I turned to this service station to replace the clutch and repair the stove, it was Thursday. They promised to do it in two days. A day later, they recruited and asked me to bring an advance payment for materials and work, I was very surprised. I'm calling on Monday myself, asking what's on the car. They answer ready, I specify what is ready. The clutches answer, I ask, and the stove said they don't understand stoves))) Ok. I took the car after driving 500 meters, I understand that my speedometer, odometer and sound signal do not work and there was a crunch when turning the steering wheel. I'm calling to explain the situation . They say we'll take a look at the car in the evening, because now the lifts are busy. As a result, after driving the car , everything was fixed the next day , but the crunch did not go away , they explained that the car hung on the lift and the support bearings miraculously broke . I didn't swear, I just went and got the car. Also, after replacing the clutch and changing the oil in the box, two empty oil cans and some other rusty spare parts were thrown into a clean trunk without packages.
It took 4 days instead of two and 5 times to arrive at a hundred instead of two. I do not recommend this service station. Also, while waiting in the order table, a customer came who, after their repair, stopped working the automatic transmission and fuel consumption became twice as high. The task of this service station is to take any car to work as soon as possible, and when the time comes to give the car away, they did not have time, by some miracle, customers have breakdowns that did not exist before and the service station does not recognize its mistakes. Another interesting moment occurred when I was paying for the work, I was given the documents of a fictitious person for signature, all that coincided with me was the make and model of the car, the rest of the documents were not mine.
The oil was replaced in the automatic transmission. We did everything quickly, efficiently and on time. Along the way, we checked the lubrication level in the rear axle. Thank you for the quality service. I recommend.

How I repaired a car at the King 88 MEGASERVICE, ...Renault Sandero (Logan) 2015 release 1.2 volume, NO air conditioning.I turned to this service, since I used it for 7-8 years. The problem is oil leaking from under the collector in the generator area, I called the service station, they told me on the phone that such a leak was impossible, but they said come and check...I arrived, the master who took the car refused to go and see where it was flowing, said we would see everything on the lift... after 4 days, they called me and said the car was ready, but we also changed the suspension total 1250,I did not ask to change the suspension,ok agreed ,paid ,took the car and the oil was flowing again, MEGASERVICE took it ,washed the engine at its own expense,they said we would figure it out,after 6 days they called,they said you should again, the car is ready, after 7 km the oil started flowing again, I returned...they tell me I need to change the cylinder head gasket, pay 950 rubles, it turns out that I paid 1900 for the whole time, all the spare parts that I wanted were changed in the car, but the oil leak issue was not resolved.But the problem that I addressed remained unchanged, they said pay more money, the master left when I said let's solve the issue somehow, all the managers left and I took the car and drove to another service station... No one even apologized and offered to fix the situation, I do not recommend it a hundred

The second time - to adjust the headlights and the PTF (all because of the same car repair on other services could not be adjusted): Everything was done perfectly at the Megaservice.
I've been trying to get through to them for two days, to make an appointment-only on a first-come, first-served basis.. let's say. I came with a complaint about the hum of the bearing, asked for suspension diagnostics first, waited 6 hours for a place to be vacated. we called back, offered bearing options more expensive than on their website!!! the work took about 50 minutes in total. If it wasn't for the prices, I probably wouldn't have written a review.

Further, according to the master of another tire repair, to whom I had to turn the next day due to the fact that the wheel began to descend a little: the material was used of high quality, but the work was done by a "cripple" because it was possible to make the wheel last a long time, but it was necessary to put the patch in a different way, not to fix this work it is possible because it is not known how much the inside of the tire was cut down.
Also, in the process of unscrewing the wheel with the help of a pipe, the disc was scratched in 2 places, for which I did not even hear an apology or explanation of the reason for this action-the master pretended that nothing had happened.
I've made my conclusions and I won't go to them anymore...
I don't expect a response from the service with attempts to figure it out because I don't want to waste my time on them!
Apologies can also be kept to yourself, it is better to train the craftsmen to work normally and buy them a normal set of tools because the 2 keys with which they tried to unscrew the wheel are made of plasticine and "tied in a knot" 😂

I arrived at the tire shop, they said that the hose burst, asked how long to wait, they answered for an hour, waited, went up to the master and asked when the tire would be installed, and he waited for the employee on the speakerphone, and he sent a rude message and said that I was going to another place.
I applied for repair of the second climate circuit on a vw T5,- they did, (the front circuit worked) after 4 days nothing works, drove it again, the sentence is replacement of everything on the front + compressor, I did not get for little money and 1.5 weeks of repair. As a result, the mileage after the repair is 2000 km or 2 months, again nothing works. There is a guarantee, but I don't know if I can prove a non-professional repair, they couldn't even put the car back together, they didn't even put the radiator grille in place. I do not recommend it to anyone.

I immediately explained what was needed promptly - they said without problems, after diagnosis it turned out that the process was delayed for at least 2 weeks. Not a word was said about the fact that problems with the spare part may arise initially. When I refused to wait and repair after 2 weeks, they began to offer strange options for replacing other spare parts, while not giving any guarantees that the problem I had addressed would be fixed. At the same time, the repair price has increased dramatically by 3 times. Thanks for such creativity in repairing the car, but no need. I asked her to at least tell me what kind of spare part is needed (to order and repair it yourself elsewhere - in response, one continuous rudeness, I never heard an adequate answer. If you do not understand what kind of spare part is needed, what were you going to order for me then.... for 50 rubles, I was "as if" diagnosed with a handbrake, while not being able to give a single adequate answer. One appeal was enough for them forever. It's a pity for the time and nerves spent.
