Good afternoon. Previously, we used the services of this travel agency 2 times, everything was fine. In February 2022, we booked a tour to Turkey for the beginning of July, paid 30 percent of the cost. In April, for personal reasons, they decided to cancel the trip, in May a statement was written to the travel agency. Albina Lisovskaya was our tour operator. They promised that they would return the money any minute now. After a month, nothing is heard. We contacted ourselves all the time- we took into account the answer that the tour operator through which we booked went bankrupt and I will return the money through the court.But the obligations are assumed by the travel agency maktrevel, through which we booked the tour, otherwise why does it exist? We haven't been able to get our money out for 8 months now. And, oh, finally the travel agency contacted us and told us to come on February 8, 2023 for the money (they said they would refund half the amount now and half in a week). My husband showed up at the specified time, and was sent home with the words that our tour operator Albina Lisovskaya had left, we will not refund the money today. My husband called the accountant, and the answer was that I no longer work as an accountant, and the other accountant also left. It's just a game and disrespectful to their customers. At least I could have called and warned you! Well, we will go to court, the application has already been written by a lawyer. I do not recommend this company to anyone, although I did not have any questions about it before. I warned all my friends not to contact them. The treatment is terrible, there is no respect for your customers, they are simply not interested in you when you deposited the money. This means that you will have to spend your time and nerves, but since this travel agency works like this, then we will solve cases through the court. This company should not exist in Belarus!

I do not recommend this organization "MakeTravel" to anyone. They try to cheat at every step. You need to re-read all payments for them (all the time something is added, the rate increases on the go). They overestimate the price of tours, according to them, they allegedly give you a discount, in fact, the tour from other operators is lower in cost without discounts.
If the tour is suddenly canceled due to the fault of the tour operator, then you will be charged by any means a tour service in the amount of 150 cu. ie. when booking a tour, whether you fly or not, you are already losing money. No one will provide you with supporting documents for the amount withheld. The same situation is with bus tours. If the tour is cancelled, then you will be refunded only part of the money. The girl managers are not components in any question. The number guide is not in the contracts or on the website. You can only connect with them if you have personal access to them. But it is not a fact that swamis will communicate.
Be vigilant if you still want to book a tour with this organization.

The travel agency has a strange approach. Not only did two different managers have different prices for the same tour. Then it turned out that one gave the price for a full package tour, and the other only for flights and accommodation (without PCR insurance and other surcharges). When asked if they would give a discount, the answer was received that they would give a discount for the next round. Well, okay for the next one, so for the next one. So I have their 5% Gold Card, but I decided not to "shine" it before signing the contract and put them in front of the fact when they tell me the final cost. Because I was sure that they would start to cheat. And so it was))). Of course, I did not go to their office, but after three days of correspondence and hotel selection, I was already told that the discount was supposedly included in the price they gave. Funny))). At first, the discount was given only for the next one here, but then everything was abruptly calculated and the price was already discounted)). It feels like they want to heat you up to the fullest. By the way, we took exactly the same tour on the same day of departure for 100 euros cheaper from others. I wanted to be a regular tourist, but with this approach to business, I'd rather go to others. Maybe I was unlucky with the manager who picked up the tour for me.

I contacted this desk 2 times and had problems 2 times. The 1st time they messed up with the documents, which caused big problems. And the 2nd time is generally Achtung! They lured us with a discount on the tour, a couple of days later they called and said that the tour would cost 80 euros more! I had to agree, because they impose huge penalties in the contract. They also cheated on the installment plan, promised 10 percent at first, the rest of the amount 2 weeks before departure. The rest was planned spontaneously and Svetlana quickly helped us navigate, because we wanted it well and not too expensive. We stayed in Sharm el Sheikh, the hotel was selected very well, it corresponds to its price category. We were worried that it would be cool because we went in early March, but the hotel was located in the warmest bay and therefore we were very lucky with the weather! The food was excellent and oddly enough alcohol)

As a tour sales agent, Maktravel has forever lost the trust of numerous tourists by trying to make money even on failed, canceled tours by the operator. In our case, the Interlux operator who prepared the tour, upon its cancellation due to the pandemic, returned the entire amount to the MainTravel account in good faith in due time, despite the obvious advantage over MainTravel of the work done on the organization of the tour, as well as the refund of funds from the host party and from the airline.
It all started with the fact that we, with the tour we selected from the Interlux tour operator, contacted the office of Make Travel in Grodno just to make payment for the tour and get all the documents in our hands. And so, when everything was ready, including visas, our tour was canceled due to the pandemic. After some time, we were offered to reschedule the tour for the fall without any additional charges. Another option was offered to refund the money paid in full according to the amount of the checks. We chose the first option. However, in the autumn our tour was canceled again, the tour operator could not set a new date, and therefore this time we were convinced that it was better to return the money. The question of whether the entire amount would be refunded was answered positively, as it had always been the case before. However, further disappointments followed... Instead of the promised three weeks, we had to wait about two months for the money. And, of course, there was a "surprise". Just think about it: we were "charged $150 for consulting services and tour selection." A tour that didn't happen twice in the end! How could you pick that up like that?! You can imagine how they overworked themselves, poor things, to sell a ready-made tour! They probably think that the tour operator, who returned the entire amount to their account, did nothing at all. Despite the fact that we traveled with MeikTrevel several times and were satisfied with the services provided before this situation, even though their prices were overpriced, this situation negated our good opinion of them. If you book a tour to Maktrevel, read the contract carefully, or better yet, look for another agency where prices are lower, the attitude is more conscientious, and the services are at a decent level, certainly not below this. If possible, order directly from the operator. Do not let MakeTravel earn money from scratch, which, most likely, is not so easy for you.

We were vacationing in Egypt.
The flight and transfer were convenient and comfortable. Everything was fine.
The only downside was that we waited a long time to check in, but the room turned out to be quite decent, for which there were no complaints.
The IL MERCATO hotel itself was very nice.
I really liked the Lost Land tour.
We visited the desert, drank tea with the Bedouins, walked through the canyons of all shades of red and had a laugh with the magnificent guide Ahmedushka - it was just fantastic!!!
A lot of positive emotions, I didn't want to go home. We tried a lot of products. And a yacht trip with a view of four countries is a fascinating sight!!!!
Diving is just fantastic!!!
It was very beautiful underwater, although at first it was a little scary.
Sea shrimp, crayfish and so on🤤🤤🤤
All in all, it was the best trip of my life!!!! The hotel that Ekaterina picked up for us was very cool, every day the animators arranged an interesting performance)))
The food and drinks were very tasty!
The room was cleaned well. Nude, because the whole vacation was just wonderful!!!

Many thanks to Make travel for such a warm attitude towards its customers. She answered all our questions, worried about the flight and whether we liked everything. We flew to Egypt, to Sharm el-Sheikh. We were a little unlucky with the weather, but on the whole we were satisfied. The tables were full of food, drinks were for every taste and age, the hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. If there are problems and questions, you should contact the reception immediately. We had the Il Mercato Hotel. The bus went to the beach every hour in 10 minutes. You can take a taxi to the Old Town, but it's better to walk 20-25 minutes. All magnets and other souvenirs can be bought near the hotel at the mini-market or in the same Old Town, while you can and SHOULD bargain. To girls who are traveling with a girlfriend or with their mother, I say right away that you will not be left without attention. The locals are very generous with compliments))The hotel also has animators who arrange shows every evening, and during the day they conduct exercises, aqua aerobics and yoga. Thanks again😊

I had a vacation with Make Travel in Italy! I really liked everything, manager Katerina chose the super Baltic 3* hotel for me, besides, this hotel was offered to me at a promotional price at the time of purchase, which could not but please. The hotel has solid advantages, it is located across the street from the sea, swimming and jogging always helped to wake up in the morning, the food at the hotel is good, I took breakfast, but often also had dinner and lunch on site, the staff is friendly. The main criterion of my trip to the country was to see it in full, but at the same time to have a good rest, so I was advised to resort Rimini, explaining that from there you can easily get to all the major cities of the country - this is really the case. Katerina advised local guides who offer the best prices at the resort (checked!).
