Since the end of February, Magnum has intentionally withheld funds from wholesale customers for 16 days in case of incomplete delivery of goods from pre-paid online wholesale purchases!
For about 20 of my requests, the support department responds in a template and closes applications, changing the status to “the issue has been resolved”, while no specific actions have ever been taken.
For example: "Your money should be returned within 3-5 days. If the amount is still not unblocked after this time, make a second appeal." And in fact, it's been the 16th day since the money is still in the block! And this is the second case in a row!
4 days ago, I made another bulk order, and again, only half of the goods were delivered to me, and I'm sure I'll have to wait half a month for the difference to be returned to the card, again for the third time in a row!
My bank Zhusan, through which I always paid for purchases from them, explained that Magnum must provide a financial document within 15 days stating the need for a refund to the buyer. In case of failure to provide such a document after 15-16 days, the bank automatically withdraws the amount from the block itself and returns it to the card.
For my repeated requests since last week, my bank has never received any refund documents from Magnum fin! The support service creates an activity, asking you to send them screenshots of statements with blocked transactions — and that's it. They just close the appeals. And since yesterday, they have simply stopped registering new requests from me on the same issues. Orders No. 1743842, No. 1754327 and No. 1784577.
Requests to make it possible to pay by card through a POS terminal upon receipt of the goods are, in fact, also ignored.
Apparently, this is a new way for Magnum to pocket money from the interest of wholesale buyers. Keep in mind.
We kindly ask you to solve the problem with weighing the goods. More precisely, with cookies, waffles, etc. Previously, I took them with prices, but now it is very inconvenient to have to do it myself. Then the scales do not work, then the receipt does not knock out correctly, then the product code is out of place. Older people can't figure out how to do it. You ask the seller to do it, they come up with such a face as if he had already shown me how to do it twenty times, and I'm not a mortal, I won't remember how to do it.
