A month ago, we bought a Mounfeld appliance, a hob, an extractor hood and an oven. When placing an order, the consultant took into account all our wishes and offered good quality equipment. The delivery was also pleasant, everything was transported quickly, on the appointed day, unpacked, inspected and repackaged. So far, we have managed to try only the oven in action, the rest has not yet been installed. I am happy with the oven, cooking is as per the recipe and it is easy to clean.
09/12/2024 I made a purchase in the Maunfeld online store.
I made the payment by card and arranged for delivery to a small town in the Brest region.
Today (09/17/24) the goods were delivered.
When unpacking the product, the upper "twist" switch fell off.
At my request to replace the product (not refund the money), but simply replace it, they send it to the service center.
I.e. send / take it to Minsk at your own expense, wait 2-3 weeks and ?
The most annoying thing is that it was a gift to mom .

On August 8, I went to the store to buy an oven. There was no availability and I was offered to place an order and delivery. And so, having ordered an oversized "pig in a poke", I left to wait. Not even knowing what a Chinese creation looks like in real life and which spoiler can not be refused in any way.
A few weeks later, our manager Alexey Vityaz contacted me and said that the product was there and we made an online installment payment for it in Alfabank. Truth...the product went up in price while driving(which is strange because I found it 130 rubles cheaper on the Internet!!!!But that was later)
It was the middle of August and at that time (as it turned out) there was an action in the store with a gift of a coffee machine when buying, but they continued to keep silent about it. And then, having learned about the action myself, I called and offered to buy something for the missing 40 rubles to participate in order to receive a gift..several calls with different employees, they dragged their time, told me that they just ran out of gifts, allegedly coordinated with the management and as a result, I was unreasonably denied this opportunity. Naturally, when they begin to behave in such a dishonest and deceptive way at the very beginning of cooperation, then they do not want to continue this cooperation at all. Which I did, refusing their services and goods that I still hadn't seen in my eyes. Because I imagined in colors how a Chinese brass can disappoint me and I will not be able to get the truth from incompetent employees and their service. The installment plan was for my husband, since they refused it to me since I was on maternity leave (although they gave it to me in another store without any problems) which once again characterizes this store not from the best side. My husband had to go to the store several times to write statements about the termination of the intention in the transaction (because in fact it is just an intention).
But for more than a month, Mounfield employees have been extorting money from our family and demanding to buy back the goods. They call, oblige to get the oven, and do not cancel the installment plan with the bank.
As a result, we already owe the bank a penalty for a product that is not available and is no longer needed.
And the store came up with the idea today that we are obliged to reimburse them for losses...(that's what Alexey, the head of sales, said) After that, they promised to terminate the application.
To summarize: in August, I refused their services, but by 20.09 they demand money from me.
Today, an application has been written to the competent authorities, I hope this will put an end to the protracted story. I will also write reviews wherever I can.
And think three times about whether you want to face such an aggressive service from Mounfield.
I bought a gas panel for 2 burners in this store. I can't say anything bad about the store-it's beautifully decorated, the staff is polite, but the product is just terrible. I've never been so disappointed in my life. I bought it in April, while the repair was completed, it was installed in July and after a week of work on one of the burners, when the ignition was turned on, the gas did not catch from the ignition, and the ignition crackled without stopping. It could only be stopped by pulling out the power outlet. I called the master (for a minute, the masters arrive on average in a month), that is, I live for a month with one burner. The gas does not ignite through a match. The master arrived, twisted, inserted a piece of paper into the cap of the regulator. The burner is working. A month later, exactly the same thing happened to another burner. And this is a NEW stove!!!! I wrote to the service department of the company, I was sent to resolve issues again through Mingaz, again the master in a month, I live with one burner again. In addition, a whistle is emitted on one of the burners at the lowest mode, which is very annoying
The new stove worked flawlessly for 1 month, now I have to call the master every month to fix the stove, is that okay???

After several months, the operator Anton called us and asked if everything was fine and if it was working well, customer feedback was also a big plus. In addition, we bought a microwave oven in a classic style, it also works flawlessly and has a very beautiful design. But I would like to get some bonuses for purchases)

I bought a maunfeld model 148 car. At the very first wash, she flooded me. I contacted the customer service. They said the application was accepted. I waited a week, no one called back and did not arrive. I applied to car repair for advertising. The master arrived, found the reason in a couple of minutes and eliminated it. It turned out that there was one part missing in the car.

We bought a hob , washing machine and oven seven years ago . We 've been through a lot , there are no words . The technique sucks completely. I don 't recommend it to anyone . Moreover , they were not used all the time . We lived abroad .The service was also very frustrating . The attitude towards customers is piggy .

We came to find out if it is possible to take out a loan with SBERBANK with Grace Period for this promotion, where for the first 6 months you do not overpay for the loan and only from the 7th month you start paying with interest of 15.25%,. The consultant said that you can do so. The next day, Kirill's manager called and said that he needed information on the passport, they say, send a photo of the passport to Viber and the codes were flogged. who will receive SMS messages - IT HAS ALREADY BECOME SUSPICIOUS, but I think this is not the first time we have been communicating with a serious company, so to speak. I sent my passport to Viber, and Then Cyril calls and asks when the delivery is, I ask so where to see the CONTRACT and the payment schedule. Kirill answers everything will be with the driver.... When asked how it happened, the answer at first was that we misunderstood them, they could not give us such conditions.... 1.)Firstly, my wife and I were deceived that the wrong loan terms were called, and everything was issued by ourselves without our signatures and familiarization with the terms 2.) We stopped by to buy a banal frying pan, the seller answered my question where to see what, said, and we have a showroom here, order and go pick up the installers))) from winners to installers))) a frying pan))!! Anyway, it seemed to me that I distracted the seller with my unexpected visit from some business, well, maybe it seemed. Probably for large equipment, the format of the showroom is normal, but when, when searching for small things like dishes on a well-known Internet portal, you are sent to such a store, then this is complete nonsense. But in any case, everything has its advantages, now I will know exactly where it is not worth going for small things, and I will carefully monitor the format of the shops). One star is an assessment purely for a specific visit to this showroom, I am sure that the company as a whole deserves a higher rating.
