The poppy itself is very ordinary, although the food is delicious, but the poppy cafe, which is located there, was pleased. Firstly, delicious and relatively cheap desserts. Secondly, a very nice saleswoman. She does a great job, knows how to approach people and is basically very kind. All cafe employees need to look up to her.

Everything looks and is done well, but since I only came here for the hamburgers, my assessment mostly depends on them. And they're all just some kind of mediocre here (by the way, here they call me muffins). And the average ones are because, firstly, they are expensive (5.10 rubles), secondly, they do not look like a hamburger, but like some kind of sandwich (the bun looks like a piece of dough). I can't say anything unusual about the taste, it's just delicious. I personally do not recommend taking/ordering burgers here.
Bottom line: I do not recommend buying burgers.

I took a snack box, the wings turned out to be sharp (it seems to me that we need to warn about this in advance, we do not eat spicy, the unpleasant sediment remained). The burger fell apart as soon as I picked it up. An unpleasant moment. A nice bonus was the coffee shop at the entrance, but after ordering 2 different coffees, we then guessed where whose was. The apple puff was not impressed, but the cheesecake was delicious. The time to prepare everything is very fast, despite the huge number of people.

The place is obviously overrated, already in the name, it's not a restaurant, it's some kind of eatery, not only is there never anywhere to sit, but if you do, it's crowded and resentful, the service is terrible, the scoreboard lights up that the order is ready, you wait, you ask where the order is, the employees look at you and only they nod, as a result, after the supposedly finished order, you wait another 15 minutes. For the price, it's not worth it, a family of three, having a little snack (three hamburgers, two fries, two coffees and sauce) spent 50 and a half rubles, it's easier to cross the road and eat in Ledo, at least calmly and without fuss. The food here is not bad, I take it more than once, but as for the employees, it just amazes me, after waiting for an order for more than 15 minutes, and an order for less than 20 rubles, when I approached the employee, I asked, excuse me, please, where is my order, if the person took the order before, although it was later by the number, for sure, and his order was bigger, to which I heard rudely in my direction that "wait" on this I simply have no words why employees treat customers like this.....

Everything is OK, just replace the burger rolls, please: they are very dry, as if they are not very fresh. I thought this was a feature all over Belarus, but in Gomel everything is great with rolls, I have never seen such dry ones in Russia either.

Very long service time! They click order readiness when the order is not ready yet, because of this, there is a large crowd of people near the pick-up table. We also made a takeaway order and didn't report the food, we saw it already at home. I am attaching a photo of what was and what is in the receipt - there are not enough large potatoes in a rustic way.

The quality of service is terrible. My order 74 was waiting for more than 15 minutes, although the order included a burger, potatoes and 2 ice creams . I was just too lazy to get ice cream. Nostalgia for McDonald's. Everything is as it is there.
It is very conveniently located - next to the metro.
The room itself is clean, but relatively. It is not a very large hall, there are few places outside. There are a lot of visitors, but orders are issued quickly.

Ten minutes pass, there is no order. At the same time, it seems that the flow is minimal. The boy at the counter blinks his eyes, says that the order is being prepared, and it will be soon. And only after 14 minutes from registration, at 07.52 the order is ready. For a moment, there are not a hundred positions, but one. One roll. Which, in the practical absence of a flow or a large number of orders, took 14 minutes to prepare.
I could understand the "heat" or something else, but it's not clear to me. I planned to give a poppy.I'm getting my last chance, and it was probably him.

Apparently there are no managers on the site. Since your order is hanging on the screens as ready-made, and then you're still waiting for it for a long time. Nonsense.
