As a result, a guy, an employee of Magnum, came up and asked to explain what had happened.I explained, and he listened.In total, they did what I asked, everything was issued as a refund and re-punched, I bought one item before the missing one Today, my patience just ran out, because this is the third time this has happened to me in this store, and they always try to make me look like a fool who does not understand what he is doing.
