On the 03.05.2020 website, several product positions were selected and decorated with "free" delivery from the store without authorization on the site (Fortunately, there is this function, since unfortunately I forgot to log in) .
The first thing that surprised me from such a large network was that during the week no one called me or sent me an SMS notification about the status of my order.
"Workload," I thought, "I decided to call the store personally.
After waiting for the operator for 15 minutes, it was explained to me that most of my goods are missing in my region and I need to wait approximately about a week to wait for the goods from Almaty.
After a two-week wait (there were no calls or SMS from the Marwin online store) I decided to call the store again and find out how things are with my product. The answer was simple: "We need to wait another week."
At that time, there were no restrictions on the delivery of goods from other regions, the cities were open and delivery could be carried out without any problems. And again, understanding the situation with the pandemic and high workload, I resigned myself to waiting. Calling a week later, I heard the same thing from the operator. Then I asked to be notified when at least part of the product will be available via SMS or call (Spoiler: no call or SMS was received).
After another week, I called the store in my city again and asked about the availability of the product. They answered me: "Half of the order is in stock, come pick it up." I warned and said that I ordered with free delivery, to which the operator said that this service is now paid. To put it mildly, it confused me.
Having taken half of the order on my own, I began to wait again.

I ask the operator to deliver the rest of the goods to me at work, since in the next 2 weeks I will be at work from morning to evening seven days a week, which I receive a REFUSAL. Having worked in the field of trade for several years and understanding all the risks and difficulties of working with clients, I would never allow a client to be in the dark about his order and would show loyalty with all my might. Given the "scale of the Marwin store chain", this situation genuinely struck me. At this point, I considered that my acquaintance with this store had come to an end and asked to cancel the order, warning that I would write this review.
Result:
1) No customer feedback (It seems that the store will live peacefully without customers)
2) 2 months of waiting. During this time, it would be possible to build several medical buildings for those infected with Covid-19, and also cure them.
