The last time, the husband of this lady, with the words, we will no longer serve you, pointed me at the door , accusing me of fraud. The reason for the conflict is the return of the product under warranty. I started to get interested in the details (I didn't want to leave there,, a thief,, and,, a scammer,,), then this inadequate lady started yelling at me, and even at you. In general, do not carry the goods there under warranty, the owners do not like it!!!
An excellent store, we consulted on all boilers available in my price range, everything was done at the highest level.
Plus, I always take household electrical supplies (light bulbs, sockets, extension cords, and so on) from this store. I couldn't find spotlights in the city, but they were warm in the Light, so I recommend it.
For many years, the whole family, neighbors and even friends have been using the store. A decent assortment, without defects, at good prices and by very competent people.
Sometimes, out of curiosity, we go to the center for comparison, but there is always something out of stock, then the assortment is meager, then cosmic prices, etc. ...

I have a very negative opinion about this store. The seller, in addition to being unable to advise on boiler models and their maintenance, turned out to be a liar and a boor. My questions about the boiler warranty and service caused her annoyance. As a result of our dialogue, I was told: "For all gas boilers (regardless of their class and cost), the warranty is provided for 1 year (complete nonsense) . The first start is carried out by the store itself and the store gives a guarantee." To the question of which service service will service the boiler, the answer was received - "Shop". The questions of whether the store will perform annual maintenance, repair of the boiler (if the store gives a guarantee) or replace the boiler in case of its breakdown, for how long the warranty will be extended - the answers have not been received. My questions caused the seller a storm of negative emotions. The dialogue ended with the fact that (according to her conclusion) I am not a buyer. To the question "Who is it?" - "I don't know. Come from here." After such a "reception" in the store, for me, the "Light Heat Store" at the address Lugansk, Zhukov quarter, 2 does not exist. And I do not advise everyone to visit this "shop". There is one negative and sediment from communication from such sales consultants. It's a good thing I didn't buy anything at that store! And what would happen if you bought and the product turned out to be defective?
