautiful green well-groomed territory, a wide beach with white sand, you can always find free sun beds. Free air mattresses are available on the beach. A very good kids club. The rooms are clean, bright, and each room has a view of the bay
Cons: A very strange all-inclusive system, especially I did not like the fact that ice cream is free only in the main restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are quite a few free drinks. In general, you can only eat for free in the main restaurant, but unfortunately, it was not always delicious there. There is a rather meager selection of dishes. French fries and nuggets had to be ordered from the waiters, who often forgot to bring the order. There were only a couple of waiters in the restaurant who did their job well.
By the way, if you suddenly want avocado, salmon and eggs Benedict, then they have all this, but you need to order from the waiter)
Opposite the hotel there is a cool promenade with playgrounds, there is a pharmacy in nearby Rixos.
In general, the hotel is good, but there are questions about the all-inclusive system
This is the best place!!! Everything is just great 😻 the staff , the cleanliness , the freshness of the rooms , the view from the room 😍 I recommend taking to the sea there are beautiful sunsets 🌅 the sunrise is usually at the pool ! A separate story with the territory there is green so that you want to photograph every corner. For Dubai, greenery is expensive!
The cleanest beach, everyone washes endlessly every day !
In general, the photos below will tell you everything for themselves! There are a million things for children, even a separate menu! I will definitely come back here 🥹🙏🏻 I recommend it to everyone!!! The coolest thing is that a vacation with children on a separate territory , a vacation for adults without children with a separate pool on a separate one ! 🥰🥰🥰
In general, the hotel is not bad. 5 stars can be given for cleanliness, the beach, the work of the staff, the view from the room.
Transfer - 3
Food - 3 fish is small and everything that is cooked is tasteless, the food is monotonous, it is better not to go to paid restaurants at all, prices are high , and the food is terrible, I have not yet met such cooking.
Comfortable and restful sleep - 2 . The hotel has 90% with children and elderly parents. The music blares loudly until 12 a.m., on Saturday until 1 a.m., and at 6 a.m. the construction site is nearby and the cleaners start vacuuming the pools! I don't understand why discos and music can't be moved to closed rooms after 22.00. 🤷♀️
Cleanliness is very captivating! I have never seen such a clean beach anywhere else. Rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed every day, bed linen every 3 days! Beach towels can be taken in unlimited quantities! The staff is responsive and always responds promptly!
They would like to fix things with the kitchen and silence, it would be perfect!
Great hotel! Beautiful clean rooms, cleaning, service. I really liked the buffet, a lot of vegetarian positions, delicious food. Large comfortable beds, sofa, animation for children, inflatable town on the water, sand and beach are clean, beautiful territory. There are no disadvantages)
There are only three nuances. Keep in mind that there will be some parties on the weekend and loud music will be heard everywhere.
Far from the airport.
And there is a slight aroma of petroleum products in the air, not much)
We were at the hotel for breakfast, we liked the food. The rooms are clean, but not very big. If it's too crowded with a child in a standard room. The hotel is very stylish and green, with a tropical island feel. The beach is nice, unlike other hotels on Marian island. A cool children's room where adults have a lot to have fun. Opposite the hotel there is a promenade and a few eateries. The Ula restaurant, which is on the beach, has Happy hours and alcohol is available at reasonable prices (below Moscow prices). The audience at the hotel is decent, there are a lot of Europeans. There are many families with children.
A great hotel to return to once again! Green area, quiet, 3 swimming pools and a fairly large beach line. New room stock, everything is clean.
Specifically for + and -, then
Positive:
• Attentive and responsive staff
• Delicious and varied food (focused more on Oriental cuisine)
• Free water in the room and throughout the hotel
• Children's club and evening animation
• Clean sea, clean pools
• Lifeguards are cruising near the sea and pools! For 2 people at least
• Clean rooms and regular cleaning
Cons (which, in general, do not affect the rest in any way):
• If you do not have "all inclusive", then most of the entertainment will be paid, even an inflatable slide for children or a foam pool, branded ice cream, etc.
• There is a souvenir shop on site, etc. with a wild surprise, so it's better to buy sunscreens, sneakers, panama hats and the rest in advance.
• The food at the Beach Club restaurant is not very good (but it's delicious)
Otherwise, no complaints. There is also a supermarket on the island, located 15 minutes from the hotel (see the map).
If you choose this hotel for your vacation, you will definitely not regret it! A nice, premium family hotel!
A great place to relax :)
Classic all-inclusive, suitable for visits with children. There is a great kids' club with Russian-speaking animators and interesting programs inside (crab fishing alone is worth it). There is also a room for older children who want to play on a console/computer/slot machine.
The food is adapted to different categories, but don't expect a lot of variety. The staff sometimes copes with the influx of visitors, sometimes not, apparently due to the arrival / departure dates, but there was no criticism of this. There was always enough food :)
There are two points where they cook right in front of you, the waiters offer drinks on tap.
Everything is fine on the territory, too.
The view from the room alone is worth it.
The beach is being cleaned, the entrance to the sea is very smooth and soft (no rocks/shells). There will always be calm. The water is comfortable on the 20th of March, but it can be slightly cool for children in the morning.
You will have to go shopping separately, but if it is completely on fire, then there is a good convenience store with adequate prices ~ 1.5 km from the hotel.
When to rest - the locals advise the beginning of the year. According to them, there is nothing to do here after May :)
Well, knowledge of English is desirable, but not necessary because there is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception.
Excellent hotel, we are here now (19.10.24) , the weather is 35gr, the water in the sea is 28-30 gr. There is a large selection of food, desserts are very tasty, drinks, including alcohol of good quality. The rooms are all with a beautiful view. The pools are cooled😂 the waiters are all friendly, sociable, especially Ahmed)) There is no animation!!! But! There is a playroom for children, with gaming machines, table football, etc., our 5 and 8 years old, can not be pulled out))))for adults there is a disco, hookahs (for a fee). The coastline is wide, long, spacious, there is no crowd. There is an inflatable attraction in the sea (free of charge).On-site golf for children is paid.in general, I like everything, the food was taken all inclusive dine around.
A very good hotel for a family of three children and two adults, the food is very good, the cuisine is very good, the food is very good, the service is very good, I liked the people who work where the reception is, yes, there is a Beck and where and where the children play, the tutors are very good Chess, we liked the exterior of the hotel is very beautiful and the interior is also very It's beautiful, but it pulls 4+.
The downside is that you come and wait two at 03:00 when you get a seat, and when you leave from 4 to 6 o'clock you sit at the reception, that's a big minus at 12 you get evicted and you sit without lunch or dinner until 6 o'clock.
An excellent, relatively new hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly, everyone tries to help with any questions. There is not much variety in food, but if desired, you can always find something to eat. For lunch and dinner, you can ask the waiters for French fries, nuggets and ice cream. The beach is gorgeous, there are a lot of places. Everyone will find entertainment to suit their taste.
Top hotel, coolly decorated for NG, pleasant staff, you can arrange early check-in and late check-out. Very high-quality food, there is red fish, ice cream, etc. Clean beach, a huge number of sun beds. Good rooms, sea view from any room (because it stands on a semi-peninsula). The area is very green. There is a beautiful promenade behind the hotel.
The nearest shop is a 30-minute walk from the hotel
It's a great hotel, the kids like the robot at the entrance) the rooms are cozy, the food is delicious (to be honest, I only eat chicken broth for breakfast)
I really liked the pool with the opportunity to swim outside at night and enjoy the starry sky, the thrill and the spa area with 6 (six) different saunas. A room made of salt blocks, a hammam, a dry bath, then with mosaic chairs, I forgot the name), etc. Very cool)!!! The spa area is the best I've been to)
Overall, 5 stars as stated)
Overall, it's good. But the hotel is a five, and the impressions are on the fourth. The main failure is the children's room. They don't do much with children there, they don't entertain them, they don't come up with activities. Worse, they stupidly turn on the TV.
A strange bathroom arrangement. After a shower, the water remains on the floor for several more hours.
A beach with the purest white sand. But the view is bleak - there is a construction site on one side, and there is also a construction site on the other side of the bay.
Well, and an unpleasant aftertaste from the mincing. If check-in is at 15, and you arrive in the morning, the room can be prepared for you an hour and a half earlier, but breakfast is only at your own expense. It's correct in form, but in fact it's bullying. It is clear that the hotel will not go bankrupt if it immediately offers a snack, but it will make a good impression. Lunch on the day of departure is the same.
The food is decent. Cocktails at the rooftop bar are bullshit, and cocktails at the beach bar are pretty cool.
Surprisingly good gym, better than usual in hotels
The rest in such a hotel is royal. One of the luxury hotels in Russell Jaime, very good service and rooms, equipped with everything you need, floor-to-ceiling Windows, gorgeous panoramic views of the bay.The food is very varied, the cuisine is more oriental, the service staff is very friendly, the beach is sandy, white sand is brought from the Maldives, we were told so...we are very happy with our vacation, we have never regretted it
Feedback:
Well, the pros:
Delicious and varied food,
Not a bad territory (comparing with the neighboring ones), nice clean rooms with a view, multilingual staff, a promenade with a wonderful sunset across the street, a cafe on the roof with an extraordinary view of sunset and dawn.
Minuses:
The Russian-speaking staff works only after 12:00 for a couple of people, provided that 60% of the Russian-speaking guests are in the hotel, there is no possibility of checking in earlier, no matter for money or persuasion, from 8:00 we and 3 other families waited with us for 15:00 check-in…
It's a great hotel. A delicious and varied buffet. The room is clean and cozy. Comfortable orthopedic mattress on the bed. Friendly and courteous staff. There is a lot of greenery on the territory of the hotel, there is a place to walk. A large beach and a clean, beautiful sea. I am happy, I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
Far from the pathos of Dubai, a cozy hotel in a cozy location.
1. The hotel is located on an artificial island and the only disadvantage that cannot be eliminated is the lack of a feeling of the open sea on the beach. The construction site opposite will end sooner or later and will not spoil the view.
2. The territory of the hotel is large, a gorgeous green area, there is a place to walk among palm trees and tropical vegetation.
3. The room was very pleasant, with a view of the Persian Gulf (not the construction site), panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, a large balcony, a huge bathroom, a giant bed with an incredibly comfortable mattress.
4. Beach - white sand, clear turquoise water, comfortable beach equipment, always clean towels, water mattresses and all this for free. Two beach bars, but all inclusive, free of charge in only one. There are two pools, they are shallow and swimming in them will not work, this is a minus when the sea is inaccessible from a storm or cold. We were in February from 11 to 18 and the sea was very cold for the first few days, but the pool did not help.
5. The all-inclusive system - everything is learned in comparison, and perhaps many dishes will not delight a Russian tourist, but in any case, a sufficient variety of dishes will not leave you hungry and most likely you will be satisfied. We didn't have enough sea food, crabs, shrimps, salmon, etc. We didn't see any of this at all. Alcohol - beer of two brands, strong alcohol and wine of one brand of each type, strong alcohol of a brand unknown to me, but the quality pleased me, whiskey could well be compared in taste with 12-year-old JW or Dewar's.
6. Very friendly staff, polite and smiling staff, and it all looks quite sincere)
7. Guided tours - bargain there is always a sightseeing tour of Dubai does not cost $ 100 per person and 80 is a lot, feel free to double the price. In general, haggling in the emirates is possible everywhere and necessary, because fakes of Dubai chocolate for 35 - 60 dihras are too much and even arrogant for local merchants.
In general, the overall impressions are extremely positive and enthusiastic in some places. For tourists waiting for a warm sea in February in the emirates, I recommend the Emirate of Fujairah, this is already the Gulf of Oman, then it is already +4-5 degrees to the water and to the air.
We had a rest with a child. In general, the hotel is not bad, new, modern, the territory is green. The beach is nice. There are no questions about food, everyone will find something to their liking. They definitely wouldn't have come back a second time. Everything seemed to be fine, but on the other hand, it was as if something was missing. We rested for 10 days, 7 days would have been enough, the last 3 days we didn't know what to do anymore. Everything is monotonous. There were a lot of people, maybe it spoiled the impression.
A delightful hotel: a small area but with a very competent layout, impeccable staff, cleanliness, delicious food, a large selection of dishes, a huge cool playroom for children of all ages. The interior of the department is a separate delight! I would love to come back again
We are satisfied with the Hotel, the beach is clean, the water is salty, the staff is friendly and polite, they clean every day, bed linen is changed every two days, the food is varied, clean everywhere both inside and in the surrounding area. We were in early September, it was very, very hot, it is not possible to be outside during the day, especially on the beach, ultraviolet rays are very active. It's probably best to come here from October, I think the heat will subside by this time. There is no shopping mall in the vicinity, you need to take a taxi specifically. The nearest one is 15-20 minutes away by taxi, it will cost 60-70 local Dirhams in one direction, it is about 1500 rubles. I don't see any point in buying here especially from food to take away, since everything is imported, from the local, only dates and then if you find decent ones at a reasonable price. And so it is at your discretion. In a word, I recommend you to come and take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city!
A great hotel for a beach holiday.
Delicious food. Several restaurants and bars. Spacious rooms with stunning views of the Persian Gulf.
A soft white sand and an ideal entrance to the sea. The purest, transparent water. The inhabitants are many different fish, starfish, crabs. The whole area is green. There are palm trees and exotic plants all around. All this beauty is accompanied by unobtrusive background jazz music.
Pools with cooling. One large communal pool and one adult-only in the Ula bar area. Accommodation is possible both in the main buildings and in the villas. Entertainment includes a variety of water sports, billiards, computer games, huge chess and golf. Live music is played in the restaurant in the evenings.
There are questions - for me it's still not a full-fledged 5 stars! New, clean, spacious rooms. Beautiful view of the bay. A very beautiful roof terrace. Nice beach with white sand. It's great that we have divided the zones for children and adults. The bar and restaurant in the adult area are excellent and the quality views are also beautiful.
But the food itself in the general restaurant is kind of strange - perhaps there are not enough Europeans in the management in the serving....and maintenance. When I found out that the manager was from Egypt and a lot of staff from there, it immediately became clear that I remembered a one-on-one vacation in Egypt
A great hotel!!! The beach is extremely beautiful!!! The service is at the highest level - there are smiles, kindness and responsiveness all around!!! Our 10-day vacation is an immersion in grace 😊 Cuisine: a large selection of dishes, special thanks for the fish. We wish health to all the wonderful, well-coordinated team!!!
Good afternoon! I want to tell you about my vacation in Movenpik. We had a rest in June .
Among the advantages: a new beautiful hotel, the staff is polite and friendly. The rooms were cleaned every day and very well. The restaurant is full of food for any capricious stomach, there is something to choose from. For breakfast, lunch and dinner there are always watermelons, pineapples, melon, tangerines, apples, bananas. They often indulged in mussels, squid, several types of fish, beef, chicken, nuggets and much more. Ice cream and chocolate fountain for dinner. Not bad cakes. The children's menu is separately in the designated place. The waiters constantly come up and ask politely what to bring.
The hotel has several game rooms, billiards, table tennis , darts and many other slot machines. A good kindergarten.
The sea is clean, warm, and safe. A trampoline track by the sea is a great idea. Children and adults love this place.
Of the cons
The adult pool turned out to be shallow, about 120-130 cm. Of course, we were upset. We didn't find any more disadvantages.
The shops are a bit far away, only by taxi.
We were told to check in at 14:00, and the hotel said at 15:00, but in fact they checked in at 15:30
Nice hotel, new, fresh and clean . Suitable for families with children. There is a large children's room, there is a Playground. The territory is not large . There is a beach club type swimming pool (without children). There is not enough overhead lighting in the rooms, there is none. Excellent bed linen and mattresses. All rooms have a sea view. Next to the hotel there is a promenade with jogging tracks and food courts. It 's super for a week . It will be boring for longer)
A normal hotel, the food is fine, the service is normal, although there is often a queue at the beach bar, the staff is friendly, I liked the beach, the room is also normal, only with a view of the pool, not the construction site. The breakfasts were good, I didn't really visit the pool, but there are people there, they were clean, and they had a good rest.

IS FINE
We had a great time in this place. I liked almost everything. The hotel is new and beautiful. The staff is polite and attentive, all problems are solved promptly. There are no complaints about the room stock at all, everything is clean and tidy. There is a great children's room for children with a great program for every day. The pool and the entrance to the bay are also for children))) The beach is white sand. The food is not so varied, but you will not stay hungry, the same story with alcohol. The territory is small, but green. If there is an opportunity, I will definitely come back!
The territory is small, but perhaps the greenest on the artificial island of Marjan - the French management company Accor has really invested in the landscape.
(I am confident about the "self", because I have been here in several other hotels before, and the rest were examined from the bay out of curiosity, renting "small-scale mechanization facilities").
The beach with Maldivian (white, very fine and clean) sand is the main advantage of the hotel.
The hotel building and rooms are decorated in Scandinavian style:
There are several 2-storey bungalows with private pools and private access to the beach (2 blocks of 4 "townhouses"), and in the main building there were 1- and 2-room rooms (perhaps there are others - they were not interested).
A 2-room room is quite suitable for comfortable accommodation of a family of 4 people (it is offered for 3, but if desired, you can arrange for the placement of another 1 child).
The rooms are well maintained, the decoration is not tired yet, due to the narrowness of the island, sea view is provided to all guests.
However, it should be borne in mind that on the one hand there is a highway along which trucks scurry to the construction site that does not stop at night (the island continues to be actively built up, and they have another 10 years of work on the front).
The rooms have an expensive paid mini-bar, the price list of which was in a niche on the refrigerator - the children found it only on the 4th day, having already eaten sweets for $ 60 :)
There are problems with the restaurant - for guests from the Russian Federation, the tour operator offers "All Inclusive", HB (half board) or BB (bad/breakfast - for breakfast) programs.
The buffet "at the moment" is a bit poor - we lacked the options offered, and the manager obviously needs to work with the children's menu:
Children are not vegetarians, no matter what the management company and the chef think! (the manager who was invited to our table once claimed that they were recycling it now)
You also need to know that alcoholic beverages are served only on "All Inclusive" from day 12, and the assortment, which includes only a couple of types of cocktails, spirits and 3 colors of dry Spanish wines, clearly lacks the usual and desired by Russian tourists champagne and Aperol Spritz (they are supposedly for those who are on "Ultra All Inclusive").
I was very surprised that the ice cream of the same name is sold on the territory of the hotel!
(the manager said that these are not theirs, but rented points)
However, at lunch/dinner, ice cream is provided free of charge on request (delicious!)
Those who choose HB and BB packages should keep in mind that in addition to 3 restaurants on the territory of the hotel with high prices, they will have nowhere to go in terms of gastronomy:
There is a food court 500 meters from the hotel on Marjan, and one store 1500 m away in the area of the apartment complex adjacent to the Rixos hotel.
Summarizing:
An excellent hotel, suitable for visuals who are not too turned on gastro-alcohol issues.
But there are questions for management :)
And I also remembered: it's better to live in the southern building, because Rove apartments are being built from the northern side, there is already a finishing stage, but nevertheless, sometimes a tractor works at night on landscaping and construction of a swimming pool, which will annoy with incessant beeping.
