She furnished the entire apartment at the same time - kitchen, children's room, wardrobe, hallway. I honestly visited all the major stores, the staff of the Boom are just great! No other salon has shown so much patience, consideration of all my wishes, fulfillment on time, professionalism in drafting the project. And I had someone to compare it with. They came everywhere, or delivered something, or changed it, or the installers arrived late and left at 12 o'clock at night. Moreover, the condition of their arrival was the transfer of the installer home to Baburka from the Sands, of course at my expense at 12 at night! Despite the fact that the installation was paid for by me at the salon when placing the order! I especially want to mention the work of the girls of the designers - they put the irreplaceable! Everything is fine in terms of timing. The walls in our houses are crooked. only on the kitchen floor, the floor height difference by 3 meters of width is 10 cm! I can't imagine how exactly the furniture can be placed, but they did it. The furniture will not be curved under the walls. In general, thank you all! The prices for appliances are really a little too high, but if you take them with appliances, then the kitchen comes out much cheaper. On average, that's what it comes out to. So you're already buying everything in one place! I recommend it to everyone! The most important thing is the attitude towards the client, and this is at the highest level here.

About the BOOM kitchen salon. If you want a new kitchen without any problems, order it anywhere else! Don't repeat my mistake!
The history of my kitchen:
I am a resident of the city of Energodar. 07.02.2016. after a long choice from what is "there" (out of the many samples presented to me, there were only a few that interested me), I order a kitchen, in the city of Zaporozhye Lenin Ave.-3, kitchen studio "BOOM", a contract is being drawn up. A few days later, I am informed that one of the colors of the facades is missing (the kitchen was ordered combined) and it is impossible to find it on the territory of Ukraine! I go to meet them, I agree on a different color (now it is not combined). After a while it turned out that this facade "does not exist in nature." At the same time, the money under the contract is paid in the amount of 50% of the cost of the kitchen itself and 100% of the equipment, which is offset by the discount, but at an inflated price. 02/14/2016 I re-visit the "salon" - (corner in a furniture store) with the intention of making a new choice, or returning the money (this requires a written statement and 10 days of waiting). A new order was made, a new contract was signed for the manufacture of a kitchen from a different, lower-quality facade coating material, but in the same colors (instead of plastic, film). The term of execution of the order under the contract is 45 days (delivery date is 03/28/2016). The delivery was made on 04/20/2016 after full payment of the cost of the kitchen and appliances! An interesting point that had not been discussed before – when importing the components of the kitchen, I had to sign an act to the carrier on compliance with the quality and complete set of the imported. How can this be signed? By installing the kitchen yourself before they leave? I did not mention the sanctions for delayed delivery provided for in the contract, hoping that everything would go well further, but... on 04/21/2016, installers whose services were paid for under the contract could not complete the installation in a working day due to prolonged fitting and reworking of furniture elements (the excuse of the manager and designer is not 90-degree angles). There is a clause in the contract with such a requirement for walls. I drew the manager's attention to the impracticability of this clause when signing the contract, since the measurements were previously performed and the curvature of the walls was determined, but the manager assured me that this was a formality, all data for a high-quality installation was taken into account during the measurement and she had no right to make any changes to the text. Do not sign a contract with such a clause! There are no strictly vertical walls in our apartments, located at an angle of 90 degrees to each other! This is just an excuse for negligent performers! The measurer performed a complete measurement of all the elements required for the manufacture of custom–made furniture, but the result is an extension of the installation for one day and the corresponding payment for the road of the master installers is 7 hryvnia per kilometer, which is approximately 900 hryvnia. I have no complaints about the installers. I can do something with my hands myself and have seen how they work. BOOM employees do not take responsibility for this incident, although there is an error in measurements or manufacture and, as a result, a delay in installation and a violation of installation dimensions. No one from the "firm" deigned to check this personally and prove the opposite to me. Apparently, they had enough evidence of perfect joints from the photos sent to them. The final touch during installation is the absence of one of the low tide elements in the package! At the same time, I previously visited the store again to renegotiate the contract and, of course, no one paid me for it, although the current contract, which turned out to be unworkable on the part of the contractor due to his fault, was on my hands! The biggest mistake of the "management" of the BOOM is the non–recognition of their mistakes, the lack of responsibility for their admission, and therefore the failure to take measures to eliminate them. You can also get on the "crooked walls", just like me! I strongly advise against dealing with this "firm"!

Terrible quality of service and customer service!
I have been waiting for the order for more than 2 months, they feed me breakfast about the delivery of products, they push everything to the contract, which specifies the terms of delivery
The general manager communicates terribly: he is rude and rude, he can send 3 letters.
I won't even wish the enemy to get into this place (1st floor, upholstered furniture sale)
