I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!
The worst hotel I've been to in 10 years of active travel. During the 4 nights I spent at the hotel, the hot water worked for only 1 day (room 403). Only once did I manage to take a shower, as I managed to get hot water early in the morning. There was never any hot water in the sink. It sounds crazy, like I was on vacation somewhere in Africa...But no, it was practically the center of Istanbul.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!

To all my requests to resolve this issue, the employees only pretended that they were doing something, promised to resolve the issue before 12, at 12 they said that everything would be fine by lunch, in the evening they said that everything would be ok by tomorrow morning, but they did not solve the problem. In the end, they offered to change the room, but I no longer saw the point, since I only had 1 night left in this disgusting hotel. Upon check-in, there was garbage from previous guests, the walls of the hotel seemed to be made of paper, you will hear every rustle, every word of your neighbors. The door from the so-called terrace does not close completely, because of this, condensation forms, which flows exactly under the door, because of this, the threshold under the door is covered in mold.

Dust in the ceiling of the chandelier, crookedly hastily pasted floor numbers, almost all the dishes that I came across at breakfast were broken, with chips, a lot of problems, I tried to highlight only those that I managed to take pictures of. I would close my eyes to everything if there was at least hot WATER. But it was not from the word at all. And if it were some kind of hostel on the outskirts of Zimbabwe, I would understand...but it was all in a hotel almost in the center of Istanbul. Wildness, horror, don't set foot in this hotel anymore, I will avoid it with all my might. The vacation was 100% ruined.

The hotel is just terrible! We rested here from 26.07 to 28.07. Not only was we put in a room without a window, although the economy was not booked. But that's not the worst part. We were robbed of $300 in this hotel. When we came back from breakfast, we did not count 300 dollars in our wallet. Moreover, they took only large banknotes (100 and 50 each), and left the small ones in place, apparently so that the theft would not immediately catch the eye. The reception staff, led by the manager, laughed in our face. Having picked up the CCTV footage from the corridor, we found that the time there did not coincide at all with the real one. In addition, in places, instead of the actual recording, just a picture of an empty corridor was clearly inserted. As a result, of course, no one returned the money to us. The room itself also left much to be desired. The situation is squalid, there has been no repair for a long time. The water from the shower pours anywhere but you. The towels are stained. Breakfasts also leave much to be desired. In general, the rest was just ruined! Never come to this hotel and do not recommend it to anyone!!!
