There is also a steamer, I really like it, I forgot about the iron.
We also bought an oven and a hob here, there are no complaints, they work well, they look stylish.

The staff is polite, the question is rather to the manufacturer, the repair of the coffee machine does not make sense, because there are no spare parts for repair, when it will be unknown and the cost of repair is almost equal to the cost of a new coffee machine. Conclusion: it is better not to mess with the equipment of this manufacturer, the warranty has ended, the household appliance itself has died, repair is impractical

I contacted the workshop of the exclusive distributor regarding the repair of the coffee machine, after the end of the warranty period (1 year). Positive: the diagnosis was established promptly. Negative: 1. Waiting for more than 4 months for spare parts and there is no guarantee in delivery; 2. Why do we need an exclusive distributor if he is unable to ensure that he fulfills his obligations to service the equipment he supplies and sells? According to the manufacturer, the service life of the coffee machine is three years. 3. Inconvenient work schedule. Conclusion: money thrown away - the buyer is defenseless and helpless!
