In the online store "Furniture close" we ordered the kitchen "Louise" (Metrio 1.1), 2.6 meters, silver / dark purple metallic in the furniture center "Interlinia" (Brest). Ordered on 11/20/20. When placing an order, no complaints. Everything is nice and simple enough. The price is pleasant – 1218 rubles (facades are MDF PVC). The kitchen was not ready on time. According to the contract – within 45 days. We received it only on February 11th. Moreover, no one called, warned about delays, and of course, no one offered to deduct a penalty of 0.1% for delay from the amount. I didn't do it myself, although, of course, I immediately had a very big desire. Finally, we waited! We decided to collect it ourselves, slowly (but taking into account 2 weeks, just in case). Superficially, the completeness was calculated, everything seems to be in order. When we reached the lower cabinets, we realized that they had put 16 identical plastic supports (legs), but we needed 8 plastic and 8 chrome ones. If something is wrong with you, then personally I did not like solving the issue through the "complaint department"! No one will give you a phone number and you will endlessly correspond by e-mail! There is this item on the store's website, but it turned out that it does not work. You get a message that your request has been received (or something similar – I don't remember exactly). You wait for several days, and in the end – no one received anything! It is necessary to write directly to the e-mail address of this department. You are once again sitting and describing your problem, sending a photo… You have a lot of time! Either finalize this item on the store's website or simply remove it. I understand that it is convenient for the department not to be bothered with calls, but for you?
As a result, we received all the twists and turns of the support on March 11, by mail. I also had to go for the parcel.

The facades on the inside are very dirty for some reason. All. I don't understand what it is. Either the dried, dried very small parts of some furniture crumbs, or something else, but they are torn off quite hard. The facades are wrapped in film from the outside.

The numbering of the slats for the drawers is mixed up or there is no such option in the instructions. As a result, they came up, but we, inexperienced collectors, got into trouble.
The rear plastic supports are mounted inside the cabinet! That is, on each lower shelf there are now 2 black hats with a diameter of 1 cm! They protrude 2-3 mm upwards. 2 types of supports make it somewhat more difficult to adjust the cabinets in height.
We bought a sink and put the wrong fasteners on it, but while we were waiting for the supports, two weeks have passed. I had to suffer with the fastening)
In general, the kitchen itself looks nice. The colors correspond to the declared ones. Let's hope that it will last for more than one year!)

Blah, blah, who cares at all? You have taken up the order, so you must do everything to ensure that everything is ready and delivered on time. I will definitely add a review. we will not leave it all so easy, if necessary, we will go to court to resolve our issue (unless, of course, they do not have time to manufacture and deliver on time)

1. The kitchen was transported for three days, we agreed on Sunday:

- the transport company cooperating with Mebelblizko "wait for tomorrow, we have the right to deliver within 3-4 days";
- manager of Mebelblizko "rarely, but it happens";
- a letter to the management of Mebelblizko "let's check it out."
On Monday, "they won't bring it today, maybe tomorrow."
They brought it in on Tuesday, but I had to take two days off from work.
2. One back wall of the cabinet was missing, a complaint was sent through the form on the website, the complaint was successfully sent - silence in response... As a result, so that part of the kitchen does not continue to stand disassembled, we bought it ourselves. There was no response to the complaint, the contact phone number and mail were indicated correctly.
3. The management did not send the promised response (for a month they regularly checked, including spam emails). 2 months later, they re-requested a response, the management replied that they sent a response immediately 4 days after the complaint and demoted the manager (although we still did not understand how this would solve the problem that a third-party transport company "has the right to deliver furniture within 3-4 days").
One mistake is an accident, two are coincidences, but three are already a system. Based on our unpleasant experience, unfortunately, we cannot recommend furniture close.
