Great place!!! A cozy room, the room has everything you need. The room has a mini zone for evening gatherings. There are more zones at the bottom, for a large company. There is a private dining room, the food is not bad. The territory is clean, well-groomed, lots of flowers, fruit trees, a mini pond with holes. The room and the entire area are clean. The entrance is via intercom, which is very important for vacationers. The prices are reasonable, considering that the sea is only a 5-minute walk away. The administrator is polite, promptly solves all issues. There is a transfer to Sochi, railway and air. I had a great rest and I recommend it to you.

In my opinion, the hotel is the best in Gagra, the staff is very sincere, they help with everything, with delivery from the border and back, advise and help with choosing the place of excursions and a guide, in short, they will tell and show everything at home. The apartments are very clean, spacious and cozy, with beautiful views of the sea and mountains from the window. There is no need to go to the sea, just went out and put a sunbed on the sea. The hotel for its money for Abkhazia is generally normal, the rooms are small, the location is quite convenient, there is a good dining room on the ground floor, only the Internet in the rooms does not catch at all.The staff is friendly: Nazira, Andrey, Vasily and Svetlana are in the dining room, but there is also such an employee-Galina. I don't understand how she works there at all, I've come across her in reviews, but I thought it wasn't that bad.No, that's right, you see, my children interfered with her, but drunk men absolutely did not)). She walks around the territory like a cerberus, apparently she does not understand that we came to relax as a family, and not to be brought up, as in the USSR. It is a pity that one person spoils the impression of a good hotel so much.

A good hotel. The price-quality ratio is good. The hotel is for someone to spend the night and to leave things. You will not get aesthetic pleasure from staying in the room. There are several shops nearby, its own dining room, but I didn't eat there, because there was a dining room five minutes away, where the prices are lower, the portions are bigger and delicious. The sea is a 10-minute walk away. The embankment, the amusement park- everything is there) the electricity was turned off a couple of times, the water immediately disappeared, so if you move in there, have a couple of bottles of water in stock: to wash and for the toilet

I'm coming, not for the first time.
Abkhazia, I really like the picturesque city of Gagra, takes its nature and beauty. I checked into the Marco Club Hotel. I stopped by with the children, I was afraid that it was not the season, but I was lucky with the weather. The hotel is very clean.the staff is friendly.
Galia liked it very much, she will explain everything and, if possible, show and conduct it.
She is rather on the side of visitors, she will advise not an expensive cafe or store. She is always delicate and attentive. If you forgot something, then Galia will give her for temporary use and free of charge, I would like to have more such friendly people.

A great hotel.
We had a vacation with a child in June, we liked everything. It's close to the sea, the neighbors are not noisy, or the sound insulation is good)
The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, wardrobe, toilet, shower and two beds.
One thing is, there is no kitchen to cook your own food, but there is a dining room with quite tasty food.
In general, we have not seen everything in Abkhazia yet, so we will most likely return)

In terms of price-quality ratio, the guest house is for four. I probably remove one star for my choice because I prefer a more private and relaxing holiday. For lovers of neighborhood gatherings under the window, it is quite suitable. In terms of everyday life, everything is good: refrigerator, kettle, air conditioning, balcony. The Internet is disgusting both in roaming and Wi-Fi. There is a dining room, for the first time. Then I recommend finding something else. In principle, everything is not bad, at the end of the rest, the noisy street was annoying, but this is in novaya Gagra, especially the first line. This street is the most practical, it is not so noisy and the sea is 5 minutes away. Parking along the fence for 3 cars, the first 4 days had to be put at the neighbors for a fee. No matter how hard they tried, they still caught the intestines, I think it comes from the canteens. Having traveled all over Abkhazia in 13 days, I came to the conclusion that I prefer rest in boarding houses in Pitsunda with a closed territory, a cleaner sea and 3 meals a day.

A great hotel, not on the first line, which is a huge plus. Beautiful view on the balcony, we had a room on the third floor - with a view of the famous Mamzyshka mountain. The rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly.
I definitely recommend it, shops, cafes, the embankment are all close enough.

I had a rest in October, there were few residents => the hotel is quiet.
The location is convenient - 5 minutes walk to the beach, you can also walk to the market. The room has a refrigerator, kettle and microwave on the floor.
Each room has a table on the balcony, the views are gorgeous, the plants in the yard are beautiful, the pools with goldfish are wonderful - the water murmurs, relax.
There is a small nuance: they don't really clean the rooms,, running quickly,,, they can even say "oh, they didn't have time to reach you, I'll give you the bed linen, change it yourself" they never came to wash the floors, they don't notice the cobwebs at all.

We had a rest from July 15 to July 24. A nice mini-hotel, a beautiful garden, two small lakes with fish, the names of the plants are signed. The room has everything you need, except a hair dryer. There is a table with chairs near each room, you can relax and breathe the mountain air. Friendly staff, special thanks to the administrator Nazira, you can always ask any question, as well as book a tour. There is a dining room on the ground floor, the food is homemade and delicious. It is a 5-minute walk to the sea, within walking distance of shops, cafes, pharmacies.

We arrived in July on the 11th-15th. We are engaged in recreation and tourism. To put it mildly, I was ashamed of such a hotel in front of the customers.
The air conditioners are dirty with mold, the water is yellow from the tap and the persistent smell of sewage accompanied the whole vacation. The TV is running 2 channels with interference, so it's unbearable to watch.
And the refrigerator didn't work in one room either.
To my claim that the air conditioner barely blows and smells of mold, the employee said that it was still clean, turned around and left.
The shared balcony has never been swept even in 4 days. And the cherry on the cake is that Wi-Fi catches only from the street outside the door! And there is roaming in Abkhazia..

I rested from April 25th to May 1st. The weather was great! The hotel is located on a quiet street, the sea is close, there are canteens and cafes nearby. There is the same canteen on site, but it has not worked yet on my dates. The hotel staff is good. I would like to express special gratitude to the administrator Galia. He finds an approach to vacationers, and we are all different, each with his own character. Treats with understanding (in rainy weather, she gave her umbrella, raincoats, so that they would not get wet). The rooms are clean, warm, and cozy. The rest was a success.

My love! Everything is great! It's a little tight with a child, of course, the two of us would be normal! It is not far from the sea, but not the first line, as indicated on the website. The dining room is normal, but we ate elsewhere, although the Abkhazians do not cook very well everywhere. The cook and her husband are very good people!

The entrance to the room is from a shared balcony. Each room has its own table and 2 chairs on the balcony. There is a kettle on each floor. There is an ironing board and an iron on the second floor. Clothes dryers on each floor
Very beautiful territory, all the trees are signed, 2 ponds with fish and lilies.
On the ground floor there is a dining room, open from 8 to 18. Prices are like everywhere else, not cheap, but not expensive either. The food is normal. The child appreciated the local borscht (similar to our pickle) and millet porridge.
The location is great. Almost direct access to the sea, close to shops and cafes.

She is attentive, helpful, and always asks if Checho is needed. But then the administrator Galina stood up for the watch. How can you tell the guests: tired, I can't wait to move out? And the room is paid in advance for a month! She doesn't like children! He is engaged in extortion. The room costs 1000, but she charges 1250, 100 for washing, 150 for ordering a transfer (she came to demand her share on the eve of departure, joke!), for every hour after the check-out 100, etc. And everything in her pocket. She watches the guests when they use the microwave and blames it, and ignored the drunken orgy that lasted three days well after midnight, although we all asked to stop the outrage. When there is a need for help, you will not find it during the day with fire, but when you need to take money, it is right there! Personally, she didn't hurt me, but watching her behavior from the side was disgusting. I hope the owners will see the review and take action.
