Excellent French cuisine, cocktails are also prepared with dignity. There are two halls - a bar area (there are tables there too) and a restaurant area. On weekend evenings, live music is where the bar is, there's a piano, they sing well, but loudly, take this into account if you want to talk.
, with 22 DJ, pop music.
The service is good, the guys are experienced, they know the menu and can advise.
My recommendation is the Chateaubriand steak with blue cheese and cognac sauce. The meat is delicious, but the sauce... is 10 out of 10.. I flew into space for a while. 🚀🧑🚀
Prices are above average.
The contingent is nice and stylish.
It is better to book a table in advance on weekends.

Great place, we were at the piano bar on April 17th, the staff was very attentive and polite, the girl and the guy waiters are very nice guys. But we made a reservation on our birthday, and we mentioned it to the administrator that we were celebrating our birthday, but unfortunately we didn't make any note of it, so it passed the attention of the staff. They didn't tell the waiters about it themselves and put accents on it, because usually everywhere, if you tell them when booking, the staff is notified and they themselves pay some kind of compliment to the birthday boy, as part of the service. I was a little upset because there was also a cheating girl at the next table, who was complimented by the waiter team. In general, of course, this did not affect the overall impression, since this issue was not important to me, I just noticed a flaw in the service.
Otherwise, live music, entourage, delicious cocktails, delicious food (salads with avocado, eggplant salad and tartare are ideal), when traveling to Minsk again, it's worth returning and trying other items from the menu.

We chose a restaurant for dinner by rating and were not mistaken.The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff is polite and friendly.The waitress told me a lot about the wine and helped me decide on the choice of dishes.We ordered beef carpaccio with truffle aioli, chicken schnitzel and Chateaubriand steak with blue cheese and cognac sauce.The carpaccio is incredibly delicious, the steak is also great, I didn't really like the blue cheese sauce, but I think it's for an amateur.Only positive emotions remained from the institution.

It's a great restaurant. We entered it by chance, desperate to get to Bulbashi (May holidays, there are a lot of people, there is a reserve for a week in advance everywhere), and we were not mistaken. Cute and well-trained waitress girls (I will describe the rudeness of the Bulbash hostesses in a review to this institution), a very cozy warm atmosphere, excellent unobtrusive, well-chosen music. Of course, the restaurant was not Belarusian cuisine, but the food was beyond praise. Great respect to the chefs and the owner of the establishment. All the dishes are prepared very subtly and with incredible taste. We had a lot of fun. The salted caramel dessert is a delight, a dump of the head : incredibly delicate texture, moderately sweet, very beautiful presentation. Perhaps one of the best restaurants that we managed to get to in Minsk.

I came to have lunch, I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely, this place has the best service in the city!I have something to compare it with! Staff, you did well! Just the best! They even clarified right off the bat that the salad contains allergens of porridge and honey, and potatoes are served with paprika. I am delighted with the staff!I took a cooler and a vegetable salad with avocado. The pitch is 10/10. Well, just ♥️ I'll put 9 In terms of taste, since I don't like radishes in the refrigerator, it gives it a strange taste. Guys, you even liked the coffee service very much (I ordered a latte). Definitely I will come here again, I think to have dinner to explore the cuisine in more detail.😊

The menu... what I tried is 5 stars (I ordered hummus with eel - I didn't regret it. I only eat fish dishes in Moscow at Vino i Krab (Michelin). Tat-tar is also worthy ✨
Uncle Volodya (sorry if I made a mistake) is the attendant and keeper of the dressing room ... a sincere man 🙌🏻
I recommend it and I will definitely come back.
P.S. By the way, there is a bar and a restaurant separate from each other.

I am writing to you on behalf of many of your guests, and we are all waiting for the opening of at least some alternative to your establishment, and we will be very happy to move there. So far, we can only be outraged at how the bar is being asked to leave the bar, as the guests will now come up and order alcohol, food for the guests has begun to be brought into the cigar room, because who cares where it is, so soon food from the restaurant will begin to be carried to the toilet.
The format has changed, the audience has changed, the cuisine has changed, so maybe it's time to change the concept, but only for the better!

One of my favorite places in Minsk. Excellent service, the staff is friendly and not arrogant like in many other places. A good selection of dishes, including for vegetarians. Adequate prices. Beautiful interior.

Excellent menu, thoughtful lunch sets. The French charm in the interior design, it definitely adds sophistication to this establishment. But the influx of ladies with cleavage and scanning eyes - this is in the middle of the day- is somehow depressing.. I also didn't like the service. They did not offer water, they did not bring napkins to the children, there were not enough appliances on the table, they sat waiting for them to be brought. The impression is 50/50 in general.

Incredible cuisine!
The most delicate and very juicy Chateaubriand with a perfectly complementary sauce balanced to taste! As a side dish, I personally like mashed potatoes with a creamy texture and a soft creamy taste that creates an ideal pair with meat.
Cocktails are made perfectly.
Of the cons:
- I had to persuade the receptionist to provide a table where the reservation is only from 22:00, and I came around 19:40 and said that I was planning to have dinner and leave;
- early in the institution it was decided in the process or after to clarify whether you liked the dish or not, i.e. to get feedback from the guest, and I really wanted to express my admiration, but no one is interested;
- several different employees of the hall approached me with the same question, although I had already made a choice of dishes, repeated the cocktail and they were all in the hall, but apparently it was easier to approach a guest than to observe colleagues and clarify information from them; at some point I had the impression that it was it's a joke, because two waiters did it just in turn and were both a couple of meters away from me…
The overall impression is good about the establishment and the kitchen, but the service is worth working on.
