At the checkout, the girl Vika will always advise me which yummy dish I should choose, she serves me very quickly, gives me warm French fries, we always have lunch there very tasty. I ordered medium fries and a macburger with ME! Not only did I wait for my order for 20 minutes, well, I understand everything in this regard, I work in catering as a chef, but they gave me my order on the spot.. I politely asked them to pack it with me, to which they gave me a craft bag and said "YOU NEED TO KNOCK IT OUT WITH YOU, PACK IT YOURSELF", the customer orientation is off the scale.. Hihi!

Location of the fast food cafe Mac.The buy is very convenient - the building of the former "Stolichny" between the Central Department Store and the Philharmonic Hall. The stop is Yakub Kolas Square. Clean and spacious room, lots of seats, friendly staff and very fast service (see photo). There is a terminal for self-ordering. There are also fresh burgers with different fillings, and cocktails, and drinks, and coffee with tea, and desserts, and WiFi ... The toilets are normal, but dirty in the evening, it would not hurt to fasten bag hooks in the booths. Of course, the prices could be lower, but so far it is tolerable... The view from the window is beautiful... Thanks!

I don't know what has changed, but many Poppies around the city, including this one, have started cooking sooooo well. That's right 9/10 compared to the original establishment. It's nice! We have been to different points of this network and have not seen such a thing yet. First of all, about the food - the cutlets were fried in disgusting oil, there was a burning taste in my mouth. In the kitchen, cutlets, French fries, and burger buns were scattered on the floor. The order was waited for 15 minutes, although it arrived 25 minutes before closing time. But what I saw in the hall shocked me. The whole hall was dirty, someone's napkins were lying on the tables, bags, trays, etc. were lying on the floor. All the trash cans were overflowing with garbage. Cola was spilled on tables, chairs, and the floor. The toilet was dirty, there was no soap, no towels either.

Many customers had the same situation, many just left, and I demanded a refund, and lo and behold, the order was given in 2 minutes)

We ordered three sandwiches, potatoes and a couple of pies to take away. It's just a horror, with an empty hall, the waiting time for the order was 25 minutes. After checking the order, it turned out that the sandwiches were cold, and we did not count the potatoes at all. We haven't been to Mac for a very long time and finally decided to go. We rarely go there at all, so such a service was even more insulting.
We ordered large French fries, large rustic potatoes, ice cream, cocktail, pie and cheese sauce for potatoes. I had all this with me, because the weather was hot, I wanted to eat outside.
We received the order (we waited a long time, although there were few people). It's our fault that we didn't check the order on the spot, but ran to eat right away.
We came to the benches (they went through the underpass from the poppy, respectively, did not go long).
Opening an order:
- The cocktail has melted altogether
- French fries are half a box and it's all absolutely soft, it's impossible to eat. I threw it away after eating a couple of pieces.
- there is no cheese sauce
- the potatoes are rustic cold
- the pie is cold
Thanks for the ice cream, it was the only one of good quality. One star is just for him.
We didn't go for the sauce and change the order just because we didn't want to go and spoil our mood even more with explanations.
But the sediment is so offensive. The evening is absolutely ruined.
Of course, we won't come to this mac anymore.

I put 4/5 due to the fact that during the New Year holidays, when there were many visitors, none of the staff watched (or specially removed) absolutely all the numbers at the kiosks to bring to the table. There was a crowd near the main cash register and distribution and it was extremely inconvenient to go there to get an order, especially from the second floor.

Most of the employees are young guys and honestly, it was the first time they greeted me so warmly and for the first time they made and brought my order so quickly. I want to express my deep gratitude to the girl Polina, who kindly (and with a smile on her face) agreed to redo my drink without ice (although I forgot to specify that I wanted without ice). And also, respect to the waiter Alina for bringing my order in JUST 4 minutes and wishing me "bon appetit". Well done, if I had my way, I would write out a bonus for everyone.
