In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Egypt. A huge green area, a gorgeous water park and excellent food. All issues with the number were resolved promptly, as the network values its reputation. A sandy sloping entrance to the water, which is very important, there is also a place for snorkeling, there are many fish on the shore. The sea is 7 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by shuttle (bus every 30 minutes). In the evening, you can easily get to the old town, 15 minutes on foot or $ 2 and 5 minutes by taxi.I recommend it to everyone

To select a tour to Dubai, we contacted the Grodno office of the company. Anna, the manager, worked with us. She patiently sent us suggestions and eventually we got to the luxury Delta Hotel on Marina Mall. The room is huge, comfortable for 4 people. Clean, comfortable. Cleaning, change of towels daily. The food is excellent. A large selection of dishes for every taste. Additionally, a children's table. A pool with cool water. The beach is five minutes away. When going to the beach, you can take an umbrella, towels, and water for free. It's hot, of course, but it was worth it. We had a rest in Dubai at the Marina View Hotel Apartments. This is not the first time I have contacted Make Trevel company (Grodno) for the selection of a tour, in particular, manager Daria Iodchik. I would like to note Daria's professionalism, sensitivity and customer orientation. All my wishes were heard and the "expectation/reality" completely coincided. Full support and communication with the manager 24/7 if necessary (taking into account my forgetfulness, this is important). We were very pleased with the chic location of the hotel, located in the very center of Dubai Marina, within walking distance to JBR beach. Next to the hotel is the Dubai Marina Mall, which has everything you need. There is also a metro station nearby. The hotel had excellent breakfasts, it was delicious and varied. There is a swimming pool on site. The room is quite spacious, clean, tidy, with daily room cleaning. I will contact the company of professionals in my field "Make Trevel" and further. I would like to thank the Make travel travel agency (this is not the first time I have applied), and in particular, the consultant Alina, who promptly planned our vacation, because there was little time before the vacation, about a week. We chose Abu Dhabi, Ramaba Abu Dhabi corniche 4* and do not regret it at all :) The hotel is modern, clean, tidy. There is a swimming pool, which was visited in the morning. Delicious breakfasts, there was enough of everything. The staff is friendly and courteous. The room was cleaned every day, towels were also changed daily.
The location of the hotel couldn't be better! Near the Corniche embankment, the market, four shopping centers within walking distance. And in addition: there were many different excursions!!!
The most important thing is that the vacation took place!
I can't stop thanking Alina, who has always been interested in us and has always been in touch. There are more such sensitive and responsive specialists!

The flights were from Ural Airlines. They didn't feed me during the flights, but my ears didn't hurt at all.
We were vacationing in Kemer in the Anita Kemer Noch department. This is a 3-4 star hotel. We had a lot of requirements for the price range and departures were supposed to be only on weekends, so finding a good suitable hotel was not an easy task :)
On vacation we met friends, they all wanted to go to our hotel, but did not have time to take seats))
The sea is warm, the food is delicious, the rooms are very good, they were cleaned often, the air conditioning worked better than in all my previous 5 trips :)
Plus, there is a direct exit to the city center.
Of the disadvantages that other tourists can find: there is no animation (only about half a week in the evenings music / disco), it takes 7 minutes to walk to the sea and gozlime cakes are given only once a week((
But this personally did not feel like a disadvantage to us. They cook really delicious, I even asked myself a couple of recipes))
We also went rafting ($25 per person) and mira kekova ($ 30 per person). They didn't take it from the guide, really. I liked both trips, everything was very well organized.
In general, thanks to the company very much for this vacation and for finding and offering us this particular hotel!

What I want to say about our hotel - PALMA DI SHARM 4, the rooms are clean, cleaned daily, the food is delicious, the staff is wonderful, the view in the hotel is amazing, the hotel is for a relaxing family holiday. Egypt was chosen for this year's vacation. It takes 6 hours to fly, the sea is warm. It took 20 minutes to get to the hotel.
White Hills Resort 5* opened in November 2022. The hotel has 371 rooms of different categories - de luxe, rooms with Jacuzzi (both inside the room and outdoors), suites with direct access to their own pool and sea views, for guests of the Royal Club category there is a restaurant. There are seven pools in total, one of them is 16+, five are heated in winter and a pool for kids. A new "Premium all Inclusive 24 hours" catering concept is available throughout the hotel, with locally produced and imported premium drinks, A la carte: Asian, Egyptian and Mediterranean, restaurants with Thai and Indian cuisine. There is a gym, a spa, and a diving center.

The bed is comfortable, the linen is clean, the tap water is running smoothly, the room was cleaned when we were not there, the mini bar was replenished.

We flew to Turkey, the Eldar resort 4+ hotel. Very nice view from the room, attentive staff, unobtrusive and very pleasant and funny animators, a lot of food, the pool is very cool!! But the most gorgeous thing is the sea!!! Clean water because of the stone beach, but the stones practically did not cause discomfort. And what are the views in the area!!!!! Hello. We had a vacation with a friend in December in Sharjah at the Golden Sands Hotel. I'll tell you about the hotel right away. You've made a big mistake!!!
You are not 24/7, not even 12/7…
We always called you on weekdays, the manager did not raise, there were questions about payments in banks, you did not pick up the phone again, they said that you were on vacation, and we, like suckers, did not know who to contact for information.
They even wrote to Bogdan, the owner of the company, he replied immediately, said that he would change the manager, give the main manager. He gave it to us, and when we needed it, she also flew on vacation…
When we arrived, our friends were given a room not with a sea view, as agreed and paid for, but an ordinary room with a view of the flowers!!!
We are not conflicted people by ourselves, and this is my first bad review in my life, just how can I be so indifferent to work!????
That's what surprises me!!!
And now for all the time there was again a question about departures, we again did not pick up the phone.
It's sad that it turns out this way, but we won't fly through your travel agency…

We had a rest in Turkey (Alanya) at the Asrin Beach Hotel. The territory of the hotel is small.
Beach.
The beach is a 2-minute walk along an underground passage.
The beach is sandy, there are enough sun beds. The entrance to the sea is sand and small pebbles. The sea was calm without waves. There is a bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks on the beach, and burgers, vegetables and fruits are also offered from 11 to 16 o'clock.
Hotel. As for the hotel itself, the rooms, to put it mildly, are tired, there is cleaning, but, one can say, there is none, because the sand always remains in the shower after cleaning, the towel is changed only upon request (just leaving it on the floor does not help).
Food. There was enough of it, no one would be hungry. In the evening, fish, shish kebab, chicken, lamb, shawarma are cooked on the grill. The only thing in the evening at the bar was to stand in a huge queue for drinks, which was terribly annoying.
What conclusion can be drawn if someone is traveling for the first time and for the sake of the sea and does not plan to spend time in rooms, then the hotel will suit you, and if this is not your first vacation in Turkey in 4* or 5* hotels and there is something to compare, then it is better to pay extra and look for something better.

Dear clients of this travel agency, I want to warn you about the unprofessionalism of the agency staff.
Managers ignore all my requests and questions, do not get in touch, do not supervise you, but on the contrary there is no desire to communicate with you..
They do not have information about changing the departure time , misinformation about the rooms, incorrectly make up applications , as a result , we paid extra at the office for a sea view , but in fact it was not even indicated that we wanted such a room ( we had to actually pay another $ 400 .
There is the same problem with departure .. He has completely changed in terms of time and transfer , and the manager has zero reaction , does not even pick up the phone and does not want to decide anything…
Young specialists, with frightened eyes and a trembling voice, communicate with you.
During the rest, they didn't even ask if we had arrived and if everything was fine with us.
I don't want to contact them anymore..

Before writing my review about the Make Travel agency, I ran through the previous ones.... I can't say anything bad. On the contrary, Agent Violetta from Brest helped us choose a tour, taking into account all requests. I was in touch almost 24/7. We worked online, because we live in another city.
We had a rest in Sharm El Sheikh. In general, the holidays were long ago. The beach and access to the sea were more important to us. The Red Sea is beautiful. The hotel itself is also great (Ivy Cyrene Sharm) +14. Quiet harbor 🙂, without children. I would like to diversify the cuisine a little. But they weren't hungry. There were no queues either. When we arrived, the hotel was half empty. The staff is friendly.
They even brought a cake to the room - a compliment from the hotel in honor of her husband's birthday. However, the next day, after I asked the girl who approaches the visitors and is interested in their opinions and wishes about the work of the hotel.
We arrived out of season, so there was no animation. But it didn't spoil our rest. Caught moving before leaving.
I thank the agency for my vacation.

We were very worried, because the reviews about the hotel were dubious, they say "they don't clean, it's dirty everywhere, boring, fun only for children, etc."

There was not only the usual alcohol on the bar, but the blue lagoon, sex on the beach, Baileys. It's just delicious

Very funny workers, always agitating to participate
The sea is warm, it takes about 7 minutes to walk from the hotel
