The royals at the reception are talking as if I called them on their personal number. They drop the phone without saying goodbye. There is a direct feeling of hostility, as in principle in most other private clinics. Getting through is also problematic.
Moreover, they try to give advice on the phone without seeing the patient, they try in every possible way to "dissuade" them from coming if the case is a little more complicated than herpes.
In general, it turned out to be easier for us to go to Rostov and get qualified advice there without rudeness, which I advise everyone to do.
I can't say anything bad about the specialists, the reception spoils the whole impression, they have an honorary 1 star.
The receptionist, the woman at the checkout and the dermatologist are nice people, no one was rude. But the woman who took the blood for analysis is like a woman, but tough as a stone. To questions about the procedure, she answered rudely, to my words that she communicates rudely, she answers even more rudely. I ruined the whole impression, they communicate more politely in public hospitals.
In the morning I call to make an appointment with a dermatologist, I am given recommendations to go to another clinic, instead of explaining that they do not have any immediate records, I did not call you for this, it turns out that the staff themselves reject their clients!!
I do not recommend this clinic!
