We had a rest in early November. We moved to Marina Charm from Charmillion club aqua park 5*. The food in the Marina is a cut above. The food is very tasty and there is a very large assortment of fruits. There is only one minus - wine only for money (rum cola and other spirits are included).
We were lucky because the hotel upgraded our room category to Deluxe for free. We are usually not unassuming to the rooms, because we only come there to sleep, but thank the hotel very much for such a gift - the view from the room is beautiful.
The staff is great! It's rare. Absolutely everything!
The beach is normal. There is a good wifi on the beach.
There are a lot of shops near the hotel, including a fixed price and a bus stop.
Of the disadvantages, perhaps, I can only highlight the unrepaired corridors and the lack of corals (like the rest of the Naama hotels).
During the vacation, we managed to live in 5 different hotels and we can say with confidence that Marina Charm is quite a worthy choice.

Hello everyone. They were at the end of March 2023. The location of the hotel is good. Calmly, there is a rare movement of cars. The central shopping areas are a five-minute walk away. I liked the rooms (there is something to compare them with). Everything is working, though not new. The food is good! It seemed that it tasted better than in the individual fives of Turkey. I would put 4+ for the service. The staff is mostly polite, but there are some "offended" hotel staff. There are only a few of them. There were always places on the beach (this is when the hotel is almost fully loaded). The rooms are cleaned every day. The territory is not large, but it is sufficient. Three pools. In general, for some reason I really liked my vacation in Marina Charm. I would have come back again. For a complete "picture", I advise you to watch a video review of the hotel. It's really cool there!!! I highly recommend it!

The hotel clearly does not pull for 4* . There is something to compare it with. In Alanya, for example, a 4* star hotel was just "wow". The rooms here are very old. The bathroom is just in terrible condition. I am attaching a photo)) I will not put a deuce just because of the buffet: the choice of dishes is simply huge. We went on an all-inclusive basis. The alcohol at the bar is terrible. Rum is cheap, the juices are diluted. There is no wine. Only vodka, beer and rum. Fresh is fruit syrup and water. Room cleaning for three. Upon entering the room, we asked to clean the room again, because even the mirrors were dirty. The smell in the bathroom was terrible, musty. We didn't like the room at all, and we asked to be overpowered. In response, we were offered a room after renovation, but with an additional payment of $ 30 per day. Considering that we went for 12 nights, it was somehow not cheap at all, and we refused. Just a minute! We have already paid for the 4* hotel using the "everything is great" system. Why should we pay an additional $360 for normal conditions? It means the fault of the travel agency that they do not warn that the photo when buying vouchers does not correspond to reality, and that in fact we still have to pay money so as not to look at mold in the bathroom, and stripped mirrors

Hello everyone We are currently staying at the hotel. We are absolutely delighted , the sea of food is delicious and varied , the sea is as close as possible in two minutes , the beach is wonderful , and the animation is generally on the level . Cleaning is carried out EVERY day, the rooms are clean , towels are changed every day , shampoos, soap. There are no questions even

Good afternoon! A few days ago, my sister and I returned to Moscow after a rest at the Marina Charm hotel in complete delight! I liked absolutely everything: a wonderful deluxe room, excellent cleanliness and order, an amazing buffet that has never been repeated for 7 days, wonderful animators who did not let us be lazy for a minute...and of course, well-groomed and comfortable beaches. The staff is friendly and respectful. Everything in this hotel is aimed at the most comfortable accommodation for tourists. Whenever possible, I will definitely come back to this hotel for a vacation. Only one not very significant remark: the Internet is not very good and is provided free of charge only for the first two days.

We visited this hotel with my wife on vacation, the hotel clearly does not pull 4 stars, a maximum of 3 and that is because it is located by the sea. The rooms are very tired, perhaps we came across one, namely: the condition of the sanitary unit - the bottom of the door is simply rotten from moisture and time, however, the hotel found a way out, just a piece of plywood was nailed at the bottom (a disgrace); the eyeliners to the sink rotted and water drips from them onto the floor leaving rusty stains already ingrained; the right night lamp is apparently it was broken, repaired by gluing and would have held (photos are attached). Let's continue with the cleaning - the cleaning ends at the stage of making the bed, replacing towels and cleaning the urn, the cleaner does not do anything else (although they left tips every day), when checking in, there is just a layer of dust everywhere on the furniture, the bathroom is dirty, the tile is covered with a plaque that will already be washed. About nutrition: there are no complaints here, the food is delicious and varied, we have definitely never been hungry. As a recommendation, of course, I would like the management to put the rooms in order, there was a case during our stay at the hotel, on the ground floor, where the rooms overlook the garden, a woman who lived in one of the rooms turned out to have bedbugs, but the room was replaced quickly and without questions. Evening animation, but what about the word at all, everything is the same, an artist who sings songs in different languages, sings so disgustingly that I want to give money to shut up. At the end of the performances, the only entertainment is a disco in the nearby Kalimera hotel, and here a drum roll is a pleasure for those living in Marina Charm will cost $ 15 per person for one disco!

I was vacationing at the hotel at the end of November 2022. I am delighted with everything. The staff is clean and tidy. The hotel is clean everywhere, the reception is shiny, the rooms are cleaned, you can walk barefoot, not a speck of dust, not a speck. The kitchen is good, the choice is large, everything is always laid out. Pizza, pasta is awesome. The child was delighted, there were even chips. I especially liked the seafood soup. There was no restriction in anything. Alcohol was poured in bars into large plastic glasses, in one hand, as many as you can carry, even five. The beer is good. The only downside was there was no wine. The beach is nearby, sandy, corals are present, but not much. But there are more than enough fish, even a huge moray eel has been seen. I was completely satisfied with the hotel, everything is within walking distance, cleanliness, the staff is polite. I will definitely return to this hotel.

Then the respite is conditional, at 21:00 in front of all the rooms of the main building hotel, the same torture of low frequencies at increased volume begins until 23:00, with the difference that techno changes to a different set of tracks. But the most hellish hell is the Calimera disco, which punches low techno frequencies from 22:00 to 03:00 within a radius of 500 meters, sounding the whole neighborhood to the stomachs, and the Marina Sharm and Lido hotels to the ringing of glasses. Nothing will save you, earplugs are useless, you, along with the bed and all objects in the infra-low frequencies, shudder until everything stops. Moreover, this very Calimera disco belongs to and is located on the same territory as Marina Sharm, and is served by employees with Marina Sharm badges.
The funny thing is that in Marina Sharm, "vacationers", but rather "sufferers" are 90% pensioners, families with children, and young people here can be counted on their fingers. It looks like this: you have arrived, the money has been paid, you are not going anywhere, the fact that you are 1,000 people does not mean anything, we will squeeze another drop of money out of 20-40 people at night. The administration does not respond to complaints in any way, from the word at all. You won't find a room where you can sleep at night. The only difference is that in the Royal Club you will literally be carried out of bed, and in the main building you simply will not sleep.

I would not recommend this hotel for the following reasons:
1. Discos. 3 nights without sleep, even earplugs did not save
2. Alcohol is terrible!
3. A la carte restaurants suck
4. Food. It seems to be a lot, but all of the same taste

The room is more or less decent +20€ or 30$
If you go on excursions, maybe it will go. We were there for a week, we didn't plan to leave, for this hotel, it was just torture, not a vacation.

A nice, cozy hotel. The good location of the hotel is next to the Naama Bay walking area on the first coastline. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Nice sandy entrance to the sea. There are enough sun beds for everyone. Of the disadvantages, I want to note that the restrictive line of buoys is very close to the shore. The depth to the buoys is very small, and they are not allowed to swim behind the buoys because of the boats, they are constantly whistling. For those who love and know how to swim well, this is a problem. But we still swam behind the buoys despite the ban, so we were satisfied :) The food in the restaurant is average, but you will not stay hungry, there is always something to choose. On my birthday, during my stay at the hotel, a cake was brought to my room and congratulated, it was very pleasant. We were given a room on the third floor. The room is very nice, cozy with a side view of the sea. For that, special thanks to the receptionist. The cleaning in the room was good, we gave the cleaner a dollar every two days for this. But one day we forgot to give the cleaner a bucket, so he took offense at us for this and unscrewed all the screws from the toilet seat. It's funny and sad that in a 4* hotel, a cleaner can afford to do this, as if we personally hired him to work and he arranges single pickets for us because we don't pay him on time. About the INTERNET, it is stated that it is free in the hotel, but this is not entirely true. Upon arrival, you are given a free card with a 4 GB WiFi password for a week. After you exhaust it, the Internet is blocked. New Internet access will be paid for hotel guests, $ 1 per 1 day. To do this, you need to contact the reception. The animation is not bad. But some animators, or rather the animator girl, sometimes behaves very unceremoniously with hotel guests. She came up, kicked the sunbed, and said; do you need a special invitation, get up and go to Aqua aerobics. I think that such behavior of the staff towards the hotel guests is unacceptable.

We stopped by this hotel today, and the impressions are, to put it mildly, controversial. At first glance, everything seemed very decent, but then, before checking in, I wanted to refund the money for the tour. To begin with, everything in the lobby is hung with certificates such as "The best 4* hotel 2022/2023" — it is unclear by what criteria this assessment is based, because the hotel does not pull at all on its 4*.
We arrived around 9 a.m. — it turned out that check-in was strictly after 14. The bracelets said they would be given out at 10, you can have breakfast at 11 at the bar. Okay, we waited an hour, left our things, went to the beach, it turned out that we needed a towel card, which we were not given, although the employee himself said "go to the beach for a swim." With Wi-Fi, the situation is simply amazing — 4 GB. for a day, then for a fee (albeit symbolic) — really, in 2023, a 4* hotel cannot conduct a normal Internet connection? After all these covidae, people go on vacation, including working remotely. It's good that at least it catches almost the entire territory, and not just in the lobby, as it seemed from the reviews. Breakfast is not included on the day of arrival, so they offered brunch at the beach bar — it turned out that these were sandwiches from two pieces of bread with one slice of turkey, seriously? The rolls are disassembled quite quickly, the stock is not replenished. Who managed it, as they say. After 14 we checked into the room — we offered a standard or, for an additional fee, an improved one. The standard one is a tiny room in which, apart from a large bed, nothing else fits, the furniture and plumbing are all shabby. The room with an additional fee looks better in terms of the interior, but the condition of the furniture and plumbing is the same — the faucet in the bathroom is hanging out, there are some stains on the headboard of the bed ... but there is a balcony and a "sea view" (although in fact the view is more on the road and parking in front of the hotel). So far, we've only had lunch from the food — well, it's fine. Lots of salads, little meat. They cook a good pizza. The sea is quite warm (I think because it is shallow), even warmer than outside (in December) - it will be quite good to swim with children. The beach is clean, they constantly go to clean the garbage. The pools are claimed to be heated, but in fact the water is icy. In summary, the hotel was not impressed. Let's see what happens during the rest, maybe I'll add a review, but now I don't want to return to this hotel anymore. Last year we were in a nearby hotel, on the other side of the bay, also 4* — now comparing, we understand that we liked it much more, although the rooms are also not new and not the cleanest. But there is a large territory, and the pools are normally heated, and there is a choice of brunch at the bar — sandwiches, pizza, etc., there was no need to pay extra for a normal room and there was free Wi-Fi throughout.

Access to the sea from 7 am to 17-30 +-, I have never swam in the pool since they are small and work until you can swim in the sea, then they are closed (it is not clear for what reason). They feed normally, but there are a lot of specific dishes. Fish is not always there, but beef and chicken have always been. The rooms are small with low ceilings, a bathroom of 2 square or less. The hotel is clean and generally pleasant, but there were a lot of mosquitoes, they bite imperceptibly during the evening animation. I ordered a bouquet of flowers through the staff, they were delivered on time, but the quality was sad, so it's better to avoid this)

The territory of the hotel itself is small, music is turned on in the evening, the windows are already ringing, it's good that not all night, but until 22.30. We were out of season, but there were queues everywhere. I can't imagine what's going on there in the summer. For lunch and dinner there were mutton, beef, chicken, fish, seafood, various soups. There are plenty of sweets, the ice cream is delicious. There is no breakfast - scrambled eggs from 1 egg in 1 hand, oatmeal similar to barley, boiled egg, Egyptian sausages, croissants. Drink jupi juice, alcohol rum, brandy, vodka, and wine for a fee. The beach bar also has all the drinks, in the afternoon you can have a snack with a sausage roll. In the evening we went shopping, there is a Fixed price nearby, fruits are cheaper there than at merchants. There is a poppy, a restaurant and a cafe. If the price is up to 70 for two, I will go. But there is no more expensive - it is not worth the money.

And now we haven't even been warned that all the pools are being renovated - the territory is completely fenced off, including the pool bar and the cafe on the beach. They've been fighting since the morning. The tour operator did not say anything, although the construction is in full swing. And there will be about 2 more months. There is no animation at all. Neither for children nor for adults. The hotel is a real melancholy. I can only mention the delicious food! However, in the main restaurant everything was delicious and not spicy! Fruits are a strain, but meat, fish, pastries, vegetables are on the level! Well done in this regard!

My sister and I were at this hotel in early February. Our impressions cannot be expressed in words. The atmosphere is very cozy and light. At the reception, the friendly Ahmed met the receptionist, explained everything, had questions, approached him, speaks Russian very well, felt very comfortable. There were performances and dances in the evenings. In the afternoon, there was aerobics, dancing, stretching. Well done guys! The kitchen is clean! In the room too. I am very happy with the hotel! But there is a fixed price and a bunch of shops nearby. There is no animation, we watched the same show 2-3 times... all day and the same hackneyed playlist. August is not our time. Some Arabs, Armenians, etc. They behave disgustingly, pushing, shoving, yelling, there is no queue for something for them at all. On the 4th day, I got tired and returned to the queue with gestures, otherwise you can stand all lunch. Pigs are everywhere, steers, glasses. From Children, this is generally a separate conversation…

There is a reef that seems to be dead, but the fish are beautiful-there is something to see.
