It is fully consistent with its 4 stars. A very pleasant hotel, with a small but beautiful territory. There is a private beach across the boardwalk, the beach is clean, it is monitored from outsiders as well. The food is delicious, of course there is no abundance, as in 5*, but maybe for the best, you do not bring extra kg))) there is enough meat and fish, chicken, fruit desserts, in general you will not stay hungry. For the first time in Marmaris and for the first time in the 18+ hotel, I really liked this hotel, beautiful territory, large pool, despite the small territory, it is warm and cozy. The staff is really ready to help with all issues, there are Russian speakers. The rooms are a bit old, there was a crack on the mirror..an old refrigerator, water leaks in the toilet periodically.. but in general, this did not spoil the impression. The view was on the sea)

This year we were at the hotel for the second time. I really like it. Near the sea, clean, the food is delicious. Friendly staff.
If you want a room with a sea view, be sure to book such a room initially, because you will not be able to get it by paying for a room with a view of the surrounding area without additional payment.
The rooms are standard, cleaning is regular, the bed is very soft and comfortable and there are a lot of pillows, which is very pleasing.
This year in October, the hotel was loaded to capacity, but there were always places on the beach.
A green area with sun loungers next to the pool.
Delicious cocktails are made by the guys at the bar on the street. Of the beer and wine in the hotel restaurant, I can recommend only rose wine.
There is a beautiful promenade next to the hotel, it is wonderful to walk in the afternoon and evenings.
Every evening there is an animation. This year, well done.

A cool hotel with a declared level. The hotel is clean and very atmospheric.
Nutrition: Mediterranean cuisine. Grilled dishes for dinner. There are often fish: Sea bass, Dorado and Salmon. There are also a lot of delicious things for meat lovers.
Room cleaning is weak: just changing towels and taking out the trash.
The hotel is designed for an audience of 16+, so the animation is all evening: These are go-go dances, song performers and folk dances.
On alcohol: all cocktails are based on vodka, but they taste good, you can drink.
The hotel has a lot of foreign tourists, as well as in Icmeler in general. They are mostly British. But everything is on its own wave, no one is touching anyone, everything is positive, everyone has come to rest.
Many people write that Russians are settled with a view of the wall, but I cannot agree with this. We had a room with a view of the sea and the pool.
Tip: take dollars and rubles in cash, they can be exchanged at any exchanger.

Marti La Perla is a beautiful hotel with a small territory and good rooms. The rooms are a little small, but clean, well equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The rooms have a nice design and clean bathrooms. However, our shower broke down twice, the master was called. The breakfasts and lunches were not very varied, although the food was delicious and fresh. The reception service was professional and friendly, which improved the experience of staying at the hotel. What can't be said about the hotel guide!
The hotel is located in a quiet area and has a beautiful view of the sea. There is a water games desk next to your beach, which may be of interest to water sports enthusiasts, but be prepared for high prices! The hotel has outdoor pools, the area is clean and beautifully decorated. Animation is there for anyone who needs it. Free Wi-Fi is available almost throughout the territory, which is a big plus, but the connection speed may not be very high. Excursions were taken at the local Insu agency, it can be found if you walk along the embankment to the monument to the fish, after it turn deep into the village and after 50 meters there will be this agency. We rested in Icmeler for 2 days. It's a great vacation.
There are no disadvantages. If you remember, 5 stars will be bad for you. We were determined to be positive. The food is great, there is a person at breakfast who will cook you an omelet with special additives or scrambled eggs. The staff also stands at dinner and cooks in front of you. Also, from 14:00 to 15:00, ice cream is distributed, and there is a barbecue time, you can order a burger or an izgara jacket with salad.
Alcohol is good, whatever you want, you want beer, you want wine, sparkling, vodka, raki, whiskey, rum, they also make cool cocktails. Special thanks to the senior bartender ENES. I made the most delicious cocktails, author's ones. There is also a private beach, you can also go there with cocktails and drinks, special beach towels are provided. Wonderful music is playing every evening. And the program from the animators.
The hotel is cool, for 4 people it is not inferior to 5 people. The rooms are a bit old. But in general, the rest was cool. There are few Russians, mostly Turks and British. And one of the important criteria of 16+ was there were no children.

We chose a hotel for a long time, we stopped at this because 16+ and I really like Icmeler himself. The hotel itself is not bad, good location, private beach, animation every day. But one huge minus is the attitude of the staff, the Russians are served at the bar last, the British and the locals come first, you can stand for a long time and pretend not to see ... not to hear, etc.... The food is monotonous... in the snack bar, the attitude of the staff also leaves much to be desired ... The manager smiles and pretends that he does not understand Russian. The air conditioner makes terrible noise, personally I sleep badly, the room is small, cleaning for 3.

We stayed at this hotel last year, we liked everything. Ichmeler himself, also liked the embankment, there is a place to walk. 20 min. by minibus or by sea by boat and you are in Marmaris. And this year we chose the same hotel. Well, over the year, the changes only got worse, as it turned out, the hotel manager, the manager, was replaced. Who can only ask "how are you", in fact, not solving anything, at least for Russian-speaking vacationers. There are a lot of local vacationers in the hotel. For them, the hotel staff solves all issues, quickly, lightning fast, I would say, and they are always right and the rules are immediately rewritten for them. We go on vacation mainly in the summer because of the sea. In my opinion, this is a big problem! There was no such thing last year! There are not enough places on the beach when the hotel is fully loaded. The hotel's beach is not public!!! Cleaning is not carried out from the word at all. Well, maybe around 9:00 the garbage will be emptied and that's it. Garbage, cigarette butts, sun beds are dirty from 6 a.m., trash cans are full, and most importantly, there are packs of dogs on the beach that are fighting among themselves. Some of them are sore, they go into the sea, just come and lie down at best under the sunbed on which you are lying, or maybe on the sunbed right on the towel, despite the fact that I am next to the next sunbed and chasing the dog is not an option, it does not leave or moves nearby!The beach staff does not take any measures. Moreover, when the manager was told about it, he said it was not a problem. But when the Turks came to the beach and they did not have enough space, then yes I saw the problem, but the Turks did not have enough space for them on the first line and it does not matter that it is already occupied by other vacationers, no, they just took and removed their personal belongings and lay down in their place. Because they just wanted to get a sunbed on the first line and it's not wet that it's busy! The rules were rewritten in five minutes.
I did not hear that after arriving at the sea and paying for my stay, I will be able to get to the sea no earlier than eight in the morning!!!! Have lunch, have breakfast one at a time or risk being left without things or without a sunbed. He says we'll chain up the entrance and we won't let anyone in before eight. As if that would add seats. Well, then, dear manager, mark the rules on the hotel's website. And don't forget to indicate that you prefer local vacationers. Then a lot of vacationers will come to you with such conditions. Also, write down your stay on the beach, in the dining room, in the toilet, which you still need to reach because there is no beach, etc. Or run to the Turks yourself, take up places while they sleep until lunch, and then come to the beach. Why should other vacationers suffer because of them!!!! Think about how to increase the beach area so that there is enough space for everyone. It has long been possible to do as in other hotels, awnings are made from the sun, and not umbrellas under which 2 sun beds are placed. The food is fine in principle, the choice of meat dishes has become smaller, but you will not stay hungry. In the dining room, dear manager, tell the staff to wash the windows!!!! Don't you see everything in streaks, streaks. The dishes are always unwashed, several times there were dirty dishes on the tables at the beginning of lunch or dinner! But you're not up to it!I do not recommend this hotel, but it is a pity that the location is good, the hotel itself is basically the same, the sea is super.

The hotel is located on the first line by the sea. The hotel has a small territory, but everything is very thought out to the smallest detail, beautiful design. The hotel has great animation, the food in the hotel is good, there is meat, chicken, fish, grilled, vegetables, soups. Fruits, sweets. I always came 10-15 minutes before closing time and there was always food. During the day there are burgers, waffles with chocolate and fruits, ice cream with an assortment of lemon, chocolate, vanilla, strawberries, caramel. The hotel has a different show program every evening, live music plays during the day at certain times: piano, flute. The hotel has books, chess, lotto, backgammon, billiards, table tennis. You can also play darts, practice zumba. The hotel rooms are good, I had 307 with a great view of the sea.
There was only one problem when checking in - the shower room was clogged, but this was fixed within 15 minutes, the hotel has a technician Uzgur who speaks a little Russian. The beach at the hotel is cool, clean, sand and the entrance to the sea is also sand, other hotels on the coastline have sand with small pebbles.
It is better in Icmeler than in Marmaris, there are not so many people and everything is not so built up, you can get to Marmaris in 30 minutes (250lir) by water or 15 minutes by minibus (15lir). In Icmeler, there is a canal near the hotel where boats are located, it looks very beautiful. There are many different cafes and restaurants, shops, markets near the hotel. I recommend the hotel from the bottom of my heart. Probably for many years of travel, this hotel has become the best as it is located in a convenient location, there is everything you need near the hotel. I advise you to go to Tikki bar, there is always live music and professional singers come. And of course the most important thing depends on the mood of the person. The location is great, the territory of the hotel is cozy, a large nice swimming pool, green lawns with sun beds. The beach is right at the exit of the hotel, through the promenade. The 16+ hotel is just a fairy tale! The sea, nature-it's something incredible. We rested for 7 nights from 07/25/2023.
A big minus is room cleaning, which is not available))) but if you ask at the reception, they will come to you)) put the laundry that needs to be changed on the toilet. We were not picky and did not find fault that we did not change anything in a week and only took out the trash once. And yes, the furniture and room repairs are tired. But we had a view of the city, this is an economical option. Perhaps there will be a different service in the rooms of a different category.
What I want to say is that we want to return, since all the other advantages cover the lack of cleaning. I can say that the hotel itself is quite stylish, the public areas are tidy and clean.
We had a Pegasus tour operator and I highly recommend that everyone purchase a tour of the Aegean Islands from Pegasus (managers come to the hotel lobby at 9 a.m., sell excursions) . We had a great rest, swam in the open sea in incredibly beautiful bays, took wonderful photos and videos, we were fed lunch, and drinks, including alcohol, were unlimited. Additionally, we ordered king prawns, try it for sure!! Dorado was also offered, quite large. The guides are Russian-speaking. In general, be sure to go there, you will not regret it!))

Vacationed with my husband at the end of August 2023. Of the advantages-definitely this location. The sea is 1 minute away, the promenade too. The beach is clean, there is enough space for everyone, the entrance to the water is excellent. The staff is friendly, does not climb on trifles, there is a Russian-speaking (receptionist at the reception and a girl at the bar). Animation is not much, not intrusive. Food was enough for me, my husband was not enough.) In general, it is clean and cozy, only the hotel is very, very old and this is certainly visible in everything.
Of the minuses-the price!!! For a ticket for two weeks, we paid 320 thousand for two (with a flight from S-Pb). Last year, on the same dates, there were 220 in a higher class hotel (Elite World-it is located nearby). The second huge minus is that a third of the rooms overlook the wasteland. All Russians are settled exclusively there. We were not spared either. Although we weren't going to be in the room much, but the view from the window was depressing, besides, it seemed to me that it was smaller than the one we eventually settled in.)I had to pay extra (this is another 320 euros). In general, summing up-the hotel is normal, but it definitely isn't worth the money.

The contingent of the hotel is Russians, Turks, Poles, Germans. There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception and in the restaurant. In the evening, guests are entertained by invited artists - ensembles, dancers, circus performers. Piano and flute are played in the lobby during the day. The atmosphere in the hotel is calm and cozy. The room stock is good. There is no mold, furniture and tiles are not broken. The rooms are cleaned every day. Sometimes you need to ask for room cleaning. Sand is everywhere.
When we were there, we felt problems with the air conditioner. We slept in a stuffy place.

We were here in October of the 24th year. Somewhat contradictory impressions. One of the advantages is a small hotel, excellent territory, lots of greenery, a very large lobby with lots of sofas and armchairs. Two pools, the water in them was cold cotton wool, despite the sun. Normal food, there is a lot of it, but let's be honest, Turkish cuisine leaves much to be desired.
The staff is good in the restaurant, many speak Russian, come for the season from the republics of the former Union. The sea is across the boardwalk, just a few steps away. The beach itself is narrow, full of sun beds, reminiscent of the resorts of the Krasnodar Territory in peak season. The sand is dirty and gray.
Another disadvantage is that the rooms are tired, the mattresses are very hard. Cleaning for three, towels are not washed, with stains. There are clouds of prehistoric dust under the beds. And the most important minus is music, very loud music, sometimes until one o'clock in the morning, periodically from three sides, all this merges into a crazy cocophony when you want to sleep with an open balcony, and not breathe air from an ancient air conditioner.
The result is the second time for nothing.

We have one of the best rooms, the air conditioning is working, but you can't sleep with it, it's very noisy. The bed linen is clean, the pillows/mattress are comfortable. The food is fresh and cooked deliciously. For some reason, there are no local sweets and seasonal fruits. And the disadvantages are very poor cleaning, dirty dishes. People who write that the area is small and the food is monotonous - have not been to Marmaris in 3*SERIN. That's where all the poop is. I had to move out of 3* to Marti la perla in the middle of my vacation. This is heaven and earth. The place is secluded, there are mountains nearby, but after the fire in 2024, half of the mountains burned out and the view is not very good. The beach is small, but there is enough space for us. The main thing is that the beach is private.Towels are provided. They were settled ahead of time. The room is free, compared to Serin, where there was not even room to open the suitcase. The air conditioner, yes, works noisily, but the main thing is that it works and how. In terms of nutrition, again in comparison with 3*, everything is 5*-6*. From fruits watermelons, apples kr and zel, oranges constantly. Plums, cherries, melons are delicious. Sweets are a mess, which I overeat to the point of nausea, some cakes, buns (I didn't eat them, I leaned on the mess). The fish is constantly grilled mackerel, stewed salmon, boiled trout, baked cod, sprat without a ridge in vinegar. Turkey in different interpretations. The omelet is made with those products that you show. Potatoes in different types, rice, pasta, bulgur. Different soups that have never been tasted. There are a lot of drinks - beer, champagne, dry white and red. The pool bars will make any cocktail with ice. It is also true that the Russians are the first. There are a lot of Englishmen. So everything is in comparison. We got into the palace after the "poop". True, there is not enough fuss and shops in Marmaris, but this is also unacceptable. 6km by bus for 15lir in one direction. By the way, the toilets on the street at Ataturk Square are quite decent and also 15lir. Buses stop at a wave of the hand. You name the place of arrival and that's it, you just need to control the driver. He may forget to stop.

In our opinion, as well as after communicating with various guides, this is one of the best hotels (price-quality). Good food, there is variety. Good animation, 16+ is a separate advantage. Our compatriots are annoying, who leave their towels on the sun beds in the morning (a la took a place) then leave for a few hours, and those who want to lie down, swim can't find a place. Of course, in this regard, the administration should work out a system of fines.
In terms of cleanliness of the rooms, there are disadvantages, although they are cleaned every day, but in comparison with, for example, hotels in Europe and Russia, there is a difference. But somehow we got used to it quickly and didn't even pay attention.
A lot of the staff are English speakers, so there were no problems with solving any issues. There were also a couple of Russian-speaking employees.
A lot of locals stay at this hotel.

We have just returned from this hotel. Arriving at 10 a.m., we were checked in 15 minutes after a delicious breakfast. The room seemed tiny, adjacent to the elevator and stairs. There is an outdoor air conditioner in the room, noisy, it is impossible to make the air cooler, but this, as I understand it, is only in a room like this. A little further on, the rooms, in my opinion, are more spacious. The hotel itself does not have a single air conditioning system, it is very hot in the elevators and in the lobby.This hotel was built in 1988, probably then there were no modern air conditioning systems. Our room overlooked the Aqua Hotel and a little bit of the sea. In this regard, it was noisy because of the music of the neighboring hotel for up to 24 hours. That's where the cons ended. We cleaned every day, changed bed linen and towels regularly. Snack bar, ice cream, grill for dinner, cookies in between meals, coffee, drinking water, tea in any quantity in the hotel lobby. Alcohol and soft drinks at the bar are free of charge. The pool is decent. Yoga classes, aqua aerobics, ping pong, billiards, darts, water polo. The food is just great, everything is fresh. Meat, fish of several types for lunch and dinner. Fruits, vegetables, salads are varied. There are many types of desserts. For food, this hotel is 5*.The beach is on the 1st line, the entrance to the sea is magnificent. The only inconvenience is that the chaise longue must be occupied until 8 am. Then, if you're lucky. But in the morning the sea is simply incomparable. Clean as a tear, cool. Towels can be exchanged at any time. There are evening entertainment programs. The staff is great! There are many employees and waiters, including Russian-speaking ones, the administrators of the girl are also Russian-speaking. This is a huge plus. Everyone is polite, it is very pleasant to communicate with them. Alyona's guide is beautiful. Intelligent, unobtrusive. I will say this: I would return to this hotel for the second time, although I never get in the habit of returning to the same place. People come to this hotel several times, I know them. And they say that the value for money is the best hotel in this bay.

I'm resting here now, June 2023: a very beautiful area! A good beach, in fact (we were on the beaches in Marmaris itself - it's much nicer here, the sand, the beautiful view), pleasant staff (it was especially great to make friends with Deniz, Ali, Murat and Sada), delicious food and make good cocktails, cool events in the evenings. We visited this hotel in June 2023. The small but very cozy territory of the hotel. The food was delicious and varied . Not far from the hotel there are water taxis to Marmaris, it takes about half an hour to walk by the sea, we highly recommend it) There is a place to walk , you can rent bicycles and cars . We are happy with the rest .We will keep this hotel for ourselves .

I stayed at the Marti La Perla Hotel in late August and early September. Among the advantages - a private beach, a cozy green area, live music. I would like to highlight fitness programs: stretching, yoga, aqua aerobics. The girls are doing their best - Olesya was very sensitive to my micro-injury, conducted the lesson individually (there was no one else at that time), thanks to Olesya I fell for all these classes; Julia is very experienced in her field, uses various equipment in the pool, girls who have been practicing yoga for more than one year aspired to her Amal taught a lesson on hammocks, when you hang upside down, for me it was the first experience, it was very cool; Classes were held at the Marti Resort hotel, under a canopy or in the pool, or in our La Perla pool. The fitness programs were very useful for me, I want to thank the girls from the Marti Sport Academy.
On the downside, local guys come to the beach at night, leave garbage that they are in no hurry to clean up; Everyone smokes, including the staff.

We were at this hotel in July 2023, we had room 405 with a magnificent view of the pool and the sea, we greeted the dawn every morning, there is air conditioning in the room, but it was not very cold, I would like more, because the side is sunny and the room was very heated.the room is nice, the bathroom is large. We cleaned almost every day, changed towels. Some of the staff speaks Russian (like from Kazakhstan), in general, all are nice, pleasant, smiling.
The food is delicious, varied, and fish and meat, vegetables, fruits, melon and watermelon are not as sweet as we would like,ice cream, in general everything was fine, in general there are no complaints about the food👍the hotel is for adults, which I really liked, children periodically came to the beach, but they tried to send them away 😅 tk at neighboring hotels there were only children splashing in the water, it was quiet and peaceful with us 🥳
There is a show program, different every day.
There were problems with electricity, but I understood it because of some work in the city, or maybe because of the heat, WiFi was also turned off, I didn't catch it at all on the beach, but it worked well in the room and lobby.
I didn't like that there was no iron, you could iron it only for money, leaving your thing at the reception, well, so-so, everyone went in a crumpled one)

Disgusting. I wouldn't give this place even 3 stars. For the current money, this is robbery. Room keys (not cards, keys!) they get stuck, everything inside the room is dead, squalid and old. There is no sound insulation, the local disco seems to be going on in my room, noise-canceling headphones do not save. The lobby is as bleak as a nightmare. I regretted coming here, it's the worst vacation of my life.

Overall a good hotel. Yes, the rooms are not new, but they are clean and have everything you need. our room faced the street with cafes. At exactly 00:00, all the music stopped and it was quiet. Since we also stayed up late, the music didn't bother us. The food was good. There was always enough food for every taste. The beach is great, there were always enough sunbeds. The only negative is the air conditioning in the room, or rather it's some kind of old system - I don't know, it works noisily at night. Otherwise, everything is fine. I'm going to come back here next year.

We are currently resting at the hotel. Full-fledged 4-room, room 322 with partial sea view. Slippers, a condom, 5 towels, 2 separate beds are connected together.
The beach is nice sandy, the sunset is beautiful. The sea was cold for 2 days.
There is only one bass player, quite small.
We don't need animation, it doesn't look good from the balcony.
The balcony with access to the neighboring Aqua hotel is very noisy, long animation, music until one o'clock in the morning.
Food: in principle, there is enough of everything, you will not be hungry.
Fruits, sweets, soup (one), meat, chicken, turkey, burgers, fish. Of the side dishes: rice, fries, pasta, rustic potatoes - that's all.
Salad mixes, vegetables.
Draft beer, wine.
The refrigerator is not replenished in the room, the safe is free.
We arrived at 7 a.m. on a semi-empty plane, drove to the hotel for 2.5 hours, thought to check us in earlier for a day, but there are no available rooms. As a result, everyone who was with us checked in before 14-09, we were settled at 15-00, taking into account that our room was not cleaned. But they gave us towels and we spent time on the bass, ate. By the way, we got to the Eid al-Adha holiday, a lot of locals are having a rest.
In principle, the rest in this hotel is satisfied. Not ahh of course, but normal.
The weather here is much more favorable than in Alanya and Antalya, it is cooler, it does not soar in the evening and it is not stuffy. Since the hotel is located in a bay, for some reason it does not "smell like the sea"
